I was here when this place was up and coming. I liked the quietness and the feeling that I had the place to myself. This place is now busier and bustling and feels like a real mall. I love that I can come here with friends and just hang out. If youre into K-pop and Korean culture, this outlet is definitely for you - lots of Korean food and fashion spots and boba too. Really nice place to just walk around.

It nice here here. Has a food court and also different restaurants that are very delicious. We had lunch then had ice cream rolls that were really good.

This review is strictly for curb appeal. Ive lived in the area for over 15 years and Ive never seen a more hideous design. Why of all beautiful architectural designs would anyone choose this? Its so ugly that not anyone I know nor myself will step foot in this place which is sad considering all the reviews about the food court. Thanks for making Beach Blvd that much uglier than it already is

This place is rubbing off on me...at first there was really not much to be impressed by but I think its getting better. My favorite is La Huasteca...just delicious! Parking is convenient which is a big deal when it comes to looking for easy and comfortable.The Grub is a great place to pick up food and hang out in the court yard. Also love the assortment of stores to entertain and interest like K beauty and K pop stuff.

Beautiful 3 floors outdoor plaza. The architecture of the place is Zen like and very spacious...really relaxing to stroll and shop around. Consist of mainly Asian shops and restaurants. Its definitely interesting and not boring like the local malls where every shops are the same. Most of the restaurants are on the 3rd floor, and so is the food court. I also see there are other restaurants opening soon. If you like Asian food this place wont disappoint.

A unique Korean mall in the middle of Los Angeles. Has a lot of Korean stores and the third floor is entirely dedicated for restaurants and a beautiful patio area which looks fantastic during the night time. Im giving it 4 stars even though it doesnt have a lot of stores is because of the fact that this mall has great potential to be huge in the coming years, if they bring in more stores and use the empty spaces well.

Great place to eat. There are dozens of different food options, both in the food court and around the complex. School Food and the Food Court are highly recommended.The cinema offers both American and Korean films and is very neat and looks very nice. Great cinema.In terms of entertainment, there isnt too much to do. There are a few kpop stores and other stores but there isnt anything interesting yet.Overall, great place if you feel hungry or wanna spend a spare hour or two somewhere.

Pretty cool place. Only issue its kinda hard to find. Its not on the roof like most superchargers in parking lots. I think its on the 3rd parking level.

There is a variety of food and a great shopping experience. Geared more to Koreans but I still love it.

This place is excellent and spacious, the meals was delicious and the rates were very affordable. fast, productive service and very attentive waiters. I highly recommend this place.

Great large outdoor mall. Free Parking structure available. Great gourmet restaurants. Plenty of areas to sit down like the green grass/steps area. They hosted Summer Of Love event with presenters, dancers, singers. Great stage area. It was a beautiful day spent here. Great location to bring your family, a date, or coworkers.

I love their food court, yummy and cheap, food is mostly Asian food but not only. The coffee its yummy and all kind of slush, smoothies with bobba and jelly different flavors. I go there when I want to eat Asian food.

Lot of places are closed. There was a stage for a celebration today. Kpop stores and food court are open. Not much to see here

I really like this place. Lots of things to do and lots to eat around here. I recommend to everyone looking for an area to go to for shopping and eating with many entertainment nearby.

Stores look really cool some stores stated 10am open time but they were not open.

Cant attest to this outdoor mall shopping as I pretty much come here for the food ️, their top level food court as well as finer dining restaurants outside serve up mostly Asian cuisine and you have some really great options. They also have CGV cinemas showing primarily Asian flicks and serving uniquely Asian concessions. And they have a bank of >10 Tesla chargers , very SoCal spot

La Huesteca. Good food, and outdoor seating

This place is growing! Theres twice as many open stores now compared to when I visited in 2018. Lots of Korean items and food! Definitely a great place to get your fellow KPop fan a gift or two. I want to visit the theater one day. Definitely recommend checking it out before it gets too crowded.

Im really excited for this mall to kick off in the summer! They are still under construction, so there are many vacant spaces around. The selection of shops they DO have are great: theatre, plenty of restaurants and coffee places, some retail stores, and a few novelty stores (like the kpop music store). They even have some murals in the making, great for taking pics. Hoping more will be open for summer!

Very art deco and poppy vibes at this outdoor shopping plaza. I have trouble calling it a shopping plaza because there arent a lot of shopping options yet, but tons of food places. Come hungry!The CGV theater is great, very high end spot to go to the movies. They offer a 4D option for certain titles. The seats move to the action of the movie. I recommend everyone try it out at least once.Parking is nightmarish during peak hours. Spaces are all very tiny so be careful opening the doors or parking next to people.

The Source, over quite a few years, finally seems to be getting a critical mass of interesting stores and restaurants. There were many people walking around the most recent time we visited which was a good sign and which hasnt always been the case. I hope more shops open soon (especially on the second floor) and there are indications that this may be happening. Its been a long time developing The Source, but for the first time last weekend I felt management had turned the corner to make the mall successful and a worthwhile destination.

Nice new construction, but very few shops. Food court is open!!! The movie theater is 4D. Amaizing! The shops and restaurants that are there are great options. Shop local and support them. There just isnt much too see yet. Will be very nice when it fills up.

This mall is really lively and fun after they finished the construction. I went to the food court and ordered Sol Lang Tang and it was perfectly seasoned. I was craving Sol Lang Tang and this place fulfilled my craving.

Its like a small city. Parking structure, movie theaters, tri-level definitely worth looking over onto the street below! Multiple choices of shops and restaurants. Many not yet open. Id give it a 5 star but I havent seen it in its entirety!

I love this Mall! The food is so delicious! The two dishes that you see are my favorites. I had the Toppoki from School Foods located @ the 3rd floor and a delicious chicken fried rice from the Grub Food Court also on the 3rs floor!

This is my new favorite place!!!I cant believe this was my first time here because Im in love. I love all things Korean and this place brings back such memories of being in Korea (except without the crowds and the madness).My family and I spent a couple hours here strolling around, eating dinner, and watching a movie on a Friday night, and it actually felt pretty empty.Great selection of shops and food with a CGV (which means movies with Korean subtitles)!! Clean layout, AMPLE PARKING in a giant lot, and great vibes. I LOVE the foodcourt and the options there and will definitely be back to try more of the food.I definitely feel like as more stores and restaurants open, itll start to get more crowded, so Im gonna try to enjoy it as much as I can before more madness ensues!!

A nice place overall. The food court and restaurants are heavily weighted toward Asian cuisines, which is good but dont go expecting a lot of alternative choices. I havent been in the movie theater or any of the other offerings there. They have a convenient parking structure with free parking.

Ghost town for obvious reasons. Most of the restaurants, including the food court, are open for take out. Order some fried chicken (at least 20 minutes) then grab a Korean hotdog and a boba while you wait. Gaining your Covid 19 couldnt be easier with this kind of variety!

Its still not completely finished developing, but what they already have is very promising. Korean culture is infused throughout. You can find k-pop stores and Korean makeup. In addition to Korean food there is a sprinkle of other types of food like Japanese and Vietnamese. Basilur is a great place to sit down and have milk tea with a souffle pancake. Once everything opens I think it will be very lively. Looking forward to the progression.

This is really a nice shopping center. This is a great outdoor shopping plaza! It will be a great place to go when it warms up in spring and summer and when all the stores are open for business.

A mall with great potential but left empty-Hope more stores move in but this place is desolate.The reason? Way too much going on in OC and The Source does not provide much-If they have more life related stores like more fitness centers it would help-Still there is a great coffee shop, cinema, and plenty of walking space-So it is ok. I just hope it gets better-

Lovely place to enjoy a pleasant cup of your chosen drink. Visited in-sit cafe and I ordered an almond milk latte and the espresso taste in it was very bold and rich. I ended up adding a bit of honey but Im certainly not complaining. The prices are a wee bit steep but the avocado toast is a feast to the eyes. Toast with avocado and nearly a ehole salad. Made a meal out of a snack. That being said, the ambience is nice as well. Smooth chillwave music and some beats that had me swinging into productivity with my latte by my side.

Very nice place to go for a walk

Went to PlayPie for the first time. I personally think they shout NOT charge for adults. The kids price is high enough. It was cute and fun for the kids. They really enjoyed themselves.

This place is clean and organized. Cute shops. Great food choices. Im addicted to the place. Dessert, dinner, veggies, shopping, hangout. I love it.

Great overall ambiance and sleek, modern architecture. Plenty of parking spaces in the parking structure. My favorite place there is a tiny bakery called Cheesetella. They make the very best Japanese Cotton Cheesecake.

Fun place to visit, outdoor music, food and shopping. Noticed, plenty of public restrooms ( well maintained too).

The Source is the place to hang out. It was nice watching movies and enjoy multiple varieties of food. You can play indoor golf and baseball games. After the play, it was great getting cool drinks from the bar served by pretty waitresses. The parking lot is great. There are plenty of spaces. I was informed that there is going to be a sauna. Great deal!!!. I just might live there if the hotel is fixed up.

This place has a lot of shops and food places inside. Of your looking for something that isnt touristy then this is it. We definitely want to go back.

Centrally located in north OC, near 5 and 91 freeways, but still working filling the retail spaces. Seems a more busier with more foot traffic. There are a lot of places to go for Korean food and this is one of those spots in the works. They need to attract some anchor merchants. Go, walk around, get some exercise and fresh air; get some coffee and pastries. Catch a movie. Hangout. They could use the local support.

Theres 2 K-Pop stores. The cleanest Popeyes chicken Ive seen. Lots of places to eat at. Lots of parking.

Its getting busier on weekend. There are so many good restaurants and entertainments in this mall.

It was a bit overprice. The Pancake was just okay, and the decorations was so fail. We orfered 3 coffee with same coffee latte, but they all taste different. What I could say is staff training was fail. 3 coffee were made by 3 people and only one was passed. It was good for first time try out. I wont come back anymore.

Has good parking. Not all the places are open right now but the food court is. The food court is open though and has a wide range of options. It includes Mongolian BBQ, Popeyes, poke and tea options.

Took a while for it to grow but it has many great food choices.

I thought the place was a ghost town from the outside but i was pleasantly surprised that it was bustling with activity within. Lot of stores to choose from, restaurants, and even movie theatres.

Really interesting collection of shops, great food, and unique architecture. Definitely not a place for a quick trip since everything is organized in a circular maze shape, but in my experience the wandering added to the charm.The dim sum Chinese restaurant on the third floor is excellent and very well priced. Would recommend checking it out.

Loved it! Had so many things at the mall. Got to watch a live violin performance, bubble playground, macaron store, k-pop beauty, and sports bar. There were other stores that we didnt get a chance to visit. Plenty of parking on a Sunday.
