Celebrated my sons 9th birthday, loved seeing him being happy and no complaints what so ever. Best time of the season to go, the positive side of COVID-19. Park is open and, lines are slim to none, rides are all up and running and parking is amazing. $200 with tickets included should ensure an enjoyable day for 2. Registers are on and off so bring a CC if possible.

Honestly, in the past had some questions about how efficiently this Six Flags was run. However, they have really done a great job with COVID procedures and sanitation since re-opening - my family and I have been able to visit and feel safe.If you live nearby, the season pass or membership is the way to go - much cheaper than other amusement parks and definitely a better deal than daily admission (just make sure at least one pass has parking!) We even recently added the Dining Pass since we always gets hungry at the park. Plenty of kid rides and thrill rides a like. My kids always have a great time at Six Flags!

Very small park but BEAUTIFUL.Staff seems to be more prepared here compared to Great Discovery. All seem to be consistent with the rules. Not crowded at all. GD was clearly close to full capacity when we visited. Was nice to see SF America take things seriously and enforced mask wearing. The only reason 4 stars, is the process getting in the park is far from perfect. You stand in a group waiting to get through temp checks. Huddle you into the next staging area for the metal detectors. Then corralled us into a final staging area for 15 mins before allowing us to enter the park.By the time the park actually opened 3/4 of the guests were crammed into the space between the metal detectors and ticket takers...Friendly advice, dont show up a lil early during covid restrictions unless you like standing for 30 mins sweating up against large groups of ppl.

We had a lot of fun at six flags, upper Marlboro! We went there and enjoyed the rides a lot! However, I think it is poorly managed. A lot of the camera on the rides were out of service.. only one of the thrill rides cameras was working... I purchased a card that will allow me to save the digital pictures all season long, but unfortunately only one camera was working.Covid19 restrictions were in place. We had to keep our masks on and there was sanitizer stations everywhere at the park. The staff was friendly in general. I wouldve expected a six flags park to be better managed. Few rides were closing on and off.I used one of the bathrooms and it didnt have soaps in both bottles.Hours: 11:00 am to 7:00pm and you have to reserve a time slot to enter the park. We were admitted there at 11:45 am.Overall, we had a good time there. However, I dont think I would go back to six flags, MD. I will give other branches another try, but if its managed the same way, Id rather go somewhere else.

This is a nice park that has a wide variety of roller coasters, 10 in total at the time of this. Attendance is always very light, so you can ride everything in the park numerous times. Fast pass isnt necessary. Ride operators are friendly and willing to hold conversations with you. The food stand workers are a bit less friendly. My only complaint of this park is the food prices. Be prepared to pay an arm and a leg. Water bottles $6 or 2 for $10. A Philly cheesesteak is $20, gourmet cheeseburger $15.Souvenir prices are more reasonable. T-shirts can be had for under $20. I personally bought a nice fleece-lined logo hooded sweatshirt for $30.All in all, a great place to spend the day, just plan on eating before and after you visit.

Very easy to get on rides during COVID and was not crowded at all when we went on a Friday. Had break mask areas and someone cleaning those areas at all times. Water park was a little more crowded but still able to get on rides quickly and loved the water area more than the main area since I am not a big rollercoaster fan. Most staff were young teenagers that horseplayed, cursed, and ignored guests and didnt give great customer service. Im all about great customer service and the rides (mostly coasters) werent for me so have to give this one a 3 star.

We came from out of town to visit six flags America. There are a lot of cool roller coasters. Some of them are a little outdated and some new... There were a few roller coasters that gave us headaches...like the mind eraser, go figure with a name like that LOL. The superman was by far one of my top favorite roller coasters. If you ride the superman make sure you sit in the front row it is totally worth it. The Batwing is a very neat experience as well. The park has an awesome water park connected to it that is open. It was very crowded in the water park and majority of people were not wearing masks which made us a little nervous so we didn’t do any of the water slides. The wait for the roller coasters wasn’t long at all. Most of the coasters we were on within 15 minutes. There was not much social distancing in the lines for the roller coasters either. Overall it was a fun and adventurous day!

Six Flags is not going to be a Disney or Universal experience but its a solid answer to not driving to Florida. The park has an included water park seasonally and several holiday themed events throughout the year.If you think you might go more than just once a year, consider the membership or season passes along with the dining. Exceptional value considering you can eat each time you go to the park. The food is pretty typical of what you would expect with some variation. Pizza is cardboard, but its easy enough to avoid it. With their new app, youll need to get that for mobile food ordering.Staff friendless and service change throughout the year, which is basically the only thing that makes me give it a 4.The stunt show arena is always good and the main indoor music shows tend to be the best ones. We look forward to seeing those again soon.

Called in a Tuesday evening mid August to try knock some value out the season pass I bought a year ago pre COVID!The Good- Quietest I’ve ever seen the park. Literally no lines or wait times, just rock up and ride- Mask compliance amongst employees was 100% from what I could see & there are multiple sanitizing stations and signage throughout the park- Cleanest I’ve ever seen the park, though I suspect the lighter crowds make this easierThe Not So Good- Mask compliance amongst patrons is very hit or miss and is not enforced by staff from what I can see (and hey, if I was a kid on minimum wage I wouldn’t fancy getting into an argument over it)- They’re only running 1 car per ride, so whilst not a problem when it’s quiet, I imagine the wait times go up exponentially when it’s busy. One of the ride operators mentioned it’s way busier at the weekends- In terms of food I think they’re heavily managing waste here so don’t expect anything that’s even close to being fresh post 4pm, the heat lamp buffet awaits later eaters. Worth noting all the bars looked closed to me as I wandered around too, always partial to a hurricane in Mardi Gras so that was disappointing.Overall I’d grade Six Flags efforts in COVID a B, good but not great.

The staff was really good about making sure everyone was wearing masks , and social distancing wasn’t hard because they aren’t having as many people in the park, they had hand sanitizer at all rides. However the kids rides definitely need some maintenance most of them sounded / felt like they were going to fall apart. There are signs and pictures of special Halloween treats like the snickers funnel cakes which we ordered , $12 later we were given a cold funnel cake in a bag with a tiny little cup of crushed up snickers. Employees act like they hate their jobs , except for the kid area employees they were very nice and helpful. Overall a good experience for the fact that the tickets were discounted but six flags has definitely gone down hill which is a shame because it has potential to be great again.

Ok so my Six Flags is the one in Gurnee Illinois, we got the tickets for six flags Baltimore for 29.99, 20.00 parking and 29.99 dining plan 4 one day. The park is VERY small with limited thrill rides, overall Id say this park is especially perfect for Children/tweens. Overall the park was clean but is in desperate need of renovations/updates plus more rides. The best coaster is SUPERMAN hands down which is better in my opinion than ours which many probably would disagree with . I love Wonder Woman and was very disappointed Harley Quinn was not running nor the red and yellow coaster. Which u very much needed due to the lack of THRILL RIDES !!! We need need reservations and you didnt have to wait in line but 5mins if that, the food was just like the other parks but the customer service and actions of ride operators was less than professional, very very UNPROFESSIONAL. I wish I can give it a zero rating but honestly this park is horribly managed, you have to wait in line for like 30mins with large groups behind you before entering the park, no one keeps there distant and I swear to you that some of the people there like getting close to you. The visits are limited because of what is happening in the world but I was not impressed. The biggest let down was most of my discounts were not working. I also spent time at member services and guest relations before getting in because the friend tickets I brought were not showing. I spent a long time last night trying get them printed with 3 different reps. Several of the bathrooms were dirty and missing toilet paper and soap dispensers were either almost empty or broken. The bathroom door was broken and would not close, it was the only handicapped stall so I had to use it and put some clothes up to try to block the view. The reservation process can be complicated. Over all, wished I had suspended the memberships and kept my money.

Now for the bad, in one instance, my family and I attempted to get on the water raft ride safely but was told yall can ride it, but Im not stopping the ride we literally had to jump on while it was in motion. Also, when leaving off of the orange and red roller coaster ( I believe its called the Fireball) the hand sanitizer pump was empty when I attempted to take some.
