Its ok Park rent is lil high 2 me some the ppl running its ok most the ppl renters r meh characters if u kno what I mean but not horrible spot if u need a trailer spot

This is a GREAT RV park. I dont know what the other people are talking about I saw no drug activity and never any cops. The owner was polite and workers were helpful dont hesitate to stay there its amazing.

I have had my RV here for almost a year. It is a very quiet place. Owners are awsome! They are always helpful & kind. I feel safe here & like my neighbors very much !

I moved into the park fulltime Sunday, the spot wasnt ready but Jerry jumped on tractor and made it flat from previous leaving after a rain, fantastic. Quiet!!!! Im still here 2.5 yrs now and no complaints. No theft- no noise. Pay your rent, be clean and quiet and all is well.

Ive enjoyed alot of good memories here at this rv park. Its got its flaws but what place doesnt. But ive never had any problems that the owner Bridget Martin hasnt taken care of. The rates are reasonable and the lots are spacious and theres more trees for shade and privacy than any other r.v. park around Tulsa. Its a very nice place to come park and enjoy the stores, restraunts and things to do down 71st ST. I definently recommend staying here.

Best Place

If you want your stuff stolen and if you dont mind sleeping next to tweakers it is a great place to be. I was also confronted by the owner and he informed me he was a mongrel. And I better not bring the police there.

Very chill and relaxing place wud be easy living

If I could give them no stars that would be perfect. They act socable but after you know them then you see there true colors. If you fall behind or are a little late they will shut off your utilities (which is against the law) and make threats to file a title 42 to steal your unit out from under you. Do yourself a favor n just dont go there. I regret it completely.

I Lived here some years ago it was pretty nice when I lived there. Not so sure now! Looking to re-rent.

I would not recommend this RV park to anyone.

Always full, trashy, and fairly rude.

They receive there monthly payments and any additional monies for electricity they want above the monthly SET price of water, 50amp, waste water drain PLUS they KEEP your Deposit on top everything else.....be Very Carefully people about staying there......

I had a reservation made for during a bike jamboree and the day before I was supposed to check in (after trying to reconfirm for 3 days) they tell me theyre full! That is BS. DONT MAKE A RESERVATION OR STAY HERE!

This is the worst place in Tulsa. Please go to another rv park. Just waiting to see someone killed from a bad drug deal at this place. The owner claims he is in a biker gang the mongrels, which make sense why he wants you to pay him in cash.

This is just down the street from my neighborhood and it is an eye sore left over from before the area was as developed.

This is a disgusting place. Stayed here for a month and there were cops there every other night . The owners seem to be on drugs

It was looking some what run down and there was clear gang activities going on there with all the drug pushers standing at the entrance and exit. The residence of the RV Park is why I gave it so many stars.

It is a dumpy place, there are no showers, you can only pay cash, but the manager was friendly though.
