I love our Silverspot Cinema ~ its such a beautiful theater, and I look forward to making it part of our date nights. So glad we live in the Town of Brookfield and are only about a mile from The Corners open air shopping center. Its my personal favorite area to take an evening walk.

The whole experience at Silverspot is great start to finish! Started off the evening with happy hour apps and drinks and then went to our movie where we were guided to our seat by the kindest usher! I love that they give you the option to order food in your seat in case you don’t have time to make it a leisurely evening like we did! Highly recommend, would go again!

Overall the experience was outstanding, the server was super friendly, the staff at the entrance was very nice and accommodating, overall I was very satisfied! I would have to agree on them disclosing the time that you wait prior to the movie starting. Other than that it was a premium experience and I will be back! Oh and the cheese curds and the peanut butter jar was amazing!

What a splendid theater, from the moment you walk in you are met with really great customer service. The bartender was also on point and and personable yet professional at the same time. The theatre it self is really well crafted, the sound was fantastic and the screen quality is notch. The bathroom placement was also well thought-out. Nothing bad or even kind of questionable to say about this place, we will totally be back for another flick for sure!

I’ve been waiting for a full restaurant service movie theater for years! The food and drinks were great. The Kentucky smoke cocktail was delicious. Adam provided us spectacular service. The theater sound, cushy armchairs and seat side service were top notch

Just wanted to say thank you for an incredible dining/movie experience over the Thanksgiving holiday while we were visiting in Milwaukee! My husband, son and I were just looking to enjoy a movie for the evening and simply picked this theater because of the convenient movie time we found online (not having a clue what this theater was really all about). Upon our arrival we were Kindly greeted by the manager and directed to the ticket kiosk. We were initially disappointed when the only tickets available were in the front row; I usually dont like sitting that close. The manager came over and upon hearing our reason for hesitation assured us that those seats are really fine, but if we were not satisfied he would refund our money. First awesome gesture! We decided to go for it. Then out of the blue, the manager came up to us again this time offering us a gift card and telling us supper was on him. We were totally taken aback. Second amazing gesture! He then escorted us to our theater and made sure that one of the attendants would be taking care of us. Thats when my husband asked where the concession stand was; needless to say we were quite shocked when they told us it was full service dining and someone would be there to take our order. The food and drinks were AMAZING! As my son sat with the biggest smile on his face enjoying the best margarita and the best fish tacos he ever had, it warmed my heart that we were getting to enjoy this moment together and had been the recipients of such generosity. Oh...and we enjoyed the movie, and the seats were just fine!

I am changing my original 4 star rating to 2 as I found myself not wanting to come back to Silverspot for a few reasons. First of all the atmosphere is probably the strength here. It is upscale and so is the service. The menu and the food are very good. But like others have found, once your server leaves the food, you are on your own. Forget it if you need to salt your food to your liking or need additional ketchup. It is very difficult to find anyone to help you. You also cant see your food while you are eating. You cant see if you are grabbing your burger or your fries. I understand that these are things they do by design as they understand it improves the movie watching experience, but it makes your food eating experience uncomfortable. Drink refills are pre arranged and timed for a specific hour. At other restaurant style movie theatres you can walk outside and get your own refills when you need them as often as you need them without being limited to just one. They also require you arrive 1/2 hour prior to the movie start time, so it is a bigger time commitment than at other theaters. I hope they come up with a happy medium.

I will pay the (slightly) higher ticket prices to come here from now on rather than the Majestic. The theater and bar area are clean and modern, the chairs are comfy, and like another reviewer said it’s perfect for date night. We had just come from eating dinner and didn’t order anything so I can’t comment on the food, but everything else about the experience was great.

Have been there twice. First time was double charged for tickets through their app. Theater did correct it later. Both times we had drink orders not brought despite being charged for them. Once again theater later corrected charge. It is a beautiful theater but tired of constantly having bill readjusted.

Amazing upscale theater with bar/restaurant

Went one afternoon for lunch with my husband and the food and drinks were phenomenal! We thought the whole experience was very lovely and the staff was friendly. We will definitely be going back as many times as we can! Happy customers

Fantastic new development for sure, so excited to come here again. Service was amazing, they really went out of the way to make customers feel like guests. A must experience for anyone whos willing to pay a little extra for a lot more quality.

So there are two ways to look at this place. Depending on your view depends how you rate the place. If you are looking for a real date night where there are not a lot of kids if any, has really good food and drinks, then this is the place to go. Very upscale. The staff is very professional, and you feel like you can relax. Now the movies tickets are a little pricey and the food I would say is a tad expensive (but very very good). But the peace of mind and the upscale atmosphere makes up for it.After the movie you can head down to the lounge and have a few drinks to complete your night. However if you are expecting this to be a place to take a bunch of kids for family night then I would suggest going to $5 Tuesdays at Marcus. I love it as when I take my wife to see a movie, we want to relax and not be around o bunch of loud teenagers and crying babies. (I love kids btw) . Great place. 10/10

Pretty good experience. Food is good but they didnt come back and refill drinks like they initially told us. Advise folks to tell the wait staff that you will leave a cash tip after the movie rather than tipping after cashing out before the movie.

This place is amazing. Its clean. The service is immaculate. The food is incredible. Its spacious and the seats are comfortable. Everything just makes sense. Every movie theater should be like this, and I will never go to a normal one ever again.

I have been to similar theatres when living in a bigger city. This place is great. The seats are comfortable, the food has been great, the staff has been great. It’s different than the normal theatres where you buy and sit. It’s a service to you in the theatre. You buy your meals and pay ahead of start of the movie. Not normal,sure. But you don’t get interrupted during the movie. You don’t see heads trying to duck in front of the screen. Get there ahead of time if you want to order food. The movie prices are the same to surrounding places. They have an app to earn free things like food and movie tickets. Plus the food is really good. That shrimp appetizer is amazing. This place is now my favorite. Highly recommend.

Id recommend going to see popular movies on a weekday at the last viewing. You may get the entire theater to yourself! Great food and wonderful drinks. Always my go to spot.

Have been here a few times now and each time has been better than the last. Everything they do really exceeds what you expect in going to a movie. From the food to the staff to the theaters they have really seemed to figure it out. We will definitely be going back.

The food was delicious. I had the Coconut Jasmine Rice bowl with Crispy chicken. The service was very good. The server was very patient with all my questions. Well be back as there were so many things we wanted to try. Too bad there isnt a sampler plate for the appetizers.

When the price is as high as it is the execution should be excellent. We had to ask after our drinks and food while the other patrons were already served in spite of arriving and ordering after us. Maybe they know a secret. The popcorn was served without salt. The back row is a cubby making the sound muted. Well be sure to work around this if we return. The food was good but I think well eat ahead of time and go on $6 Thursday.

This isnt your regular popcorn and candy movie theater!We warmed up at the bar for their happy hour, then headed into the theater for dinner and a movie. We ordered the Miso glazed Salmon, and it was delicious. It made for a perfect date night!

If you truly appreciate an amazing movie experience this place is for you! Quality service with a unique dining/movie experience. The only thing they didnt have was a red carpet in the front. We will definitely be having another date night here soon!

My wife and I checked out Silverspot Cinema for the first time last weekend.. I was underwhelmed by the overall experience. Its important to know that the featured film starts about 45-50 minutes after the posted showtime. For example, if the movie showtime is listed at 8:30pm there is then a serving period for 30 minutes, and then trailers would start at 9:00pm. The featured film would then start around 9:20pm, and the lights go dark at 9:25pm. So, the lights are still on when the movie starts..There wasnt sufficient signage to direct movie-goers where to go. The movie posters werent posted outside of the theater and there was no overhead signage to let us know what movie was playing in each theater. When we arrived the usher actually took us into the wrong theater room because he didnt know what movies were playing in what theater rooms either..My expectations for Silverspot were high, but I was also envisioning an experience similar to one that you would expect at one of the nicer Marcus Cinemas. Silverspot was entirely different than the traditional movie-going experience, but not in a good way.. This might be a better experience if youre looking to have dinner and a movie at the same location.

The food was excellent but I was not able to enjoy it or take it home. We arrived to our seat 5 minutes before the movies start time and had to wave down a server to be able to order. Once we received our food we were able to take 2 bites before the theater went dark and we couldnt see our food at all and couldnt eat it anymore. Our food sat the whole movie getting cold and at the end of the movie no one showed up to offer us boxes or ask about our experience. I left very disappointed and felt like I wasted ALOT of money. Nothing in this theater is modestly priced everything is expensive.

It would have been better if they actually came back and asked you for refills and whatnot instead of asking you in advance before the movie even starts. I understand their logic but it still sucks to end up wanting something but you cant have it because you didnt preplan it.

This is a beautiful theater and the concept is great. The service should be exceptional for the cost, but we found that was not the case.1. The food obviously sat a long time before it was served. It would be good quality had it been warm and fresh. The portion sizes were generous.2. You cannot see the food youre eating without a cellphone.3. You cannot order anything after the movie starts and you must pay and tip before PLUS noone asks how it was or if you need anything else.4. The waitress could not recommend foodWe had 2 drinks and 3 appetizers. This was $54 plus a tip of 20% and that wasnt including the $35 we paid for tickets. I am 100% okay with this cost if the food and service was good, but it was not.I usually do not leave bad reviews but this had to be said.

Nice theater but horrible food. Initial service good but no followup. Veggie burger tasted off (and there are good alternatives now, like Burger King). Tiny amount of ketchup for fries. Raw onions on burger even though I ordered without onions. Bread pudding (another order screwed up) was terrible. Cold, tasteless glob of grease and I got sick to my stomach. Eat somewhere else. For the money you would do better at Portillos or even Burger King.

I’ll start by saying that my one-✰ rating is not based on the service, rather, the just plain bizarre experience that this movie theater is trying to create. Every staff member that we encountered was friendly & helpful, so that was not the issue. I truly don’t know how else to explain this place other than STRANGE. The theaters are SMALL and are not labelled whatsoever as to what movie is playing in each room...the room our movie was in was so small, so intimate, that it was just awkward. The movie screen was TINY! I swear to everything that is holy that the projector I have in my basement casts a larger screen than the one in this theater. Then, the seats are barely even at an incline, so while I’m trying to watch this movie, I can’t help but feel like I’m staring at the heads of the people in front of me?? It’s so weird. Don’t even get me started on the concept of the food service, because it is just plain odd. First of all, the servers really rush you to place your order, popcorn, appetizers, drinks, entrees, desserts, everything, BEFORE THE TRAILERS EVEN BEGIN?? What the hell is the point of “dinner and a movie” if you finish your dinner before the trailers are even over because they force you to order so early on?? Once your food is dropped off you NEVER see the server again. Apparently this is how it is supposed to be?? What donI do when I need a drink refill, a napkin, some ketchup, or God forbid my order was wrong and I need it fixed? I personally didn’t even bother ordering food because I thought it was so strange. Then, you can’t pay with cash, which I find extremely unprofessional in this day and age. And for how expensive this place is, I was expecting it to just blow me away, but now I understand how amazing Marcus theaters are. You couldn’t pay me to return SilverSpot ever again, simply because the experience is just so weird, awkward, and uncomfortable. I’ve never experienced anything like it. I really can’t fathom why anyone would enjoy this experience.

I ride the fence. The food was good, the lounge style seats were comfortable, and the audio/video was solid. Drinks and food are expensive, no ability to ask for refills and there was no ability to take leftovers home. With the seat fully upright, I feel like I had to do situps to lean forward enough to eat without worrying about spilling.

1st time experience tonight and we will definitely be back. The theater is spotless, spacious and the seating is exceptionally comfortable. My wife and I had the kale salad (mixed with romaine), which was very good, she had the fish tacos, which are blackened mahi-mahi and were excellent, and I had the grilled tuna steak sandwich, which was very good (could have used a bit more flavorful seasoning), I got the sweet potato fries as my side order, which were also very good (and not oily) and we shared one of the peanut butter and chocolate desserts, which was very good as well.Bottom line- on a scale of 1 - 10 the food was 8 - 9, the service was very good (about a 9), the theater and comfort and adjustment of the seating a 10, the pricing was mid to slightly higher range and it was overall it was a very enjoyable experience.We will be back again, and I would definitely recommend this experience to others.

No concession stand. Had to chase down an employee just to get soda and water. Theater door didnt close and let light and noise in. At times the movie playing in a different theater was louder than our movie. Would give 1 star but the seats were really comfy.

I’ve never been to Silverspot cinema. However, they made the choice to air movie trailers in the center courtyard at the Corners on September 16th featuring Rambo taking about death repeatedly and the newest stripper movie called Hustlers or something like that. This is all while my family with a 7 year old are eating outside at Bel Air. We’re pleading with the Bel air manager to get it turned off. Classy move Silverspot, won’t be visiting your theater. Common sense is lacking these days...

Everything at the theater was amazing.. except for the fact that my boyfriend and I had to leave an hour after eating our food due to feeling sick. After a long painful night we realized the chicken tenders were the culprit since it was the only thing we had eaten the same in a week.

This review is by Mrs Nicola. The design of the bar area was cold and needed a warmer atmosphere and seating resembled a daycare. The theater was done well and seating very comfortable but the hallways were like a fun house. When i entered the ladies room it was a room from The Shining, very creepy and my stall was out of toilet paper so i tried to get the spare roll which was impossible and made me frustrated. All the money invested and you seriously couldnt make toilet paper accessible. Servers should be optional and getting your own drinks and popcorn shouldnt involve a tip.

We went to see the Lion King and were very pleased. The atmosphere was wonderful and the service was great. Prior to going all of the reviews are saying that the servers were in the way or would direct you to your seat but after taking the orders they never bothered us if we went to the restroom. The tickets were pricey, but water was free and bottomless popcorn was $8. Go to Majestic or any other theater and they will nickle and dime you for anything, including $5+ for a bottle of water. The only negative I would give it was the delay it took. Like many people have said, if the movie says it starts at noon, the commercials dont start til 12:30 and the movie itself doesnt start till close to 12:45. I would like it if they would mention that when reserving the tickets so that if you dont wish to order you can arrive later. All in all it was a great experience and we will be going back in the future.P.S. They played the wrong movie when we arrived so they gave us free passes for the next movie we saw. I thought that was very nice of them too.

This was the second time I went there it has been hands down best experience ever. I love their dining experience and their bathrooms are the best. Would love to see more of these cinemas pop up. I would highly recommend this friends, family and coworkers. I cant say enough great things about this place.

I really enjoyed our dinner and a movie at Silverspot!! I really liked how they did things. Our first movie here, the server was able to give us clear instructions on when to order, when we get our food and what to expect for when the movie actually started. The food was SOOO good! *Get the chicken wings!! (youre welcome)* We are already planning a regular date night here.

My favorite theater in the Milwaukee/ Brookfield area !! The staff are so polite and everyone asks how are you doing or if you need anything. This beats the new movie tavern by Marcus in Brookfield square by a lot! ️

So it was really confusing as to when to be there to get your order in. We thought that getting there at 7:35 was ok because the trailers went til 8pm. When we got into the theater there was someone serving food to the only other couple in there. I guess I would think theyd have let a server know that the last guests showed up... There were only 5 people total in the theater, so not very many at all to serve. We did manage to get someone to get us a server, but at first they werent going to get our order which really irritated me because we sat there 20 min waiting for service. We did end up getting to order & they were very apologetic & prompt. I understand this is a new facility so you are working out some kinks. The cinema is gorgeous, the seats are super comfy & we were very happy with our food & drinks. Everything else about our experience was fantastic which is why I gave 4 stars. May I just suggest you word The movie starts at 7:30pm so please show up at 7:00pm or something along those lines. Thank you.

Gave this cinema a chance knowing right off about the dinning period before showtime. Drinks were generous but food was just ok, expected better for the price. If youre planning on dinning and a movie, its definitely more comfortable here than sitting on some office chairs at other theaters nearby. The drinks are definitely better too. The food quality is similar. I would suggest removing all the friction when getting into the theater before and at showtime.

Don’t let the Marcus Corp. trolls fool you with their inundation of poor reviews. This is the best theatre experience, period. Brand new, superior customer experience and the place doesn’t reek of stale popcorn. Cocktails are incredible, fresh ingredients and expertly crafted. The food is better than most high-end restaurants I’ve dined. I had the best prepared salmon, ever. The ahi tuna was cooked perfectly, as well. Marcus should learn from Silverspot. Treat yourself to a better, superior experience and give Silverspot a chance.

I think the tickers are overpriced for what you get. The seats recline and are heated, but they were not that comfortable. The overall look of the theater was very sleek and modern, but the small size made it possible to hear all the whispers going on around me. Also, the servers often got in the way as I was trying to enjoy the move. I would only go here again if it was for a discounted price.

Very nice luxury movie theater that goes above and beyond in customer service. Ive been to many luxury movie theaters across the United States and this is probably my favorite theater yet and only 1 minute away from my home! Whoever the manager was on opening night (I forgot his name ) was a very good manager that cares about customers hapiness. I can tell my wife and I will be using this theater quite frequently! Also thank you silver spot for giving us free tickets upon opening. My wife and I are very happy to have you as neighbors :)

Facility itself is beautiful and the staff was amazing. We chose to see a movie here instead of Marcus because of the earlier showtime, but didn’t know until we sat there for 25 minutes AFTER the showtime that the movie doesn’t start until 50 minutes after the posted time. Which then made it a much later night then we would have liked. Would have been nice to know ahead of time.

My husband and I tried this theatre. We arrived at time on tickets and just wanted to sit down with popcorn and a beer. We were stopped on the way to our seats and told we had to wait in the bar. We waited for 20 minutes and never saw a server. Then we got to our seats, sat through 30 minutes of how to order food and drink and again no server to order from. Finally just before order deadline a server showed up very rushed and took our order - beer and popcorn. So we’re thinking great, we’ll be eating and drinking soon. No, it was another 20 minutes. Come on, just have a concession stand. Sound of movie was good but we will not be back. The Majestic is where I’m going from now on.

This theatre is the BEST around the food there was great and it is a bit pricey and all your concessions are ordered before the movie. It is a great place for a date night with an amazing lounge area.

My husband and I went here to celebrate my birthday. We very disappointed, the start times were horrible. Our movie was supposed to start at 6.30 didnt start until 7.15 . When you order your food you have to order everything right away. So we thought we would go all out and order an app dinner and dessert. In most cases you get your app first them dinner then dessert. You know so you have time to digest. Nope not here everything at once.Attention Mr CEO we are not animals and not only that ,the tables are very small no room to put everything. I definitely going back to Marcus theaters. That was not relaxing at all. Way to expensive. I dont recommend it to anyone.

Our family went to see Joker this Tuesday. This is a very nice theater. It was nice to see a family restroom as our disabled son was with us. The only drawback that keeps me from rating higher is that when it was time for us to leave, the elevator for wheel chairs would not function. The staff tried several times to make it work. Opening and closing the gates many times finally tripped the switch to get it working.This equipment really needs to be in order 100%.

Today my family arrived at 1:40 PM for a 1:35 PM movie. The patrons seated next to us were reviewing their menus and a server took their order and left. We assumed we would be receiving menus as well, but after watching 20 min+ of commercials and previews, the movie started. At no point did anyone stop and ask if we would like service, everyone just walked by ignoring us. I then got up and approached a server who was preparing a tray. He said that once the movie had begun they didnt offer service and if we wanted to order Id have to go to the bar, even after I said we had been there the whole time. My wife got up and went to the bar where she placed a lunch order. For a movie theater that is supposed to serve food/drink during the movie, the whole experience was extremely disappointing. We wont bother going back.

We had a terrible experience. My wife has severe allergies and ordered off their menu two times. She got very sick both times. On our third visit, we ordered the same item and they told us the food we ordered was NOT actually gluten free as it showed on the menu! They changed their preparation, but didnt change the menu. They were very apologetic but to this date have refused to resolve the matter and take responsibility for medical bills. They knowingly changed their food and didnt inform customers. We are diligent about announcing allergies so it should have been caught there as a backup. NEVER AGAIN. Go to Marcus!

Very awkward experience. Slightly overpriced but I understand they are trying to be more upscale. I just don’t believe people want that kind of movie experience...we don’t. You have to wait for someone to announce to be seated and taken to your theater. The place seems huge and the hallways are extremely long and just way too much to handle. The bathrooms aren’t even very close to the theaters so don’t expect to take a “quick” bathroom break mid movie. Our movie was scheduled for 7 and I knew they said they take food orders and get you your food before starting the movie but our movie didn’t even start until 8! You also can’t order any other food or drinks during the movie. They will let you know the cut off before the movie starts. Way too excessive. The seats were comfortable, but Marcus theaters are just as good now anyways. The overall experience was just very awkward and not relaxing in any way. I’m sure Marcus will be buying them out soon anyways because there is no way this will last in this area when Majestic is right down the street and offering more options for you to pick the type of experience you want. And yes, we went for date night just like everyone else sitting around us, and everyone seemed to agree it was very awkward and we all prefer Marcus Theatres.

BE WARNED; NOT THE CHEAPEST OPTION FOR MOVIE THEATRES - HOWEVER..... White glove service for the movie experience has finallly arrived. Worth every penny of the price difference! Where could I possibly begin? No need to stand in the super long line at the popcorn counter. You are waited on by your own server at your seat. Large sodas and popcorns get free refills, just like at other theatres. The staff here from the ticket booth to your server(s), treat you like an honored guest and you truly feel that way. The seating alone is worth a couple of extra dollars. Pictures included in my review, of course. This is the first theatre I have ever sat in where the person next to you does not in any way at all make you feel crowded. I am a fairly tough reviewer, and they have earned a solid 11 out of 10. We will not even consider going anywhere else, ever again. Try it once, you will be hooked!

I would recommend against picking this theater over the Marcus bistro. First of all they dont advertise on the website that they seat you 45 minutes before the show. The food is very pricey. The seats have 3 levels of heaters, but there is a blue LED light that shines directly into your line of sight. They only serve food for the first 25 minutes. After the 35 minutes, they no longer accept orders, so if you feel like a desert after dinner youre out of luck. Cash is not accepted in the theatre, only in the lobby. And you cant pay cash in the lobby, you have to buy a gift card. Theyre screens are much smaller than youd expect. I would give this a half star if I could. Marcus is a much better exprience.

I see people complain about the start time of the movies. Im guessing they changed that. On 11/29 we arrived about 12 minutes before the scheduled time. The person at the front counter told us they would still be doing in seat dining for a few minutes. We were in our seats at least 5 minutes before the trailers started but no server ever even said a word to us to explain that it was too late to order something. This would have been fine if there was any sort of concession stand but they only had a bar with a limited menu. And popcorn isnt listed anywhere on their menu despite seeing many people with it. Overall they need to do a much better job of communicating important information.

This is a fun, upscale dining theater experience but be aware of what many others in the reviews are saying about when the movie start time is scheduled is not the same as the ticket one buys. If you are on a budget, watch your food costs as they add up fast and unlike the Marcus Bistro, you only order prior to movie time. With one drink, one entre and one dessert for the three of us it was $150 and we had burger and salad type food. They do serve popcorn and candy, ask for pricing.The server does not come back. The food is good and is unique. Ticket prices are higher, the theaters are different sizes so different levels of seating experience. I checked out the specific theater before purchasing. I thought the quality of viewing and audio levels were good. I did not see theater options such as 3D or surround sound offerings. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Wow, what a great evening. From the time we walked in the door until we walked out it was an amazing experience. The four was great, service was phenomenal and seats were so comfortable. A favorite place for sure!!

Great experience if you know what to expect! The actual movie doesnt begin until about 55 minutes after the specified show time (trailers begin about 45 minutes after) - this is unusual but they do it so you can eat dinner before hand. Make sure you plan around this. When I went, I didnt plan to eat dinner, so I made sure to purchase my tickets beforehand through their mobile app. My movie was for 7:30pm, but we showed up at 8pm, got some drinks at the bar and then brought the rest of our drinks into the theater around 8:15pm. Movie started at 8:25pm. The theater is very nice, modern and clean. The staff is all very friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend!

High end movie viewing. Period. Id suggest leaving the kiddos at home, and relax in this pretty awesome facility. This is like no other movie theater in the area.

Cinema is great. Do not listen to the reviews. The movie starts at the time they tell you on their website. So if the movie starts at 3 get there at 2:30, because all they will do is apologize.

Easy access, good parking. Bar service was poor, drinks were even worse.The server in theater was friendly, but thats where it ended. Took our order, got a nice size tip, and never saw him again. No refills on drinks, had to go out of theater to get what we needed. Never again !

Was not a great experience, peppermint patties left in the recliner so dress had melted chocolate across my backside.. The facility is dark, cold, jail like, not a warm fuzzy feeling.. Not many workers, but each and everyone we come across was very nice, even when I let them know about the chocolate, they handled the issue with grace. Please note movie does not start until all food is servered..started 30 minutes late.

Its a beautiful theater dont get me wrong. However, they had the wrong movie times posted and several staff members were rather rude.

Fancy theater but thats it. Our experience was terrible from the bar to the theater. Our server in the bar did not know if they had gin. My buddy ordered a vodka tonic, received just vodka, took 15 minutes to get that fixed.They advertise the start time 45 minutes before they even start playing previews. You have to order everything you want for the movie during that 45 minutes.Not to mention everything is super expensive. Wanted to try it out, will be staying with the Majestic for future movie outings.Update: I did reach out to the email mentioned in the response about two weeks ago and have yet to receive a reply.

This was the worst place I ever gone to, we ordered 3 appetizers and 2 drinks that cost us $85. We got the food and after we were eating then the drunks came out. The service here is horrible and I will never go here again!!!

Lights were not dimmed until 5 minutes into the movie. 4 wait staff walked across in front of me after the movie started. There was a blue light that stayed on for 15 minutes by the seat reclining button.

I bought tickets tonight for a 5:00 movie. When we arrived we were told to wait in the bar area that someone would let us in. 4:45 arrives and still no one comes to get us. I go up and ask if there is a concession stand which there is not. Then my daughter reads reviews and we find out that the movie doesnt actually start for a hour after it states. There is half hour of service and then a half hour of previews. No where on there website does it state this. So I asked for a refund and we went to Marcus where we got seated right away and the movie started on time.

Overall a very good experience enjoyed the food and drinks and movie. Seats were extremely comfortable.
