It is a quiet little park.

Great place to fit in with a mullet. Very reasonable prices on meth and oxy at this place. Very friendly place with lots of toothless smiles. Welfare checks can be picked up at front reception.Cheese in a can and spam available from vending machines.Will definitely be back again to hang out with the acid wash jean crowd and for the rub n tug massage in trailer #4

Mixed bag. Some homes were very well kept, however some were real dumps. Management should have them get rid of the front yard piles. People were very kind and helpful.

Living here is quite, very well maintained and in Boulder City everything you need is minutes away NOT MILES AWAY.

Not a bad place by any means, just not well maintained. The staff is unnecessarily very difficult and because of that I cannot recommend it.
