Under new management. The new managers are great. They have clean up the place and made it look pretty. The location is fabulous. Close to everything. Me and my wife have lived here for 3+ years. We walk the neighbors frequently and feel safe, especially inside our mobile park. The lot fees are very reasonable too. Come check it out. Best deal in this area.

Managers treat residents like dirt nasty management

My experience with Yvonne was extraordinary. I would have never been able to purchase the property so quickly without her diligence and compassion. She is very honest and knowledgeable. I would recommend her to all my friends and family. Her husband, Rob, is a very good maintenance manager. His knowledge of mobile homes is amazing. Since this is the first purchase of a mobile home, I really needed someone like Rob to show me the way. I also want to thank JR, who put in a lot of hard work in my unit. I would highly recommend Yvonne and her whole crew for anyone looking for a mobile home.

Very pleasant nice people, and kept up pretty good

We live here. The park MGMT team are great.

I was visiting a relative & there were drunk people fighting,the managers were very mean& nasty to their residents. Talked very rude & threatening to their residents who werent drunk. I was told if they didnt like you even though you paid your rent on time & caused no problems they could & have taken peoples trailers from them. Most of the residents are on a fixed income. Many of the people I spoke to were afraid to ask for maintenance issues in fear of retaliation from the managers. Where are the owners & how are they getting away with treating people like that? I guess thats why theres many empty lots!! Sad situation for the nice people Ive met there on my visits.

Not a awful place bit very tight to get around on some of the roads and it seems to flood alot. I myself would not live there even if i was in that age group.

Really has a bunch of cats everywhere dog poop is everywhere. Office dose not do anything.

Liers and ripoff management is also rite on the bad part of Tamiami/14th St.
