This place is really poppin! My friend lives all up on Marwood in here and this is just a really hip, trendy mobile home park. It does have however, a lot of Biden signs which makes me question if the people that live there actually have a brain. Other than that, its a great place!

Was a great place to e but the manager and her unlicensed lawn care man flip homes in there which is illegal

I was out looking at Christmas light displays and went to see a nativity and was very impressed with the mobile home park. I saw a double wide for sale and Im actually going this weekend to take a look at it to potentially live there. It is a very nice mobile home park!

Live in Gingerwood. Love it very much. Nice park and pool. Good neighbors. Quiet and peaceful and close to shopping, restaurants etc.

Been living in park for 17 years. It is well maintained and has been gteatlyimproved by the nwe owner.Ken Pavlika was wrong in his statement ofrent increasing $300/month. It only increased $30/month.The new owner gives renters month to month leases insteadof 5 year leases.I enjoy my life in Gingerwood Mobile Home Park.We are friendly.If you are curious about the park call the office, make an appointment; don’t go up to residents and ask questions about our lives in the park. We are constantly warned against vendors, etc.

Clean and beautiful unlike the other local mobile home parks. Seniors only.

The park has been sold, roomer has it that lot rent is going up a additional $300 per month. There should be a large increase in homes for sale within the next few months, due to a large amount of residents living in the park being on retirement benifits and not able to afford the increase!
