When we drove up to the entrance, it was not so impressive. It looked a little run down. But once past the lobby, the facility appeared well kept, clean, and impressive. There are five indoor pools of various sizes and temps, and four outdoor pools in a lavishly landscaped and lighted setting. So relaxing. Very glad we decided to visit. Would love to return when there is some live entertainment in the outdoor stage!

This place is absolutely amazing and magical. Especially at night during a full moon. Very healing and clean. The prices are somewhat unreasonable 21$ for adults age 13 and up. Also with the lockers make sure you dont need to relock after opening because you will be charged another 50¢. Other than that I very much enjoyed this wonderful place!

I would move to Bozeman simply to get a membership to this fantastic place. The different temperatures in the pools are such a nice touch. The option to either bathe inside or outdoors is also extremely nice. The steam sauna is spacious and has a cold water stream inside to sit under when you want to take a break from the heat. Would highly recommend.

What a waste of $34 for two people to spend less than an hour in the swimming facility...Next time let guests know BEFORE they pay THIRTY FOUR DOLLARS that the pool closes EARLY on Friday nights!!!Other than that, this place is great! The pools are very relaxing, inside and outside. The steam room is nice! It’s definitely not worth $17/per person for lack of customer service.

What an excellent hot springs! Im a Montana native and have been to most of the hot springs in the state and this has to be one of the top ones. The dressing rooms are clean and spacious, plenty of showers and lockers. The indoor pools are well maintained, clean, debris free. Plenty of room for laps in the large pool, shallow enough on the one end for younger people to play in and consistent temperatures. The hot pools are good sized, allowing spacing between people or even room to stretch a bit and not be rude, and there are 3 varieties of temperature! The cold pool is very cold, which is exactly what it should be. The outdoor pools are even larger and the size allows for groups to be separate and not interfere with noise or crowding. Over all, a great place to relax for an evening.

Good to visit if you are in the area. Outdoor pools have chlorine; indoor ones do not (but all are from natural hot springs). Temp range from high 90s to 106. The facilities are a bit outdated, and the showers need maintenance, but it is pretty clean for the most part. Staff are welcoming and helpful.

Bozeman Hot Springs not only raised their prices, they also took away student discounts. So now it costs $21 a person for a 1-2 hour swim. I couldn’t imagine having a family and going here, that would cost way too much. For the price, you’d think the pools would be clean but that was not the case. On top of this, not being open on Saturday’s until late is making them lose a lot of business. My friends and I will not be going back unless they lower their prices. The scene is pretty, fires are nice, and socializing outside is fun, but not worth the cost.

Clean and friendly location. But it needs little bit upgrade.Entrance is $10.50 and 50¢ for locker. Some lockers doesnt have a key. You do not need to pay for locker if you want.Showers are comfortable but some of showers doesnt have a light inside. Too dark. No hair dryer at all. You can bring your own flip-flops or sandals or you do not need to use one. Sauna and hot steem rooms are good. But they are not hygiene clean. They have kids stuff for swimming.Outside pools are great.

Mixed emotions about this place... before the PRICE HIKE it would have been 5 stars but now with the increase you would think the staff would be more into the maintaining the pools clean... well not really the pool thats nearest to the indoor facility was full of algae and slippery floor, when I approached the staff about it they said that they usually cleaned them 2x per week.. didnt apologize or anything the other pools were fine... NOT worth the 21 per person...

Visited last night right when the hot springs opened at 8:30pm. After reading their COVID policy it seemed as though they were operating at a reduced capacity with a price increase. I was hopeful that this would result in a more pleasant and spaced out soaking experience. That was not the case. There are 4 pools outside. 1 cold, 2 lukewarm, and one comfortable enough to sit in. As you might guess everyone was packed into the one that is comfortable to sit in. Shoulder to shoulder, little regard for social distancing. The indoor pools were less busy but you have to take a risk with far less airflow compared to outside. To me it seems like they are taking advantage of the situation by increasing the price and doing very little to insure the safety of their guests.Overall it was an uncomfortable, overpriced experience. I left by 9pm.

The recent price hikes are way over the top and are pricing out the locals! $10 for a baby? Really? You know babies won’t be in the water during their visit (on average) for much more than an hour.I’m saddened. It’s always been a favorite of our family since the ‘80s. I was looking forward to bouncing in the water with my granddaughters again soon but now I guess that’s out. Yet one more thing that makes Bozeman feel less and less like home anymore. Hopefully the owners and management will listen to the locals who are “priced out” and put some creative effort into devising a plan so local Bozeman families can continue to afford to enjoy a place which has for decades been a beloved spot for so, so many of us.Many Montana hot springs have prices for the locals. Please consider this. Or days and times that are less expensive for the locals? I’m sure there’s an answer if some heart and thought were put into it. We’ll be waiting to see how your actions will show “inclusiveness” rather than exclusivity for the Bozeman (year round) residents. Until then, my review remains a poor one for BHS.

Expensive and closed all day Saturday for seventh day Adventist religion. Hello I’m not in that religion here’s a thought: other people who don’t follow your practices might actually enjoy having a second weekend day to peruse this natural resource.21$ per adult, they upped the price to keep attendance low during Covid. That way they can still make the same money and have fewer people. The place is nice but they’re gouging people and seem to keep selling the hot springs Only within the church. So on Saturdays they are closed All morning and afternoon until 9:00pm when you can pay 21$ for three hours.I wish someone that wasn’t in a fundamentalist religion that is so presumptuous that others mean to follow their observances owned this. I mean come on. It’s a natural resource and they block its public usage based THEIR faith. Of course they probably see it as god’s will and poo poo any detractors, but seriously, open it up Saturday.

I grew up swimming here, Barb taught me from 1st dunk to butterfly. I would always tell people to swing through for a great experience. In recent years the uptick in athletes foot, giant jellyfish-esqe air wads, and dungeon-like changing room atmosphere made it harder to support it. The dismissive teens at the front desk dont add much to the experience even though they are dealing with big crowds. I had a membership and was going often, I always felt like I was a huge inconvenience to the folks there. Now with the price hike (meant to limit over-crowding, instead of, ya know....a physical crowd limit) I will be telling people not to go here. Dont waste your time or money unless mean teens and cheese feet are your thing.

When I hurt my back last year it was Bozeman Hot Springs I used to release those terrible muscle spasms. Sadly, I wont go back. I wont recommend it and I will warn all the people Ive recommended it to in the past. I started today because my daughter and her family is here. While searching for operating hours I found the price had doubled. Shame on the family that owns it!Yellowstone National Park considered doing the same thing. They proposed raising the price so high only the privileged could afford it. In that way a higher class of elites would be the users and few of the rabble would get access. Fortunately, locals could comment on their proposal. They had to shelf that idea.

This place used to be our favorite spot but its really been going downhill lately. They need more security. We witnessed several teenage boys jumping the fence into the outdoors area when we arrived. My husband took our 2 year old to change in the locker rooms and took him into a stall for a potty break. When he came out his suit and our towels had been stolen. Theres no way the place was at a safe capacity there where no lockers available in the entire room for either myself or my husband and things where going missing constantly. There where several intoxicated and vulgar people in the kiddy pools around us. This place used to be a great family place but lately its just gone down the drain. While we where outside we witnessed several more teenagers jumping the fence and help lifting other girls over the fence. This place needs more staff and some kind of security as well as a safe capacity that someone actually enforces and maintains.
