It a nice laser tag, its like $8 for 1 round and $14 for two. Big open zone, fun for kids an adults. They throw birthdays and theres a small, small arcade out front. The battleground is pretty dark so keep little ones close. They play music too. The vests get smelly and some dont work all the time but mostly a good experience. Ive gone twice and will be going again.

My first time going to Castle Laser Tag was exactly what I hoped for! The place was not too crowded and the atmosphere was great. Very friendly staff and they made sure everyone had a good time. One employee in particular named Sean went above and beyond to ensure that my first experience was unforgettable. I’ll be sure to stop by there again :)

The experience was good. Our host, Anthony was very nice. Only withheld a star because there was a large adult male pushing the kids inside, and they werent able to enjoy themselves that game.

Had an awesome experience playing laser tag here! My friends and I came and played a couple games here and had a lot of fun. Plus the staff was very friendly, including one in particular, Sean. He helped us out because it was our first time at Castle and it was a really enjoyable experience. Can’t recommend it enough!

My son has celebrated four of his last six birthdays at Castle Laser Tag in Bowie. The kids have a great time and the staff is very polite and helpful. Best of all, they handle all the set-up and clean-up. They have been very accommodating about letting me add last-minute guests who were unable to RSVP by the deadline, which was very much appreciated! I’m sure we will be back.

We celebrated our sons 10th birthday at Castle Laser Tag and could not have been more pleased and satisfied. The accommodations were excellent, considering the size of our party (20 kids). What really made the experience great was our host, Javon (hope the spelling is correct). From beginning to end he was courteous, pleasant, and really had the party running smoothly. Everyone in our party, especially my son, had an awesome time. It was everything we wanted and we plan on returning soon.

I had never done laser tag before, and being a first time customer, I had a lot of fun with the group of friends I went with. The staff was awesome and helpful and the ambience was fun and friendly. Sean was definitely one of the helpful few. I would 100% come back again!

If I could take my kids to this place monthly, I would. So many cool things for the kids to do here.

My group had a great time here. We took a few teens to play laser tag and they had a blast. We played 2 games and then decided to go back in for one more. It was super hot in the rook and we all came out drenched in sweat. We didnt have to run but whats the point of playing laser tag if youre not going to move with it?! So bring clothes that you wont mind being drenched in.

Wonderful for events! We had a private space rental with pizza and tokens, and the students loved it!For private events, they are a bit easier to contact by phone instead of email, but otherwise, all was wonderful!

Great. My daughter and I had a great time. The laser tag room was fun and enjoyable. Great place for kids and parties. Just maybe do other options for refresment other than sodas. Bring a group and have fun running around. We will definitely be back.

Guns dont work so I paid to run around not keeping score for 2 games waste of money. Next time going to shadow land everything works there.We went to the Bowie location. We had 4 in our party and 2 had to switch out guns during play because they didnt work. Which took away from there play time. The 1st gun I used had a blurry screen so I made sure that a name was on the screen on my second play I used falcon gun but it didnt register points during game.

Amazing experience, we came in at 230 to set up for a 3pm birthday party and although our first game was at 316, our host allowed us to play our first game at 330 since everyone had not arrived. The games went smooth, we ate and opened gifts. We were not rushed, I was happy because I didnt have to stress at all. I would recommend you guys all day long

Brought my daughter there for her birthday party and had a gift certificate from a school event that we were going to use towards the cost. Went there to schedule the party about a month ago with the certificate and they took the certificate and even gave us a receipt showing that the discount was applied. On the date of the party the cashier asks us to produce the certificate, again (that weve already provided weeks before) and when we cant produce it he tells us we have to pay full price. He repeatedly tells us that its their policy NEVER to accept the certificates until the day of the event. So, since we cant produce it we had to pay full price for the party. Am I crazy to think their system doesnt make sense? Needless to say, I will not be spending any more $ there. Too bad because it is close by and my kids have enjoyed going there for other partiesThey will likely reply to this post by reiterating its their policy and theyve never had a problem like this before. My only question is why not make a copy of the certificate when the party is booked in person so they can have a record of it! This is not difficult and theyve made me waste my time writing this bad review.

Fun for all ages. $9 for an adult for 10 minutes or so felt kind of pricey. New technology harness, turning sideways doesnt stop incoming fire.

We had my sons 9th Birthday party here and they did not disappoint. So much fun was had by all. Our server Jayvon was amazing. He was kind and on top of everything for the party. It was an expensive experience but so worth it too see those having so much fun. I joined in on one game because I have never done laser tag and it was so much fun. You come out all sweaty I said who needs a gym membership just go shot a couple games of laser tag lol. We will be coming back the staff was amazing.

Great experience for all ages. We enjoyed the game alot. The prices are right and reasonable. One challenge would be that there is only one family style restroom in the entire facility, which equates to long lines and patient bladders. The actual game lacked some of the traditional elements of laser tag locations in the area, but two level game space is big enough to enjoy. Nonetheless it was a great family day of laser tag fun.

We arrived at 9:50 pm on Saturday (the hours say they close at 11pm) upon arrival the place looked deserted! All the lights were off and the parking lot was not lit or had any cars parked in it. We went inside to ask if they had closed early or were about the close, the rude guy at the desk said that they close at 11pm but their last game was at 10pm (the longest game lasts 15min). I went with a group of people +my 2 y/o daughter who was not old enough to play but I took her so we could play in the arcade section, I was not able to play any games because all the machines were off when we got there. Everyone else was able to play 1 game (15min) and we had to leave. Not sure if this is how they normally operate but it would be nice if they at least had that somewhere on their website at least.LASER GAME HOURS = OPEN - 1HR BEFORE CLOSEARCADE HOURS: WHENEVER THEY WANT TO TURN THEM ONIn response to the owner, Yes I mistakenly wrote Sunday but it was Saturday the day we went. Hey its Brian I had my birthday party here yesterday. I got you guys Solid 5 stars. I talked to a guy on the phone on friday didnt get his name but he was very nice and helped us squeeze in a last minute booking. I had a party of 15 and everyone had so much fun. All the staff that was working that day was amazing and nice.

Great inexpensive family fun. Went for a birthday party and everyone loved it. This is easily the largest laser tag I have ever been in. There are multiple floors and plenty of places to hide and shoot from.

You cant order food when you get there for a party AND you cant bring outside food with you. So if youre planning a party, make sure that you call 3 days ahead and order food. However, kids and adults have a great time there. Its wonderful!

So convenient. The staff was nice here. One of the employees even played a round with us, so we could be even. The parents are nice as well. I even met someone from my country yeah. Trini baby!!!

**********Avoid this business**********I made an online reservation for my sons birthday party. The website was pretty user friendly however it was missing one small piece of information which I believe is a deceitful business practice.When you make a reservation, they require a $100 security deposit. There was nothing on the reservation page that stated the policy is non-fundable. So I go ahead and book the reservation.After making the reservation about 28days in advance of the event, I received an email stating what the deposit is non-refundable. On top of that, if you cancel within 14 days of the event they will charge you for the full event. None of this is noted on the page where you actually make the booking.Im active duty military and I am in the process of moving to my next duty station. I got word the day after booking the reservation that I have a training I have to attend so we would have to put my sons party on hold. Since we are leaving the area soon after there was no time to reschedule so I had cancel. Surely you would think the company would accommodate my request to refund me or at least offer hey so that you dont lose money here are some passes. Nope they referred to their policy and noted to me that the policy was noted under another tab on their website.Very deceitful and I would never do business with a place like this. Sure you can say it is my fault for not going to a tab on the website of policies but how often are reservations deposits non-refundable? Hopefully my credit card company will resolve the issue for me and refund my money but this company has decided that they want your money and nothing else. No other party spot has this type of policy.

Staff is rude and closes early on Fridays when they feel like it. Had a party of 12 get turned away because he didnt feel like staying. Asked for the owners email and name; the manager refused to give me the owners name and gave me a party reservation email. Completely unprofessional and rude, wont be spending money at a place that closes an hour early on a Friday, just because the staff is tired of working.[EDIT] In response to the owner, I called BEFORE 10PM (9:48) when I was told not to bother coming in. The manager on the phone made it clear that he did not want us coming, not because of procedure, but because it wasnt busy on Fridays, need to work on training your staff on how to speak. I will continue to discourage others from spending money here.

Not too bad, m6 little sister actually enjoyed herself here and loved the arcade games inside, the games seemed to be more up to date than the games are at places twice this size

Fun place for the family - probably 4th grade and older. The place is fine, but there always seems to be that one kid that follows you and keeps shooting you as soon as you get activated again just to get points instead of playing the game. It would be helpful if the staff mentioned this in the pre-game brief. Looks like they have a party room. All in all, it was fun.

First, its nice to see a local establishment providing jobs for so many of our youth. The lasertag game was extremely fun for the kids and the adults. The staff were great and made sure we had everything we needed for my daughters party. We have been back several times after work with the kids to blow of some steam and it never fails to be a good time. I would highly recommend Castle Laser Tag in Bowie and the one in Gaithersburg.

The website misleads you in thinking there are special game modes such as defuse the bomb and others however, if you just show up without reservations this is not the case. It is also overpriced per game and the staff are not informative whatsoever.

I called three times and left a message to schedule a birthday party. No return call. I called a fourth time and spoke with a manager. The manager would not schedule the party and promised I was on the list for a return call the next day. No return call. I called a fifth time and left yet another message…You guessed it, no return call. Too bad. My son is disappointed.

Called ahead for a large group to see if waivers were needed- we were told they were not. We arrive with our group to find that waivers were needed. More trouble than it’s worth.

It was a fun time for the kids. My son got the bday package and table for 2 hours with a caterer. Cost about $250. It smelled like feet, but none of the kids cared, they had a blast. 15 minute laser tag sessions back to pack for an hour and a half and 30 minutes for cake and ice cream. Worked really well. Our caterer was nice and on point with renewing our beverages and keeping napkins, at the end i didnt even have to clean up after the kids, the caterer did everything

A great place with an interesting map for the rounds. The location is a little difficult to locate and is off of any major roads.

My grandkids have a great time playing laser tag here. We have been there several times. The staff was not helpful at all when checking in. They were all eating birthday cake and ignored us when we tried to pay. We had questions about the games and they were rude. Not at all professional. The bathroom was dirty, yuk! Very disappointed!

I had my sons party there last year and it would have been great except for the fact that there were kids in the game who pushed my kids down the ramps and called them Fing white n*ggers. They claimed their dad (or uncle?) worked there and I guess they felt that gave them the right to treat others this way..... Our hostess was very nice and we were otherwise treated very well, but I paid for my son to have fun celebrating his birthday with his friends. He came out of there upset. Its one thing to call names, but there is absolutely NO REASON for anyone to be putting their hands on my kids. I did not get what I paid for. My son wants to come again this year despite that experience. What assurance do I have that this will not be repeated??
