Cute community! Seems real Quiet! I was just visiting a friend.

What a dive trailer court. Needs to be condemned. I picked up a friend that needed a ride. Did not feel safe there.

Super safe community, everyone is very kind and trusting, no noise complaints. Rent is reasonable and roads are nice.

Mills Properties who owns the park will work with me if I have trouble financially some times during the year.....Property Manager Andrew Is easy to work with and takes the time to through questions i may have. Lot rent here is one of the lowest in Brookings ..and depending of you have street light going through your meter..it costs $150- $160. Garbage is privided for us and dont have to pay for bmu to come and haul.
