The value and quality of the items you get are top notch. I have had 2 other subscription golf boxes and this one does not disappoint. Yes there are shipping delays and boxes have arrived late. But it is because they have had issues from their suppliers. The guys at birdie bundle have gone out of their way to keep boxes moving forward with good products. You will not recieved junk like other boxes are sending.Yes there are also times that you will become infuriated by lack of communication, but if you give them a few weeks and respond to your email with another, they will get back to you.This bundle is worth the short term headache. Trust me you won’t be disappointed. I had similar if not worse issue from other box subscriptions that fill the box with $10 Chinese junk and expect you to be happy.

Ive tried to reach out multiple times. After weeks they said they were going to ship a few days ago but still my order is un fulfilled. Honestly I should have read the reviews prior to ordering for my father as a present. Strongly do no recommend this company. If I could give them zero stars I would. Dont buy this subscription box.

We placed an order with you guys on 6/27/2020 and it is still unfulfilled still. My husband has been messaging you and we get no response. We want a refund and want to cancel our order or actually ship his order. Your customer service is seriously lacking and your promise of 7-10 days is a lie. Please someone reach out to us before I need to file a dispute with my card!

Honestly, I would not even give them 1 star, but I had no other choice. I placed an order on March 1 and still have not received my package. Its now April 26. However, I have been charged for the purchase. I have not be able to get any answers out of this company, despite my efforts to communicate with them. Very poor service! I will not do business with them in the future, and I advise you not to as well.

I understand COVID has had an impact on a lot of businesses but to completely ignore your customers when they send an e-mail or message is how you go out of business. 0 customer service, take my money and never respond. Surely being an internet based business someone at home can log in an respond to e-mails, facebook posts, messages etc. Apparently this company can not. When I did finally get my box, everything in it was garbage and not worth my premium payment. Forget about trying to return anything as you will only get charged for shipping, never get a able and never get a response.

Horrible customer service! Took over a week to get a response to multiple website chat messages and emails. No response at all until I left a negative Facebook review-then a response within 1 minute!!!! If I could leave zero starts I would! Bottom line - don’t expect any communication after they get your money. Furthermore, once I did get communication on Facebook then they wanted to explain how they provided exceptional customer service by responding at 10:35 pm (5 days and 5 messages from me going unanswered) only offering to help if I was on their website at that moment but then again continuing to ignore me until a negative Facebook post. They also said they wasted at least 1 and a half hours dealing with us - a paying customer! Would never recommend doing business with this company. And by the way - the boxes contained a lot of JUNK- would not say quality merchandise either.

This company is something special. Starting from the guys behind the scenes to the products they deliver and stand by, they know how to deliver nothing but excellent products. I have purchased my fair share of golf products from all over the world, both online and in-stores, but never have I had the intimate customer experience and service that these guys provide. If you ever have an issue, they’ll be quick to respond and make sure you are taken care of. The most unique aspect of this service is how personalized it is and how almost no two people have the same box. 5/5 rating and highly recommend it to anyone in the market for some extra golf equipment and gear!
