We had a birthday party here for our son. It was a lot of fun for 15 and 16 year old boys. We scheduled time on a Saturday afternoon and had plenty of room. The staff was very nice and helpful explaining how to throw and how to compete with each other while throwing. I highly recommend the FlipN Axe and look forward to visiting again.

Took my girlfriend there for Date Night! Hands down, the best axe throwing establishment in Kentucky! Adam had a top shelf bar and Nicole had us splitting bullseyes in minutes! The bonfire out back was an added bonus!

Flip’n axe in Bowling Green has been one of my most favorite places to go, hang out , and have some fun!I have been several times with family and friends and we have a blast. I have not learned any of the trick throws but I’m working my way towards that but love watching all the others and see how good they are. So glad we have such a fun place to go!!!Yay!!!!

First time axe thrower here. And Im glad I went to probably the best axe throwing place in Clarksville. I had this coach who I for really thought was homeless but Randy if that was his real name did a wonder job of teach me and my wife how to throw it properly. I most definitely will be returning when I have more time fo sho. And the best part is you can get a nice cold Budweiser. So if you go take some just for men and ask for Randy guaranteed yall have a blast.

A very unique and fun experience. I went for a work outing and the staff was friendly and very hospitable. I wasn’t sure how much I would enjoy ace throwing but it was quite a fun time. It presented a unique challenge and learning experience. I found this much more enjoyable than bowling. Would love to do it again.

The place was really neat. The staff and instructor treated us like we been friends for years. The only thing that would make me more comfortable is more space in there while throwing axes. Each lane should have a barrier and not share a lane with another group. But the staff made sure that if other lanes came available to shuffle groups around to provide more space. Ill go back again.

Gday guys. Adrian, Kara and Tony here from Australia. Just letting you know how much of a great night we had at the Flipn Axe while we were in Bowling Green, Ky. Joel, all his staff and family made us feel extremely welcome. Even though we only had a few beers, they had a great selection of nice cold ones. We didnt flip any axes (as we werent wearing the appropriate footwear) but it looked like fun... Safety was the staffs number one priority. We passed on to other people during the rest of our time in the states if ever in Bowling Green, Ky you must drop in to the Flipn Axe. All the best for the future guys and girls

We were the worst customers and showed up 45 mins late. The staff was SUPER understanding. The owner is the coolest guy that just wants everyone to have a good time and it shows. If you want a laid back good time, this is the place. We were treated amazing, instantly ️ this place just because of the awesome people that run it.

3-stars for price5-stars for serviceMilitary-friendly place in that they offer a price break.Unique experience that comes at price that will probably keep some folks away. Great and friendly staff along with a decent selection at the bar can sway some to invest more time and money here. Our group of six thought the price to throw for an hour was a bit higher than it should be. For now it is a one-and--done experience but well keep an eye out for discounts. Flipn Axe may be in the running if and when we struggle to come up with a new group activity some evening. It shares some parallels with bowling except that you get more time for less money rolling a ball versus throwing an axe. Of course, it is cost prohibitive to build a bowling lane at the house but setting up a place to throw an axe in the backyard is easy and affordable.Some might think billing it as kid-friendly might be a bit overreaching but I can say they have done a great job of mitigating risk. At 8 and 12 my kids are a no go for axe throwing even though we shoot guns frequently.Again, cant say enough nice things about the staff and the place is a very clean.

This place is amazing. Such a relaxing and fun experience. Kid friendly. The coaches are great and will teach you all you need to know to flip an axe. Management made sure we had everything we needed at all times. Ladies night was truly a ladies night..we will definitely be back!!

We had a great time here! The coaches were laid back and helpful, offering tips where needed but letting you learn at your own pace. The bar service was a little slow simply due to the number of patrons, but honestly you dont have time to be sitting at the bar if youre there to throw. Well definitely be going back.

Great place to meet up for some light-hearted competition. Not a lot people on Sunday so we could spread out and maximize our time. Our coach and the owner were friendly and very helpful showing us technique without getting in the way of the fun.

Great experience, and even better hospitality! We had made a reservation through Facebook, and when we arrived were told that we wouldn’t get a lane to throw until 20 minutes past our reservation time. Without any prompting the owner immediately gave us four free passes for our wait time. The owners were exceptionally nice and we had a great time!

Dont hesitate to go here. If youre on the fence about whether you want to try it, do it. Youll be glad you did!

Awesome time had tons of fun..... Great place nice staff. All the trainers were amazing our trainer jerrett was very cool and laid back he really seemed to love training and his job. He spent time explaining each movement to really help us each fine tune our throws.

Stopped in for a couple of brews, didnt realize the place had changed hands. The place has had a full make over. Pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff. Looks like a nice place to spend a couple of hours.

We had a great time! This is something thats very unique to our area. Drink prices were average. The hourly rate, however is higher than Id have like to seen. Perhaps at some point a price break can be established. For example, if theres more than 3 people in a group, the hourly rate drops per person; or caps at a certain point per lane; or a multi-hour price break. Id still recommend this place to break up the monotony of things to do in Bowling Green.

This is a great place to go and let off some stream! My boyfriend and I went for an hour and ended up staying a couple hours after that just hanging out with the bartender and chatting with the owner! They are great people, and we cant wait to go back!
