Good park. Dont expect to use the ball fields... that you pay taxes for. (It looks like it is a Hillsborough County park, not a privately owned park.) Theyre all locked up and say you cant use them. Ridiculous.

A very nice and well kept park. And accepting place for children with all abilities. Theres lots of trees for plenty of shade. This park also has splash pads so you might want to bring your kids swimsuits. Overall this is a park definitely worth your visit.

Awesome place to bring your kids year round. Water area during the summer and it has plenty of seating for a small party. Very clean and nice. Public restrooms are always opened as well. My five year old loves this place. Has one huge jungle gym and one for toddlers. Also has 6 swings to push your little ones. Definitely recommend to anyone with children that have tons of energy.

I was reading the story as I was going to the park and I think its wonderful that they wanted to make an all-inclusive Park or any just any ability child I mean and this place has a waterpark to in two different play areas one for bigger kids one for little kids

Very shaded and looks nice. Says its open on google, but its not. I get it, Covid, but every other county has its playgrounds open. The least they could do is make it known on google that its closed, before kids have to have their hearts broken.

Definitely not for 9 years. Way to many bugs, but Im new to the state, but maybe its me not a lover of the little creatures.

Truly a marvelous park for All Persons, particularly absolutely No Persons.

Very safe environment with ample room for kids to run around. They even have a secondary smaller fenced-in play structure for infants and young toddlers. Pavilions can be reserved on the park website. There arent any built-in grills at the park so you must bring your own (at least by the playground there werent). Had a wonderful experience. Cant wait to go when the splash pad is running.

This all-inclusive (and wheelchair friendly) park is amazing! Theres so much to do and theres always other kids to play with. Plenty of swings, a separate area for the little tots, picnic tables, and a year-round splash pad! The whole park is gated so you feel safe letting them explore a little on their own. This is our favorite park in the Tampa area!!

LOVE this place. Great for small parties or just to go play. Also a splash pad year round and play areas for every age. Swings for the disabled as well. Its a great place. Very clean and well kept

My kids love it here, its a nice 25min walk from my house & they just absolutely love the diversity of the splash pad and the play ground.

Awesome park, hidden gem. Never too packed, shaded and gated with picnic tables inside a pavilion and water features. This is also right next to the baseball fields. Restrooms are always clean and kept up with. Parking lot is a bit confusing so drive slowly. Great place to take restless kids while visiting the hospital.

I love that most of the park doesnt have mulch. My one year old climbed all over the playground and loved the slides. The party area is out of the way so the park is still enjoyable in the midst of parties.

Great little Park. I live right across the street and I take my son there and set up our baseball equipment nobody bothers us and we get to play as long as we want. Plus they have a little fun of area for the kids with the water which is great.

Really nice park in the Brandon area! Very shaded which is great in the hot Florida sun and a lot of different areas for kids to play! Love that it is all inclusive and everyone is welcome.

Great park, plenty of room

I really like this park. Lots of big oak trees make it nice in the summertime. There is also a separate play area for smaller children so if you have little littles you can take them in there without having to worry so much about them accidentally getting hurt with other bigger children accidentally running into them (and the play equipment is of course smaller for them also) the whole park is enclosed with one gate too which I love so its easier to relax while the littles play. They do have a splash area too with water which can be nice in the summer and depending on the time of day sometimes an ice cream truck drives up (and of course my son loves that) lol

Kids enjoyed this park quite a bit. Playground is a great size. No sand is a huge plus. They have the soft rubber material instead. Then the icing on the cake is the splash area for the kids. Bring swimwear.

I use to take my son to different parks all the time, Everytime we decided to go to the park we wld try a new one! But ever since we came across All Persons Rotary Park by Brandon hospital we havent tried another new one!! This place is awesome for kids Id say from 2-3 to elementary kids. It has a little area where water shoots out the ground like fountains and kids can run through it so bring bathing suit and a towel!!!! Youre welcome, enjoy!!!!!

I like this park a lot. Theres a lot to do and decent people there. There is a larger playground and swings, and a smaller set as well for the little ones. Some pieces of equipment are actually meant for children with disabilities. There is a splash pad and 3 pavilions. I actually had my sons first birthday party there and it was a nice area. Oh and the shade is perfect!

This park is designated for children with disabilities but all children are welcomed. Our family went on Easter Sunday and it was the most beautiful and amazing park. We will be definitely bringing the children back for another fun and peaceful time.

This is our go-to playground for our kids. They have a little kids play area as well as a big kids play area. My only complain about this park is the parents not controlling their children or keeping the big kids off of the little kid play area. But that has no reflection on the park itself only the other parents.

One of my favorite parks all inclusive to all families. This park is usually very clean, big enough to have fun but not to big. This park also has a water pad that runs everyday!

More rubber in this park than any other I have been to which is awful if you are a person with spinal bifida as 62% of those with this gene are likely to have a latex (rubber) allergy. Cant even play with my grandkids because i have an anaphylactic allergy to latex and other rubber.

Extremely clean and child orientated Water play area, pabullons for get togethers can have Birthday parties.Plenty of shade from large oaks. Rates for pavilion use ate very inexpensive

The kids love this park. There is a splash pad, playground, multiple fields, and a ball diamond. There is even handicap accessible swings. The one downfall is that the bathrooms are pretty gross . Still a nice park!

Great place to take the kids! We have always found the park and the bathrooms clean. The water smells a lot like chlorine but Im pretty sure its necessary to disinfect the water from all the kids . And the park has a gate to close it so the kids cant sneak out! Love it.

Great calm place for kids and adults. Their public bathrooms are public so sometimes are not up to the normal standards but the Brandon library is around the corner has clean bathrooms and is a good excuse pick up a book or movie.

We love this place! All fenced in and free! Thats for me! Lol there are three pavilions that you can pay to reserve for partys. The playground and splah pad are sectioned off from each other which is awesome. The bathrooms are a tad outdated but overall this place is our go to for a good way to cool down and let the kids blow off some energy

This was a cute little park. Loved the fact that its gated. Had a section for the younger toddlers and another for bigger kids. The reason for the 2 star rating was the quality of the restrooms. They were disgusting. Feces all over in both bathrooms. In the womens bathroom there was even feces in the sink. Extremely unsanitary conditions. If I consider going back I will make sure we all use the rest room before we go.

A lot of families are always there with kids and its a safe and clean place for any kid to play. There is also a splash pad in the back.

This park gets extremely crowded on the weekends. The play area is average and the splash pad is basic. During our visit there we saw several pieces of trash on the grass area and on the playground. There are lots of benches and shades areas to sit.
