The retired vet father of a friend of mine lives here. This is the 1st time here. The mobile home park is for age 55+ seniors. Its BEAUTIFUL! The homes are well taken care of, at least on the outside, as I have not been in any of the other homes there. The grounds are very well taken care of, as is all of the personal places around the homes of the residents. I wish I was 55+ to be able to live here. I have never seen such a cared for & proud of mobile home park as this one appears to be. I was there on a Sunday afternoon & it was so quiet, I could not believe it. Well, it was a Sunday, but my friend says its always so quiet there. I felt like i needed to whisper. Lol. Its wonderful!!!

This is a great place to go when you have no other option. Watch out for rising lot rent every year and grumpy old ladies that watch your every move from their windows.

This is an over 55 mobile home park, mostly retirees on fixed limited income...they just increased their lot rents again this year $55 + per month....last year it was $45 +. These owners are taking advantage of these senior citizens!!!! Beware....

Good community for 55+ yrs old

All I did was do some sales here but the people where so nice. Someone gave me a water bottle because it was so hot outside!

I live here and I really like the place. Nice people, great managers, attractive yards. Has an indoor pool and hot tub.

The new gate and lights are nice. The residents are always friendly, and its always very clean.

Manufactured/mobile home park for 55+. Clubhouse has pool, sauna and kitchen spaces. Residents can reserve clubhouse for large functions. Homes usually have steps to entrances unless ramps were built.

Really, really, really expensive lots. Swimming pool always broken. Tenants pay for all utilities and are responsible for yard maintenance. Not really sure what they get for the lot rent.

This is an age restricted mobile home park 55 years of age and older they are very strict about their age limitations management seems to be a little bit overbearing however the place is quiet and very well maintained
