This is a peaceful property. I met Roger who has excellent customer service skills. He was helpful and kind. I look forward to living here in the near future.

Everything went down hill after the new owners took over. Maintenance went up. Speed bumps removed. For what?

I feel like I already gave this a review...I lived here for 4 years. Great place to live with great families. The problem is the land lot goes up every year and there is a pool lady who runs people out, which the management seems to encourage...

Sand and sea village is a great place to live and a safe place too. It is a friendly neighborhood.

Clean area. Has nice washer and dryer section in the middle.

Nosey people. Always complaining about something... Not a good place to live.

If only the park had stayed the same as it was when we moved in 10 years ago...so different now, not in a better way...junk left in yards, rules don’t apply to everyone, but we get notices if our grass is an inch too tall.Loud music from pickup trucks, speeding through ‘slow’ areas, no feeling of Community any more. If renting out were allowed, we’d relocate.

I was reading a review about Sand and Sea, and I agree 100% . Its a great place to reside but the manager is RUDE and doesnt seem to like people at all.She needs to be a little nicer to the people that pay good money to live here. There are a ton of kids that are walking through my property to cut to the other side, literally hanging out on the side of my house. HOA fees are rising and there is nothing included but water, I take care of my own lawn and pay additionally for trash removal . I dont know if they do this with everyone but it says pet friendly but they really make you jump through hoops for a dog to be approved which btw has to be passed my the Manager (RUDE). People go speeding through the streets here so keep an eye out for your children and dogs.

The rules are only enforced to a few like, no windows a/c units, certain breeds of dogs arent allowed, no parking along the streets, playgrounds close at dusk, all things you sign a lease stating you agree too. People have no respect for other peoplesYards they throw junk everywhere. Management is RUDE.

Its a well keep trailer park.a development thats mixed with young and old people who seems to enjoy and love one another.

I hate crazy people working here

On the north side its invested with cats the management does absolutely nothing about it because the park president is the cat lady with over 30 cats. If you put traps around your property the cat lady will walk around and release the cats. The park manager hates her job and is always angry and miserable so dont expect help when needed. Another thing dont leave things of value outside residents will steal from your property, example during Holloween someone stole my pumpkins outside with no shame.Beware!

The management is way too pushy when it comes to their rules. Upkeep of your yard, What kind of dogs you have, What items you are not allowed to keep in your yard, etc. This is a very busy park with tons of kids. Alot of car traffic. Rent gonna run around $700 plus H2o.

Beautiful place nice end clean.

Great place to live nice clubhouse and pool, sauna & exercise room and pool tables. Close to wonderful restaurants and I-95 reasonable lot rent.

I was threatened by one of the workers & the lady who runs this place wont do anything about it. They get away with it.

From living there for 6 years the manager there is terrible she doesnt help at all your garbage can get stolen with trash in it.they have a crackhead monitoring the pool,the security at night is a joke and the rules are only enforced on a few.
