I have only lived here for a couple months & already dislike. The property Manager seemed really nice at first but it was just a front. When we call to have maintenance come out she gives us attitude & seems annoyed. Mind we called because we had no hot water, the water heater wasnt working when we moved in. It infested with scorpions & we asked over a week ago to have them spray, still nothing. Our AC went out over a week ago & we havent heard anything back about it. She now doesnt answer or calls or returns our phone calls. We leave voicemails & she doesnt respond. I had ants coming in the house from the front door & they still havent replaced the trimming around the door. Again, that was more than over a week ago. Mind you, all this should have been taken care of prior to us moving in. We have 3 small children & Im expecting. Having no hot water of AC Im pretty sure thats a health emergency.. Ridiculous.

Wish the pool was full of h2o so my 3yr old grandson Fisher, & I could go swimming. Fisher loves to swim!!

I toured the park and its very nice and quiet. Management is very professional and friendly. They have these homes that are built by Clayton homes in Buckeye. The homes are very nicely built and aesthetically pleasing. I am excited to live here.

They have apove the place. How it need a little bit more fixing up.

When management lives on site, the properties are better cared for. I take it the manager lives in a nicer neighborhood? I drove around the area and it didnt suit me. Checked elsewhere. Future renters beware!

Am bring up legal action against this park and owner. The district manager refused to take our applications. I have witness to this which I mention one person who is my nurse. See you in court. Have a great day

This place use to be a place use to be a bad stay in about one year ago. A year ago I would of given this place a one star. However they have made a lot of Good changes with the new management.

They recently got rid of previous management. they are fixing alot of things, they brought in almost ten new mobile homes to replace almost every damaged one. pool will work by next spring, and they added an office and a rec room with a study. they cleaned up the place too, gave us trash cans. these bad reviews arent applicable too much anymore. lived here for 10 months and more keeps happening.

Family safe my ass.. This place is far from being safe.. Theres abandoned trailers, people breaking into tenants homes, theres broken glass on rented lots and on abandoned lots... So how can this place be considered a family safe place to live? The district manager and the owner aint so friendly either.. The both of them are very rude and disrespectful to tenants... Which states in the landlord and tenant rules and regulations that they have to be respectful and show kindness to the tenants.. Which never happens.... If I had to rate them they sure in thee hell wouldnt get a 5 star rating from me.. This place isnt worth a 5 star rating.. So take my advice and dont rent from here...

Alot of shady people living there. Ugly road, ugly homes. It looks ghetto. I saw a poster stating that a man was vandalizing the place.

Affordable, quiet, safe and walking distance to everything. Also they due background checks on everyone ,family safe and pet friendly

Lovely, family friendly park. Everyone is nice and respectful.

Quiet place I would stay there again only thing is they want paid by money order only

I like how they clean up the park and got rid of the bad tenants
