Cute little quiet trailer park for both mobile homes and RVs big or small.

Its always been a Great place, Olny place in Brookings SD, that let washed every one, clothes, free after the New look years ago. PARTY ON.

Friendly manager, decent to good mobile homes for rent!

First, the laundry is amazing! Clean and free WIFI- brand new machines and lots of places to hang out. The Trailers are for rent and for sale but Karen works in the office for both and she was VERY NICE AND HELPFUL. I would rent from these, under 600 a month is a great deal!

We initially had no issues with them, but as time went on, they were slow to make necessary repairs and when it came time to move out, they outright violated their own contract. We were no longer under lease and it was not stated that after the lease term it would be month to month. We were searching for a bigger place to move and found one on short notice (about 2 weeks notice) so I immediately contacted the property manager, Karen, when we knew we would be moving. She claimed that we were on a month to month lease which was not stated in the rental contract and she said they would not refund any of our security deposit. I have written proof of the situation as well. If I had the financial ability to fight them legally, I would have. Anyone considering renting through Medary Village beware that they do not adhere to their own written contracts.

My sister lives there its a pretty well kept place. Its trailers so dont go to medary village if your looking for anything else

It’s good for the price but they all need work and they only get part of what’s needed

Best place to do laundry at all so it also has free WiFi internet service to anyone who stops in Brookings.

I used the laundry facilities. Clean, new machines, debit cards friendly.

Definitely need to clean this park up.
