Very clean, decent prices, good customer service, excellent sound quality, reclining seats! overall a great movie going experience. theres a large free parking structure behind the theater. currently there are social gap between parties due to covid pandemic. guests and employees were all wearing masks and following public health guidelines.

Nice place to watch a movie, took my little one to watch ugly dolls, paid $24.90 fee included through fandango, assigned seats, and theyre big recliners, press the button and you could be laying down, very comfortable, bucket of popcorn a big ol drink, ( come with refills), candy and a slushy for $25, you can also buy alcoholic drinks, beer, wine, etc., parking structure behind the theater, plus theres other things to do right across the street, comedy club, icecream restaurant among others, so, all in all is a good spot to take the family out for some fun, hope this helps....

I live in LA Co and have been going through withdrawal with all theaters closed. This theater is the best! Outstanding lounge seating - staff Very helpful and friendly - work their tails off to serve everyone during Covid restrictions - entire theater immaculately clean. A/C works great with outstanding ventilation and social distancing. I will always love the cinema (I hate streaming) and pray that Edwards Brea East 12 can make it through Covid-19.

Too bad they temporarily closed the theaters. Great value, super screens, cordial staff.

They are recently upgraded theaters, but still, they need to maintain clean areas more frequently.

Every time a human is born, youve got a new ticket buyer. Dont even trip.No wonder rentals & streams are ready and willing to take all the crowds away.

The theater was good, but the customer service stunk. On a Saturday night they only had 1 person in the ticket both and a line that was 20 people long. We get to the both to choose our tickets and are told all but the front row was sold out. But half way through the movie the theater was only 2/3 full. They need to have a better system.

We came to the theater on Wednesday afternoon. The theater was empty. In fact the shopping area was really quiet!There were 6 customers in the theater to see The Current War. Not a hugely popular movie, but I was glad to see it in a quiet place.The overall theater was clean, and employees were friendly and attentive.

My go-to movie theatre. Loving the environment nearby and their movie selections!Also, the big, leather chairs are super awesome and comfy!!

I seem to see a movie here almost every week. The prices are good compared to other theaters around me including other Regal Cinemas. The recliner seating is comfortable and the theaters are always clean. The staff is friendly although they could be better educated on how special screenings and promotions are conducted. Whenever I go to a special screening/fan event the staff seems to be a bit lost as to what the guests are entitled to with their purchases.

This is my go to spot for movie night out with the wife. Downtown Brea is a great place the grab a quick bite or a nice sit down dinner. Sitting outside on a patio enjoying the nice weather and people watching. Parking is always free and we always find a convenient place to park. Good clean theaters friendly staff and nice recliners make this perfect to see a movie.

I love this place. Its completely new, beautiful and shiny. Seats are extra large and go all the way back. Load of restaurants and shops around. The downtown Brea has great night scene too. Worth a night. Did I mention FREE PARKING?

Came here to watch the Downton Abbey movie and didnt know we were getting a luxury experience. Spacious, leather recliners, excellent quality. I loved this last experience with this theatre.

Whenever I come here, I almost always have a good experience. I really have enjoyed taking my family to watch movies here.Buying reserved seats has made it much less stressful with little kids. We don’t have to rush to get a good seat.When we go, the theaters are clean and the staff have had good customer service.One time, I was disappointed that the projector broke and the movie was cancelled, but a manager came, explained the situation, and gave us passes for another movie. It was handled pretty well.Other than that, I’ve had many family fun days there and a few date nights. I recommend this place.

The theater was cool but the service is terrible! One employee had a name tag with the dark night. What a joke of a place. I Brought up an issue a had with e employees and not one grabbed the manager to help. I will definitely find a new theater to go to from now on.

This is how a theater should be. Ive definitely been to my share of theaters and everything seems good about this one. Using a third party app like atom tickets (oops. Atom changed their partnership with regal, bummer) combined with my regal membership and Im going to a free movie every other week. With a free drink or popcorn here and there, if you watch as many movies as I do, its not that bad. Even my bank, Chase, gives a discount every once in awhile. Bargains make movies fun and this is a great one to use those bargains at

Me and my girlfreind saw a movie here it was nice love the stadium seats the only thing I didnt like was the temperature I wished it was cooler I was sweating a little in there.

Considering I had not been there before, the theater and restroom are very clean. The seats appear to be imitation leather recliners with a lot of space around each seat. Sound is also very nice.FYI it is Not Edwards theaters anymore despite the signage. It has been sold to Regal cinemas (I believe). They are not accepting Edwards certificates for redemption, they gave me a slip of paper with a phone number on it to redeem or refund if applicable.Another item, even though I did say the restroom was clean, I dont like waterless urinals and no privacy panels on the sides.

I have come here twice now to see movies and while they do have the handicap section available I feel like this movie theater is not very handicap friendly especially when it comes to the bathrooms its extremely hard to get into the females bathroom with a wheelchair you have to do a very strange Corner maneuver and you definitely need help holding the door open also when I tried going to the bathroom the side railing was slippery. The 3D doesnt seem the best at this location.

Really nice theater. We took little ones to see a Saturday matinee. When the register came up with regular prices, the cashier caught it right away and told us that she needed to have her manager adjust the prices to matinee. It didnt take long, and her alertness saved us from overpaying! The seats were very comfortable, and the popcorn was perfect!

Went today and the popcorn machine wasnt working! Can you believe that?? Especially since they have 3 machines only seem to use 1 of them all the time.After the movie they were finally selling popcorn and 2 machines were working. Maybe run 2 machines all the time?

Appalling customer service!My wife and I are in our 50s and have visited several times before. Comfort is good and there are usually adequate staffing levels. However, as Australians, but also legal US residents, we do not yet have CA identification. We bought a beer and a wine before going in to the movie. It was served and we both had a sip each. Then we were asked for our ID. We provided our Aussie driving licenses, which have been accepted EVERYWHERE else, and which details our DOB, photo, address, names etc. The Manager said she couldnt accept them, and would only accept a passport (although passports show less detail than our driving licenses).She could not understand the common sense of the situation and took our drinks away from us. Her actions cost her two drinks and our ongoing business. And she is the Manager! We were made to feel like naughty schoolchildren by this lady, and we are still very angry about this. We understand why rules are made, but common sense would tell her that there is nothing on our passports that isnt on our driving licenses! Just because her system cannot cope with something outside of the norm, she has lost her company a great deal. She really needs to go back to basic training in Customer Service skills. Never going back again!

They have big recliner seats - great for watching the movie. The line for the snack bar was LONG and took forever to buy a bottle of water for $4.45 - they do have alcohol for sale if youre so inclined.

This is the theater of choice for date night, my Man and I love this theater. Its always clean, comfortable, the staff is courteous, great parking and the showing times are convenient. Its newly renovated with the reclining extra large comfy chairs.

They have also accommodated us when we havent liked a movie by refunding...Great for upscale movie going!Tip: sign up for regal rewards and sometimes you can get free stuff once you present your regal rewards card whenever you purchase tickets!

I have AMC gift cards to use so I googled AMC theatre near me. Edwards 12 came up first along with two other theaters further away. I showed up and they are not affiliated with AMC. Tricky liars on the web.

Its fine at box office. Was a bit disorganized at the concession stand. The employees werent very happy or welcoming, never smiled. In the Womans restroom the trashcan was overflowing. The theatre was clean. Not a bad experience, not a great one either.

This theater has the best seats for any movie theater unless they have the same seats. They are assigned seats so no waiting in line for tickets nor for seats.The seats recline like lazy boys. You get your own armrests each with cupholders so you dont share or feel cramped shoulder to shoulder. The feet of people sitting behind you cant touch your seat so no more shaking.The only problems are inconsiderate people or annoying people sitting behind you like someone who coughs every minute of a 2 hour 20 min movie. If youre sick or if you have a bad cough because you smoke too much then you should just stay home! Not the theaters fault.All theaters should have seats like this and should be standard.Did not order anything fro. the concession stand so this review doesnt reflect that part but my friend ordered something and didnt have problems. All theaters are overpriced so I try to avoid when I can but if I do, then definitely an icee.
