Went to see the BTS documentary here. Dont like how you need to go in person thirty mins before to get a refund instead of online...but I guess whatever works. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Since its a Korean theater, they mainly have Korean movies playing there. Masks must be worn inside the theater and they disinfect the theater with ghost buster backpacks to keep people safe after every showing.

I tried the Premium and it was awesome. The seat has incline/decline function and the leg supporter was great. I recommend to seat D or E aisle otherwise the screen might be too close to you. Caramel&Onion Popcorns were good~. Why 4stars? Why $19.50 for a matinee? If you are into Korean movies, definitely give it a try. You will impress your date for sure.

New, clean, and comfy! The display is large and the image quality is great. The flavored popcorn in the cafe is really excellent! All sorts of restaurants are in precisely the exact same building so its handy!

First time at this CGV Location and its a great movie theater.

This is our familys go-to place because my dad loves having Korean subtitle when watching American movies and I love having English subtitles when watching Korean movies. Good choice of movie goods and foods! Great seats where it supports your lower back. Bringing kids? Make sure you pick up a cushion so they can extra boost!

A bit of a pricey spot to catch a movie. But its worth it! The seats are comfy and well kept. The food and drink bar is a step up from what youll find at other movie theatres. They offer a ton of cool foreign media that you wont be able to catch elsewhere as well as the blockbusters that everyone is familiar with.

The workers are nice & it is a overall pretty nice theater to watch movies, but obviously the snacks are expensive

Disclaimer: for those complaining, CGV is a Korean brand theater - NOT an American one. What Regals or AMC is to Americans is what CGV is to Koreans. So of course, there will be Korean movies there and Korean advertisements. Also, about the subs, it should say before you purchase tickets. We bought ours at the electronic kiosk and it read in parenthesis whether it was subtitled or not.I love this place! The overall feel and aesthetic is great! Loved the service as well. Super sleek and modern theater with an old time industrial type feel.As a lover of Korean movies, Im glad a CGV opened here close to me. LA is too far so this is just great! Although for now, their movie options are limited and there are a total of 8 theater rooms, its still great! The only complaint I have is that the actual theater room aesthetic threw me off from the rest of the design of the place but thats it.The entire place is clean and located in a quaint mall that will surely become popular in time. Definitely will come back again

The popcorn was good. They had several different flavors available. However the seats were uncomfortable for me. Also there was subtitles, witch distract me. Not the theater for me I guess

Clean, friendly staff and great sound system. But there is only ONE theatre that is 3D/4D. All the rest are regular theaters and basic seating. Cute place, but havent tried a 4D movie here yet. Heard it is really cool though. Will be coming back soon :)

Been here for multiple 4DX movie showings. Very cool experience.

A small but comfortable movie theater . They usually show majority of the popular/current blockbusters. Also, they show Korean movies as well.

Bought a ticket to see a movie online but I found out that I was unable to make it to the movies. I thought it would be a easy fix and gave them a call. But they stated that I would have to be at the theater in person and that there is absolutely nothing they can do to make any refunds or changes to my ticket due to some liability and security reason. I thought this was ridiculous as all the other major theaters allows you to receive refunds and make changes to your tickets online. I live far away and its an extreme inconvenience for me to drive all the way there just to make some changes to my ticket. This theater has terrible customer service and I will not be visiting again.

This place is so awesome the cashiers at the movies rock. So glad we came across this amazing movie location. Didnt stay to explore the rest but Im sure its just as wonderful.

4D ... really is just okay. Good to try it at least once to experience it, but it isnt worth the cost just yet. If you are planning to visit on a new movie night plan for a long concessions line wait, usually out the door.

4D theater was very cool, but the scent was akways the same and smelt like dead flowers

Great sound clean

I absolutely love this movie cinema. The range of food is way outside of what you would expect from a movie theater(cheese sticks, dumpling and fries, quesadillas, flavored popcorn and much more). They also have 4D movies and X-screen movies. In addition to that, they will bring the food to you within the movie theater if youre movie has already started. Im general, it is a must go if you happen to want to watch a movie as it will make the experience many times better.

Great location for movies and love the customer service, everyone I encountered was extremely polite and happy, hard to see these days! I would suggest to get some recliners thus the four stars.

Good sound system and leather seats are comfortable. They have varieties of popcorn flavors and other snacks. I personally love their spicy ricecake and sausage.

The theater is very clean and everyone that works there is very courteous. I love the food and beverage selection, and I disagree with the reviews that said the refreshments are priced higher than other theaters. Also, I dont understand why some people based their rating on the Source, overall, as opposed to limiting the review to the theater.

Nice parking lot

I went to see both End Game and John Wick 3 here at the 4DX screen 6 at CGV. I have to say that it ruined all the regular screens for me now because the 4DX experience is just SO GOOD. It works especially well when the movie is made for it as well. Again, 4DX is a must try. I love the sweet popcorn as well.

Great place to watch movies (be aware that most Hollywood movie have Korean subtitles). Awesome food. Watching Spider-Man Far from Home on ScreenX was amazing.

Saw Swing Kids . Good movie, cashier was very friendly and helpful. The kiosk out side would not read my card... she handled it cheerful.

I went to this place a week ago and this is my second time going to this place. I can not forget my experience here in beuna park theatre. It is called The Source and it has four floors of different stores its an outlet and movie theater in one which is amazing to see. All of it is all Korean culture based there especially the theater with the 4XD which is super cool to be part of the experience in. I had no complaint or problems with it. Since also they have outlet I would go to the kpop store to check out what albums they have to offer there I am a big fan of Twice and a dedicated collector. But besides from that check the out the theater yourself you would be amaze to experience it in person and after your done with the movie you check out the outlet stores while your at it to see what they offer or want. Totally recommend to all people who want to upgrade their experience.

Good place for everything

First time here, first time 4D, and wow! what a great experience. Felt like a movie + amusement ride combined. Definitely plan on coming back for more action films. I prob wouldnt wanna spend $26 on a drama flick. This $26 is best spent on a star wars vs driving ms daisy

New, clean and comfortable! The screen is big and the picture quality is good. The flavored popcorn at the cafe is so good! All kind of restaurants are in the same building so its convenient!

We watched avengers 4dx. It was a great experience. I had so much fun. The theater is clean, with excellent surround sound. I loved the different popcorn flavors. Theres plenty of nice restaurants and food court next to the theater. Ill definitely recommend to friends and family.

This place is really fancy and has lots of options--from exciting ways to view movies (4DX, Screen X, Premium theatres, subtitles, etc) to different food and drinks. Blows any regular movie theatre out of the water.

Place is pretty awesome. Really nice decor. The food is fantastic and lower priced than most. They have a huge selection of food. They have a lot of different types of popcorn. Chocolate, cheese,butter, onion, and Carmel. They also have Korean options, not my first choice but some, like sesame balls, are fantastic.They show Koreans flicks as well as regular movies. Saw Bohemian Rhapsody with Korean subtitles and it didnt interfere with the movie. You can also find some really cool Korean movies, if you have that kind of adventurous spirit.Tuesday is dollar movie day.They serve beer.Its a bit of a culture shock as it 90% Korean,so if your xenophobic you should not come here (unless your Korean).Love this theater.

My favorite korean movie theater. My parents loved this place too. Its very convenient for my parents, when they watch movies with korean subtitle.

The seats are above average, three bigger theater has shared armrests and seats that only recline a bit.Nice big parking structure for the mall. Plenty of places nearby to eat before or after for your fix. Otherwise standard movie food.The sound system is surprisingly good.

Spacious parking with many food selections - CGV cinema has some options of Korean movies. After watching some of them I find the stories are very interesting and amusing though I needed to read English subtitles while watching. I recommend this place!

Awesome movie theater with a 4DX/3D moving seats and wind machine that makes you feel that you are in the movie.

Also, they dont let you select seats with gaps, so you mist choose seats next to an occupied seats. Needless to say that I will be watching movies from AMC or Harkins.

Movie theater is really nice and clean. :) We bought the premium tickets so the seats were very comfortable. They sell Korean munchies! We tried their spicy rice cakes with sausage and they were just OK... they were not very soft... at all. The fries were just ok, too (way over-fried). I did, however, enjoy the mini mandoos. The popcorn is not bad but nothing like Harkins! Overall, a positive movie watching experience.

Best movie theater Ive ever been to! Saw a movie in 4D but I enjoyed the theater more than any other Ive been to. Food was unique (sushi and calamari) as well as pretty reasonable prices for concessions. Highly recommended for anyone who doesnt mind the higher priced entry ticket

The theater itself is nice. However, the seats were not comfortable due to the 4DX movie effects, which were also distracting from the movie. Been there, done that, not a repeater.

Small, but upscale, trendy theatre. Absolutely perfect for Korean speakers wanting to watch non-Korean and Korean movies. Up-to-date selection of both Korean and non-Korean movies. Great sound and nice seating (reserved seating, recliners, etc). Their Genesis theatre even has lamps and charging stations.

I went to this theater just for the 4DX experience to watch The Avengers Endgame, the movie was great! Unfortunately, the movie started 10-15 minutes before schedule. Also the AC wasnt working in which it was horrible!!!

Really interesting looking structure. Many food courts with really good food. Theaters are cool with recline seating or regular seating..but one of the theaters actually lets you feel the moment of a movie....Go and experience CGV...you will see!!!

Theater is clean with good sound. Strangely the movie starts with so many commercials instead of upcoming movie trailers. Otherwise excellent choice for watching any movie.

Its a small theater but offers most movie titles and foreign flicks. The facility overall is modern and choosing your sit is very good, however the ticketing system needs improvement.

The theater is amazing. Welcoming and nice looking place. The best part are the seats creating this environment based movie that has special effects. Nice bar on the side and great offers and benefits most times. Price may seem very expensive but it is worth for movies you know and will enjoy. Yes they have reserved seating.

I only give it 4 stars because the complete Shopping Center is still-under-construction kind of tough to find. as far as the theater experience great five star. Very comfortable seats and plenty of parking in the parking lot once I found it LOL just off a beachThey even do Korean subtitles on the bottom not that I understand them but a great bonus for that community the whole shopping center is catered to that audience

This was not my first time at the Source, I have been here more times then I know of. I came here with my family even before it opened. It is a predominant Korean base outdoor shopping mall. On the second floor is CGV. They offer very cofotrtable seating, different types of screens like 4dx. Moving chairs and amazing sound. They have different types of popcorn like caramel yes carmel! Cheese, spicy, and butter. You can get a divider and try two different kinds with free refills. Id go Carmel an butter. Its a very nice theater. The crowd again is primarily Korean so most theaters there have koreans subtitles. Some reviewed that it bothered them , I was able to still enjoy the movie. They have free movie nights older Korean movies on weds. They offer alcohol and food as well. Pricing varies so see there website.

4DX is an Awesome Experience.

I cant believe they gave us 2 free movie tickets with our annual Knotts Berry Farm passes!!! Its a great movie theater! But they definitely need a separate line just for movie tickets, instead of making you wait in the concessions line!!!

I love the movie experience here. The theatre is smaller and gives off a cozy vibe. You can purchase your ticket from a kiosk or get in line and get it and also purchase yours snacks at the same time. The theatre is nice and clean and located on the 4th floor. The tickets are cheaper than more well known there. It is assigned seating. Matinee is 7$, you definitely can’t beat that price. On Tuesdays they have special pricing also. All theatre utilized subtitles, and it’s in Korean because this theatre is located in the Source, a Korean plaza

They will let you in with an outside drink if you are asian but not latino it seems, as they immediately made me wait outside while other customers still brought in their bobas. Everyone was rude during the movie. The 4dx experience includes no 4d/3d. Its just a flat screen and moving chairs and horrible smelling spray that barely works. The theater worker flips through channels before getting to the movie and then no previews just plays immediately. Theres a light at the trash can in the theater that gets super bright every time someone walks in or out of the movie theater. Worst movie experience and what a lame mall full of nothing really..

Excellent place for a movie. The seats are very comfortable. There is also Korean subtitles which makes it easier for me to watch and enjoy movies.

Empty mall.. it doesnt help the overall image of this mall when you see only one side of escalator is working.. bad way of saving money when it hurts more on the perception of the status of business. I hope they do well but it just feels badly planned site.

Very Nice Places for Shopping and Eating

Really like this theatre! The 4Dx experience is an absolute must ... unless you have serious motion sickness—my husband barely made it through Beauty and the Beast!The staff are helpful and friendly, and the interior is beautiful! Check out the ladies’ room whether you have to go or not ... it’s like a palace!They offer Korean-language, movies as well as English, with subtitles in some of the screening rooms.The snack bar is an amazing combination of Western and Asian goodies (try something new!), and the prices won’t make you want to cry.There is tons of parking in the structure off Beach Blvd. and it’s a quick walk to the theatre entrance.

Good place just go to movie. But if you want others like popcorn and beverage. You should think to go somewhere else to go to movie. This place definitely over priced their snacks.

Not bad but not better than other US movie theater.Pop corn is also not really good, sugar cane pop corn in other movie theater is better than caramel pop corn in CGV.Never try the sausage and rice cake package.

The movie theater looks great! I love the way its decorated, looks old timey. The 4DX is awesome but the seats kind of suck because theyre a bit narrow and feel crammed which is the only reason I didnt give it 5 stars.

We liked the theatre very much but in the future would not like subtitles, I dont know if all the movies have them or just selected ones. Everything was very clean and it wasnt crowded. Overall a pleasant experience.

The Source and its theater is awesome! The auditorium isnt huge, but not small either. The theater also has 4x experience special effects if you want to feel like you are part of the movie. I had 30 minutes til the movie started so we walked around The Source; grab a quick bite before the movie

I have been hear to see a 4D movie. A complete feature movie in 4D. It was my first time experiencing the full feature film in 4D. The theatre was large, screen was massive and huge. Nice place to visit if you want a change in how you want to visit the movies. The tickets are slightly in the higher end due to the services that are being provided. A lot of Asian movies play in the theatre. Have nice offers to grab for eventually. A good place to visit with the kids and the family to give them a new experience
