I like this place. Great place to take the kids to have some fun. The only thing that I would say is... why have facility rentals. But it can’t be during hours of operation. I was going to rent the entire building out for my children’s birthday party. But who has a child’s party at 8am or after hours at 10-11? Why have that options of the person can’t choose their own hours??

Great place for the kids, when I brought my family an friends here we had a fantastic time. They have several areas, like a massive trampoline area, trampoline dodge ball, and foam pits to jump into. And they also have trampoline basketball! Truly unique, creative, and fun stuff here. I only give it 4 stars is the crowd control is awful, and when it gets busy it is awful, and always ends in a bad time.

I brought my two kids here today and they really enjoyed it. Love the interaction between the workers and my children. I recommend 100 percent

Great place to take older and younger kids. The ladies at the front were very friendly and helpful. The place was clean and very cool on such a hot day. The manager was extremely friendly and makes you feel like family. The kids had lots of fun.

Place use to have a great staff last few times we have been there they have gotten progressively worse. They need to hire some staff who are kids friendly and who care more about their jobs then their phones

Great place for children 12 and younger. Not a great environment for teenagers. One of the young men who works here could not keep his eyes in his head looking at younger girls.

My family absolutely love this place. Everytime we visit the staff are friendly and interact with kids. The management is awesome great customer service and lots of entertainment for the kids. I highly recommend this establishment for Birthday parties. You Guys Rock

2nd time here and I absolutely love the place. It was really dry than usual. My kids loved it and spent a great time with the workers there but the workers were a bit hesitant when interacting with them.

Nice place to hangout on a sunday . The guys that work there are awsome with the kids . Plus a couple of them can pull off some sick jumps on the trampolines.

This place is so, so much fun!!But will also quickly inform you that you are indeed old, winded, and out of shape after fifteen minutes. Whoops.

We had a horrible experience my three-year-old daughter had her birthday party there yesterday for one it was so hot it was almost unbearable. I had talked to a manager before we rented the room I paid $50 just for the room and have my own food and cake and supplies once we got there another manager was on staff and waited till we got all of our food sit out and our cake and everything ready to have the party decided to tell us that we couldnt bring our own food what sense does that make should not allow soon when we just rented the room without their food. why wouldnt we bring our own so he made his pay extra money to be able to eat our food there. I was really really upset. I will never have a birthday party there again which is really Ive upsetting because my seven-year-old daughter wanted to have her party there in 2 months.

My family absolutely love this place. Everytime we visit the staff are friendly and interact with my kids (the staff interacts with all the kids) There is plenty of room even if they are busy. I dont feel crowded. The building and bathrooms are always clean. Fun environment for all ages. Wish they would start some dodgeball competitions maybe once or a couple nights a month. (separate but include all ages or maybe have some competitions that are any age and some that are designed age groups.) That would be fun.

Way too hot to enjoy. Sad we couldn’t stay longer then 25 minutes (1 hour paid) due to how hot it was. From our 2 year old granddaughter, 8 and 10 year old son it was just too hot. The facility needs AC

Kids loved it! Prices are reasonable. The place is clean enough and seems safe. The only trouble we had was with the tablets used to fill out the waivers. Out of four tablets, only two were working. Its a pretty detailed process. Just when we had finished filling it out, the tablet went black. We had to start over on the one remaining tablet and pray that it didnt happen again. Other than that, everything was fine.

Super fun place. Plenty of things to do. It will really wear your kids out! Its great.

Terrible management!! Manager was upset I jumped with my small children for a few minutes n retaliated by asking my special needs child to pick up n throw cups away that weren’t his!!!! N that we weren’t even done drinking out of!!! Then when approached told me, special needs or not, he agreed to it.. my son is nonverbal and 7 years old!!! .what is wrong with people??!!!

It was rainy and our child needed to let some energy out. It was super hot inside. And get there on the hour not later cuz they use color wrist band. We arrived around 5:20 and only had 40 mins of jump time instead of the hour we were charged.

Pretty cheap at 7 or 10 dollars an hour. The facility does have a small sense of B.O. but what do you expect there is a bunch of kids in there. The trampolines are pretty bouncy but a few don’t work that well. Very friendly staff and service. Amazing birthday parties. But very pricy consessions

A great place for family fun. With trampolines covering the floors and onto the walls a hopping good time for the whole bunch. Sure to tire out the little ones and help them release some of that pent up energy.

Pricey but fun. If you are over the age of 11 there should be a half hour rate because we feel like we are going to die. 1 hour on the trampoline is like Guantanamo torture. I will think of Jump zone for two days after and every time I squat. Dodge ball area, foam minecraftesque cube pit, party rooms and lots of smelly toddlers. 2 semiadults and one old kid $30+.

My children ALWAYS have a BLAST!! My son LOVES playing Dodge ball more than anything. He doesnt care how long the line is, he will stand there and play the whole time!! Its not that expensive either!

I mean, it seems to be for kids. But you can’t pass it up as adults either!!! Go during a week day, when kids are in school and most people are working (we chose a day off obviously). Had a blast and made tons of memories with friends and family here! Then come back with the kids and let them tire themselves out.

Good prices but also a limited amount of activities. It is a great option for the kids to have fun, but dont expect it to be anything like the big city trampoline parks.

Website hours and door posted hours say open at 12pm. We killed 2 hrs around time waiting for them to open. We came at 11:55. People had been jumping for an hour! When I asked them they said they open at 9am!! We would already be done!

Cool place for kids but would love a discount with the 3rd kid. We would btw able to cone back more often that way.

This was a fun adventure that wears you out faster than you might think. But for the parents of rowdy kids, please make sure to watch them, other customers are not your babysitters.

The kids had a good time

Great place to do lot of flips. Me personally has learned all my tramp tricks there.(front flip, back flip, side flip etc.) Dodge ball usually competitive and very fun. My only complaint is that basketball section has saggiest and lamest trampolines in the whole park. they wont even let you dunk which defeats the purpose of them having tramps with basketball!!! But with the saggy tramps its hard to dunk anyway.

Great place to bring the whole family

I understand there are rules in place for everyones safety but harrasment is not okay in any form. From the moment we walked up after getting our bands we were followed the entire time by an employee, who was a chris griffin on sock patrol. Wont be back!

We came all the way from Russellville. It’s so much fun at Jump Air Zone. We definitely will be back. I recommend it to everyone. Staff is very friendly and I think the guy in Black is a Manager. He greeted us when we entered the building.

Went here for a birthday party and had a lot of fun even as an adult. The place was crowded, so sometimes there was a line for certain areas like the foam pits, but thats just a sign of how good this place is. Everything was very clean and the equipment appeared to be well maintained. Staff was watchful but not overbearing in the play areas. Im looking forward to visiting again next time Im in the area.

For birthday parties this is a great option. Place is always clean and staff is always helpful and smiling. Kids love it so it works for me.

There always really nice to the children and help make sure everyone is having fun. They will get in there wih the children to make sure they have fun and a great time. Highly recommend taking the family.

Manager is rude and obnoxious. Had my daughters birthday party there 3 years in a row. Always a great experience until this year. Manager ask for me to have my 84 year old disabled grandmother take her tumbler of coffee back outside. They dont sell coffee and my grandmother does not drink soft drinks or powerade. I refused and he said he would have to charge me for her having a outside drink inside. The rest of the staff were great and the atmosphere is a blast. But we wont be having anymore $350 parties there.

Was way to hot. Was not even jumping and was cooking. Not just my opinion, everyone with my party also said it was tooooooo hot. It wasnt even lack of AC, was freezing outside (winter temp) they had the heat cranked. Not sure what the point of spending extra money on the heat just to make everyone uncomfortable. Would give less stars but everyone was still having a good time in the blistering heat.

Kids had fun. Would only plan on playing for one hour, bored and tired by then. Very little staff observation or rule enforcement.

Great place to take your kid (s), albeit a bit pricey, especially the more you bring. They have special rooms for birthdays.You do have to sign a waver that says you wont sue or anything if you get hurt. They have a trampoline dodge ball court along with 2 foam pits, 1 for kids and 1 for adults, along with a 2 basketball goals. As long as you act right and not reckless, you will have a great time.

Our kids (2 boys, ages 6 and 9) had a blast. They love the trampolines and the foam pit. They wanted to try the dodgeball but it had a lengthy line the entire time there. Pricing is good. The facilities are clean. Overall, a fun way to burn up some energy and get some exercise.

Clean nice workers and is an awesome place to go if youare board. After we left I asked when can we go back my opinion it is funnest thing I have ever done. Even for your little ones its fun becausethey have a foam pit just for the little ones my favorite thing was the foam pit and dodge ball

Went on a Saturday afternoon and it was packed. Smell of sweaty feet filled the air. Was hard for kids to jump with large crowd. Dodgeball area was chaos vs game. Overall a bit disappointed but normally good experience. Negative mostly due to large crowd.
