My son lives here. This development is clean, quiet and very attractive. The homes are well kept. Upon arriving there are beautiful palm trees and a lovely pool. Sherry is the manager and she is very nice and works hard to ensure that everything is running smoothly.

Buena Vista is a really good place to live! It has a park, basketball court, swings, soccer field, and a community pool. I enjoy living here a lot.

I think this place is great. Manager and staff keep the place looking great. Obviously some don’t like to want to follow, but there’s always a few grumpy ones. Excited that COX is finally coming in! Sylvia Jones which part of the park do you live in?? I think this is great, it will keep our park looking good and secure. Didn’t you sign same rules as me??

Love living here. Nice pool, gated community. Zero crime, very well kept. So quiet and peaceful.

Please do your research before renting or buying here.These people are really ruining for the hard working people that live here.They are contracting with a new tow company to rip off there customers that buy homes and Also rent here. I am not happy at all living here where there is no extra parking and Where they feel the need to hire a tow company to tow residents cars while they are sleeping. Way to go Buena Vista Homes for taking advantage of the tenants that pay the bills here.Beware of the tow truck scam starting here on May 1st 20201. They will be putting up signs throughout the community letting everyone know that there is no overnight parking on the street.2. Overnight parking on street is 10pm-5am your car will be towed without notice if parked on the street during those hours. WOW!3. Flat tires, expired tags will get a 24 hr tow notice and you will need to call tow company to see what you need to do. WOW!4. Overnight street parking, parking on your landscape and leaking oil is an immediate tow. If your car leaks oil they will also tow it off without notice. WOW!They will also being doing the security patrol through the community during those hours. Tow Truck Company doing security patrol. WOW!this is effective May 1, 2020

Its a great place to live. The people who complain about the management are the people who dont follow the rules that keep the community looking nice and clean. Basically the lazy people.

Very beautiful community. Great place for loving your spouse and your pets. Although I did not see children, this place looks and feels like the Best Place in the World for a family.

This place is horrible to live. The manager Shari is mean and gives everyone attitude and puts people under the bus. She does not care about anyone but herself.they keep raising the rent every month.I suggest you dont live here.

Well my application was just recently denied said insufficient funds not eben two weeks ago i knew my pay check stubs and my letter for employer verufication wasnt submitted right wven though sherri tried 3 or 4 times .somehow i knew it was wrong i wished soneone could of helped me get it right with the application instead if being rude and didnt want to talk to me when she said they denied me sun communities is a nice plaace yo live and quiet away from all the congestion and traffic. Just like a get away and thats where i wantwd to be . so i went applied for a loan was excepted the same day i filled the paper work work out and now im starting the paperwork fri for a brand knew house. Thank you lord. And sorry buena vista you missed out on a sale

Beware no internet availability for real internet users waiting over a year, finally COX is coming in but yet to be available.

The area was nice and neat. Liked the pool area, has a playground area.

Management here is just awful! Rude rude rude. I dont think they want people to live here.

The community is beautiful, quiet and all of the rest. In fact, I agree with most of the positive reviews about this place. However, I completely regret moving here because myself and anyone that moves in after me, will NOT be able to get internet anytime soon. You won’t be told this by anyone. And if you ask about internet, they’ll tell you about Century Link, which is the ONLY dsl/cable provider in this community. But, Century Link has no lines available. There’s no hope. There are no other DSL or Cable providers. You’re screwed. You will be in 2019 with no internet.
