Most know the iconic Zippo name and that unique clink sound when opening or closing a Zippo. This company has a great history and it was nice to walk through the museum and look at exhibits from around the world. The store holds a variety of lighters in all types patterns, colors and styles. Customize your own if you like! Engraving while you wait too.Excellent Case brand knives are available too, dont miss their exhibit! The museum is complying with covid safety so masks are mandatory and no touching the interactive exhibits for now. Check out the cars outside too.

To start, this museum is free so you really cant complain about that much. But its really a very interesting little museum on the history of Zippo lighters and Case knives with a great store to go along with it. If youre in the area you should definitely stop in and take a look around, whether youre familiar with Zippo or not.

Definitely cool! I loved the history of the zippo lighter. They had letters people wrote to Zippo from the 1940s during the war. The different designs of the lighters and even some that never were produced. My favorite was the lighters displayed that were destroyed from different things like cars, trains, machinery, dogs, shredder etc.

Ive been coming to Bradford for years but never went to the zippo factory until this past weekend. It was adorable. Clean. Cute exhibits. Learned a lot. You can also see where the techs fix the broken lighters that are sent in. I went on a Saturday so there was no one there but it was cool to see their offices and equipment. Plus all of the history involved. There were some letters from customers throughout the past century showcased and some of then were hilarious when they explained what happened to their lighter, how it broke, etc. Very cool. There is a reasonably priced gift shop in the front. Lighters range from around $17 all the way up. To expensive collectors pieces. The most expensive one I noticed was $150. A gorgeous, engraved collectors piece. Aside from lighters and knives there were the typical gift shop items, sweatshirts, tees, tanks, cups, travel mugs, wine glasses, cozies, golf balls, etc.... Zippo fragrances. Other fun fire related stuff. Parking is in the back and there is overflow parking down the street. It wasnt crowded when we went, so we had no issues parking right in the front. The classic mustang (60s maybe?!??) decorated w chrome ligters on top was awesome. Great photo opp. If youre in town, I definitely recommend going. There is no entry fee, its FREE to get in and they closed at 5 on the Saturday we went.

Museum displays the history of Zippo lighters and Case knives. Displays contain many examples of historic and tribute lighters and knives. There are no displays showing production processes for lighters or knives. The store has a wide variety of knives and lighters for sale, but they are extremely pricy. I just can not justify $65 - $600 for a pocket knife....Stop by if you are in the area, but I would not recommend as a destination. Just not worth the trip.

What a super cool hidden gem. We made a pit stop in Bradford, PA randomly after seeing the advertisement for the Zippo/Case museum on the way home from OH. Ive been intrigued by this museum for awhile. I finally made the trip and was glad that I did. I have the utmost admiration for Mr. Blaisdell after learning about him at the museum. I found him to be a man that honored his country, the men that fought for it and a great businessman. The museum is free and takes about an hour to explore. I love the classic rock lighters and the knife with General Robert E. Lee on it. I only wish it was for sale.
