I have been going to this theatre for several years. Ever since it closed down around March/April because of the pandemic and reopened it is just not the same. I have seen 3 movies since it reopened and the soda taste old every time. Yesterday the Diet Coke tasted like medicine! If you are going to charge an arm and a leg for concessions at least make sure it is not expired. Really thinking of just driving to Harlingen next time I wanna see a movie...

Usually not crowded and pleasant staff. Theater is starting to show age a bit but it is still comfortable. Many theaters and XD and DBox. Popcorn is usually fresh. Tuesday they have lower prices and senior day on Wednesdays. It is located by the food court

Just saw unhinged with Russel Crow. Very disturbing!!! I will never hold the car horn again against anyone!!

Harley Queen is a great movie!!!

Wasnt thrilled about picking out seats at ticket booth however it does ensure everyone gets to sit together if it is a busy show and you have a large group. They would have been nice seats, but mine had tears across them which made them scratchy on my legs. It was just a little chilly in there but that is better than being too hot. If it was crowded we would have had more body heat.

I absolutely love this place, I go to the movies at least once a month and is always a good experience, great and helpful staff, it can get a little slow in the concession at certain hours because theres a lot of people but if you get in line with extra minutes before your movie start then youll be fine and youll get your fresh popcorn, the rooms are always clean and I love the confortable seats.

The seating there is the best in El Paso. Reasonable prices on concessions with good freshness. Also get refills on large popcorn and drink. Staff is courteous and knowledgeable. Clean parking lot sidewalks well-maintained. Good size overhangs for inclement weather in the ticketing area. Easy access to shopping and good places to eat in the area immediately adjacent to the theater

Always enjoy a good movie here with popcorn and a drink. Seats are comfortable and the sound is great.

Great place to watch films on Tuesdays for cheap prices with family, friends, or alone but the people are always talking, using their cellphones, and kicking seats. When I go back to theaters Im gonna teach these moviegoers to behave at movie theaters so I can enjoy myself at cinemas. You came to movie theaters to watch movies not to talk, use cellphones, or kick seats

Staff was pretty awesome tonight. We went to see Frozen II and had a blast. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the commemorative buckets and cups can not be refilled once that movie is out of the cinemark. We had how to train your dragon toothless cups and bucket and was told they couldnt refill those, even though i was willing to pay for the refill.

Im a movie person this cinema is pretty good. They should have a Cinema Favor here where u can order stuff and they delivered your concession goodies so like that you dont have to miss the movie.

Our flight was cancelled at a nearby airport and we went to the theater to spend some time waiting for our next flight. We were refused entry into the theater because we had our suitcases with us. The manager would not offer any respite. He simply turned us away.

A very unpleasant experience!! Not only was the theater HOT but some of the staff was very unwelcoming. We apparently were profiled by the manager Joe Castillo, implied by the employee taking the tickets. As we gave the tickets to enter this female employee, she stated that her manager told her to make sure to tell US not to let us in with a bag that held a plush we had just bought for our child. What was upsetting is that while my husband took the package to the vehicle I stayed to clarify what had just happened, there were others passing with bags with mall purchases. All they were told was to fold up the top of the bags and were let right in. So yes... I would say that is profiling!! When I asked for the managers name to file a formal complain with corporate the employee hesitated and would not provide his name. It was not until all this that the manager walked over and I was able to obtain his name from his badge. Worst experience EVER!

Had a good time with my daughter and wife but I wish that they would sale good original nachos.I buy some in Olmito and those are nachos that you can enjoy a movie with.

Always a good place to go see a movie

Pretty clean theatre but dang $6-7 for a 12oz beer crazyyy prices but thats the price to pay for drinking in a theatre. Really wish they get a more variety concession stand, like actual food and ice cream. The seats are so comfortable and always a pleasure to visit. If you go to a late night viewing watch out when going to the restroom. They dont check if people are in there Im guessing at a certain time and lights get shut off but hey a majority of the time who sees a super late last showing movie.

Well priced, and affordable all around. We saw Us on the DX screen, and definitely thought it was worth it for a few dollars more. Bigger screen, better sound, comfier seats.Plus, they have beer and wine! Cheers.

If you wanna watch the new JOKER movie....watch it! Its so freaking good. Even Heath Ledger would be proud

We went there to see A Star Is Born on Tuesday afternoon, but waited awhile in line for tickets, with a guy just sitting next to the girl helping the line, messing with his phone or something else. It looked unprofessional and downright bad. The theater must have been recently renovated because it looked real nice inside. Restrooms looked nice also. Great movie for the money, on Tuesdays.

Always a good place to go with family

Wouldnt sell popcorn when I ordered a beer. Told me I had to go to the other side to get my popcorn...so there I stood with my beer waiting in line for popcorn. Never happened before...even spoke to the manager and all he said was sorry. Told him this didnt happen the last time I was here...just shrugged his shoulders...waste of time...they need to get there act together...never again!

Good icee. Not liquidfied. Popcorn was old but managed. The place was a little dirty. Went to the restrooms smelled like pee and paper everywhere. Thinking of going again. But I maybjust Red Box and chill. We were trying to watch Us.. I did ask to speak with a manager but they told me he was busy at counter. Thank you. Will go again someday..

I liked it very much, its modern with XD and reserved seating. Comparable to the one in Pharr and Harlingen. For example, I consider the small theatres to be like the one in Weslaco. This aint it, chief.

Easily rate this the 5 star theater in town; its the main theater in Brownsville with XD surround sound, clean, retro Hollywood style facilities, quality concessions (beer and wine available) and superb picture quality!

Best and only place in Brownsville to watch recently released movies. As it is the only movie theater, apart from cinemark movies 10, popular showings will be sold out. Get there early or buy tickets online to guarantee a spot.

For being the only movie theatre in Brownsville, they accomplish everything their supposed to, but little more. I really appreciate some of the stuff they do when there are midnight premieres.
