Great place for a picnicIf it wasnt for Covid 19Would be a 5 star

What a great little park! Located downtown, but in a quiet neighborhood. This playground specifically caters to special needs children, but has a lot to offer to all children. It allows children of all abilities and ages to feel included and play side by side. My kiddos had a blast! We brought a picnic lunch and utilized one of the large pavilions. Great way to spend a lovely afternoon!

Great place to find peace in a clean relaxing park. Plus catch a round of golf while your there. Bowling Green has many great parks all around the city!

Met up there today with my children and grandkids to celebrate some belated birthdays and enjoy some BBQ. All in all, the park was pretty busy, especially the childrens play area but most people werent practicing social distancing. There was a park employee there spraying sanitizer around the pavilions and picnic tables. Just the only complaint I had were the bathrooms. Just plain nasty.

Upgraded!!! New updates to the park look awesome!!! Safety was absolutely on the minds of the designers of the renovated park - fences now separate the playground from the parking lot!! New playground equipment encourages group play and items like specialty swings guarantee everyone is included!! This park is an example of what BGPR should aspire all their parks to be like - and they are doing it!!! Great job - for being in a small space this park is HUGE!!!

Kids had a very fun time. Great place to stop and picnic when traveling.

We reserved one of the picnic pavilions and held a family reunion for about 40 people one summer. The park itself is not very big, but there is a city golf course adjacent to it, so it seems a lot bigger.

Nice place close to the road, with a few activities, plenty of fun for the kids and a big family teeter totter? I guess you would call it that. Even has one locked in swing, for those that are unsteady.great views, but no bathroom. Makes it rough on little ones that need to go frequently.

Covington has a nice gravel walking trail where you can bring pets to or just get exercise. It typically has sporting events going on, but theres a batting cage, tennis courts, and a playground.

This was the worst park Ive ever been to. My son has Autism and has sensory issues so he likes to watch the mulch go down the slide and a woman asked us to leave because she didnt wa t it to get on her son. Ill never come back here.

Small park, but its clean, pretty and in a nice area. Next to golf course. The park itself is not very big. Great for small kids. Has playground. You can walk around it in 10 minutes. However, it connects by sidewalk to a nice neighborhood and you can walk for miles. Park here and walk to kereokas park and back. Nice walk!

Nice park. For the space they have its nice. If using the picnic tables, remember to wipe them down. There was a lot of green algae when I wiped down one of the tables today. Its just something people dont think of with outdoor parks.

Nice playground equipment. The bathroom wasnt easy to find though.

We where at the pavilion and a family comes and says we have this reserved I am not mad at all it was miscommunication. But this can be avoided if you put a sign up! Btw the family was extremely nice!

Quiet,well maintained,beautiful

As someone from out of town I was so impressed by this park. It was highly accessible for kids of all ages and abilities. Both of my kids had a great time playing on the equipment and there was plenty of shady places for parents to hang out.

One of the best parks,It has lots of gazebos for friends and family to hang out at and it has many fun equipment for kids and a basketball court

I love this city park. Its a little out of the way for us since we live on the south side of town but often make the drive, its worth it to bring lunch or take a walk. Quiet, clean, quite a lot of shade, several shelters and picnic tables, my dog loves to walk here also.

This cute little park set by the golf course is perfect for my children and i. they are 10 and 8 and i like it because there are shaded areas to sit, parking is not a problem and is close enough to the jungle gym that i can sit in my car if i want and watch my kids play. we love just a couple blocks from covington so we frequent it a lot in the summer. new jungle gyms are going up now and my kids can not wait!
