Too loud & noisy to work from home, smokey night air from Pitt fires and wildfires, no wifi, no playground, washing machines are small and clothes dont come out smelling clean. Parking is a tight squeeze. A woman killed her husband here. Ambulance comes out a lot. Kids play too close to street. Safety issues. LACK OF BASIC PRIVACY. The list could go on. The location is good and the area is scenic, but the park has some major issues that could be fixed with a little care & concern for ALL the tenants who faithfully pay their rent even in this COVID economy.

Good manager, told us they would prorate the last months rent and include it with out returned deposit. That was a lie.

Stayed for 10 months and had a few hiccups about power and maintenance. Just got worse when it was time to leave. Terrible people to do business with. Liars and will flip flop on you in a second to make a buck.

Its wonderful with a perfect manager and beautiful scenery..I live here I like it so much!

Everyone so far helpful. manager Tawney very knowledgeable, kind, polite and on point on the business end.

Lived here almost 10 months No issues at all great people great management and only a 8 minute drive to base perfect spot for military

Cool and all. The manager Tanya is really nice and tries to help. The owners however are kind of unreasonable to work with!

Its okay. Parking is small and you cant swim because of the bad water. Our work picnic was relaxing.

I was a little apprehensive about living in a trailer park( silly stigmas) but this area is beautiful, owner and management top notch, and some seriously great neighbors thrown into the mix;)

A clean mobile home park. Watch out for the drivers though. They think they own the road and wont use their blinker.

Being a 9 year renter. I find this place to be very affordable.

We like the park and the staff are nice. Its quite here and close to town.

Because for one I live here at stagecoach mobile rv park and it is a good place to live

The management and this park are far and above excellent, hated to go
