They put on an excellent performance but, if youre looking for a performance this is not the place. These are their offices(?) and most likely not where you should go. Kinda misleading with the pictures of the orchestra.

Early music orchestra in Boston not to be missed.. This group is over 200 hundred years old and it is safe to assume none of the original members will be playing.

Some of the best periodic orchestral music in the US. The messiah was amazing. Such talent really makes you feel close to god when you here such music sung and played with such expertise.

Its not every day that you get a chance to hear a performance by the oldest continuously performing arts organization in America...but it does happen a few dozen times a year. H&H will be celebrating their 200th anniversary in 2015, but that doesnt mean they are a relic of a bygone era. With Harry Christophers at the artistic helm, they have never sounded more vibrant and energized. You can count on their orchestra and chorus to deliver moving, dramatic performances, no matter what time period the music comes from.

I love the music, but having bought a ticket for the Messiah they keep sending me e-mails and calling my cell phone seeking donations! Not cool.
