I love this park! There are a lot of ledges and rails to learn on and practice. I was really stoked to learn that Satellite boardshop made this park happen and maintain it. A lot of cool people and good energy here. Everyone I have interacted with has been supportive and cool

I’m not a skater; I just got my first board and I’m learning to roll around on flat for he first time. Brand new awesome rails, ledges, boxes and more. Looking forward to learning more here in the future!!

This park is awesome! I’m glad to have a spot dedicated to street skateboarding. Satellite skate shop did a great job with this project. I spend every lunch break at this park, can’t get enough! #greenblockproject

This park exemplifies the need for skate parks in Boulder. My son is just learning to skateboard and is taking lessons. Guess what? The class gets in a van an drives to communities outside of Boulder to go to decent skate parks. Boulder needs a great skate park on par with the great bike park at Valmont. Scott Carpenter skate park is not safe in my opinion due to the homeless issues there and has seen very little care. Boulder is a wealthy community. It should be able to afford a first class skate park and I really appreciate the skate park efforts at Valmont which can be part of a bigger dream.

This park is phenomenal and sorely needed in this town. If theres one thing we can do, at the very least to support our youth, its to support places like this!!! I hope that this park becomes a permanent addition to boulder. Many thanks to Satellite skate shop for making this a reality.

Super fun place to go, right next to dog and bike park. It could use a roof for skating on rainy days. Thanks to Raul from Satellite Skate Shop for setting it up! The concrete is super smooth and there are a wide range of features.

We love this new skate park in Boulder and head over there about every afternoon! Really great vibes, good people and awesome location. So glad this was created! Tho, for our most-day-summer-rains it would be amazing to have a transparent roof on the structure to stay dry :)

This is my favorite skate park! It has very unique obstacles and is in a great location. It would be great to have a small quarter pipe or half pipe there. I highly recommend this park.

Probably the best park in boulder, mostly because it is more street oriented. I would love to see more additions to the park. A roof would also make it better for the hot summer days. Rad park

Really well designed! Clean and spacious. Active, but not over-crowded to the point where you can’t skate!

This is the coolest thing the city has done in a long time, I hope they keep adding on to the park! It would be nice to have a roof over the pavilion so people could skateboard year round.

This park is rad! its got some sick features and is a fantastic place to skate. A roof would make this place shaded in the summer and keep the park dry in the winter so people could skate year round.

Thanks Boulder! I always imagined this to be the perfect use of this space. Sometimes less is more. Million dollar parks are popping up all around Colorado, but none of them have this amount of flat ground terrain.
