Staff was very friendly at first, offering additional help beyond normal services. Great pricing. Stuck to their time frame, no pun intended. However, they clearly didnt even begin to work on it until the day it was due, and it looks like it was framed quickly. There is a small tear on the bottom of the canvas. It appears that something sharp from the wood frame caused the tear.

Good place for painting class

Patient & knowledgeable staff!

I brought in two custom awards that each needed a new matting and framing solution. I had previously gone to several frame shops and had been given solutions that would either compromise at best or permanently damage the sentimental awards. I brought in the two pieces to Tsuga Fine Art and Framing and was very impressed with the care and service that I received. Not only did Ken provide excellent service and framing options, but he took the time to contact a nearby awards shop that could repair the scratches on one of the awards. I couldnt be happier with the final products and will consider Tsuga for all future framing needs. Thank you very much!
