Nice place near stores and centrally loxated, however lots a little tight but very clean.

This mobile park is really nice and clean. People are very helpful here.

3 years ago we got a new manager. Since this new manager has been here, Sunset Village has gone from a really nice place to live to not even being safe to visit. According to several of the new tenants, she (Kim) has got them from out in the woods and off the street, to move in this park, and the other parks that she also manages.if you like living next to pimps, hookers, junkies, and dont forget the dealers, this is just what youre looking for.Kim will agree to one thing one day and the next day clams she never did such a thing. She continually lies, will not corporate with tenants to sell their units (she wont pass the prospective buyers background check, or she gives the buyers a unit for free]. only if the seller has a lawyer involved does the buyer get approved.The drunks have even chased me to my front door, which I slammed I his face so he couldnt get in. I reported this problem to Kim, she asked What do you want me to do about it!.Kim has got done on her hands and knees and measured my grass with a ruler to be able to sight me for it being to high.If you want peace of mind and want to feel safe at night, you do not want to live in Sunset village.

Most clean that it was 3 years ago! To bad that is next to that getto park name Court Plaza Mobil in 3701 14th st W Bradenton Florida 34205,I wish they demolish that trailer park,is contaminated with junk people & rednecks!

This place sucks

Since New owners have taken over a year agoThey have made this park liveable and safe...though it is not gated,there are security cameras through out the park...they have monthly ground inspections..back ground checks and take no time in removing undesirables..staff is polite and professionalAnd respond to residents concerns and needs in a timely manner...ive lived in this park almost 4 years and have not had or seen any problems...i recommend if you are considering a relocation,with low monthly rent and a friendly, family atmosphere,I recommend sunset village.

New owners has made the park way worse. No pool now so that sucks and its not a retirement community now.

This place is infested with foot draggers..drug addicts and looters...the only nice thing was the pool and they made it a parking lot...Dont drink the water!!

Not a good place to live at all mánager will send letters saying that you have trash or furniture around your property when there is not even a paper plus if you have kids dont move here kids are not allowed to play outside you have to keep them inside the house like in jail most of the neighbors are good but some of them will complain about you or your kids been in their yard when your kids are inside your house and drugs dealers inside the park plus more.
