Lovely place to live. Grounds are always well kept. 24/7 gatekeepers keep our community one of the safest around. Many amenities to fit most lifestyles.

Dont really know much about this establishment I know its owned by Canadians I just have friends that live there and apparently you can own the piece of land and put your trailer on it otherwise I dont know too much more about it besides they have two pools laundromat and the regular Essentials that you need like a laundromat.

The front Entrance is pretty and gated. Once inside it is a completely different story. It is just a trailer park like all of the others. It is very safe however. There is no real crime there. There are The Real Estate department is the worst I’ve ever met in my lifetime. Dan is the only Realtor there and he is not really a good one. I have to sell my place but I don’t want him inside my house.

I think this is one of the best places to live in Boynton Beach. Its 24/7 Security on the gate. Their HOA fees are very low. Theres bocce ball, outdoor shuffleboard, 2 - 20 by 40 foot pools, a huge Clubhouse and so much more

This place is not what you think it is until youwatch meet the park employees you will not want to live here they stuck you in with the rent and discounts and then they write you up you up for everything here every little thing you ever do Cheryl for that

Motorhome/manufactured home properties over 55 only.average age seems to be 75ish they use residents to man the front gate some of which act like they are protecting the park from an impending terrorist attack.I went on several occasions to view homes for a family member looking for a cheap place to buy in Florida for a vacation home the property is well kept some of the residents/gatekeepers need serious courtesy lessons

We love living in Jamaica Bay Boynton Beach.The people are friendly, there are a number of sports to get involved in.We also have Bingo, card games, Red Hatters, bus trips to casinos andswimming exercise classes everyday.

Dan the sales person is genuinely nice and helpful. Its a great place.
