Great location, clean suits, boats working, pool great. Aross from beach park, easy walk to sand. Not the Ritz but good fun and relaxation.

My family have enjoyed this resort every year since 1981. We have amenities, such as a private dock, boats for our use, large heated pool and a hot tub. Outside BBQ grills facing the water where you can cook and watch the dolphins and see all of their antics. It is a quiet peaceful atmosphere where you can relax. There are only 27 units in the resort lending to meeting new friends and seeing other guests who we have met over the years. The staff are all friendly and make it easy to have a good time at this resort.

The pontoon boat rentals are well worth it! Friendly staff and great screened porches in all rooms.

When I arrived there were dirty clothes in the washing machine, the TV in the bedroom didnt work, it took 2 days to get it fixed. The blankets were filthy, the bathroomwas dirty. I stayed there last year and it wasclean and everything worked. I dont know ifthey have new cleaning person. I will not be going back again. The staff was friendly.I liked it last year. This year was horrible.

Although the building is older, it is clean and well kept. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is right across the street from the gulf beaches. A great getaway.

Great views from either side of the building, helpful friendly staff and a good variety of amenities. Rooms were clean and maintained but need a few small fixes.

We love the beach here and just relaxing around the pool. Fishing on the dock is usually a good time as well.

Have been coming here for 34 years. They just painted it a really ugly color....its hard to look at.....especially with the roof color....I hate that they dont have a ice machine ..its really annoying. They say you have a refrigerator with a ice maker in the room but the maid dumps it before you check in and it takes 2 days to be able to make 2 drinks with ice. Parking has always been horrible. Its meant for small cars. My f250 is very difficult to get in and out . They have dock space for your own boat but no parking for your boat trailer. They do have 3 pontoon boats you can use...just pay for gas.....but you can only use them for 4 hours...the reason why I bring my own boat. Overall its nice especially if you want to fish a like being on the bay. Their are much nicer places on the beach for cheaper if you wanna be on the beach.

They even have guards for th bathroom!

Great place. An affordable, relaxing getaway. Near enough to things to be convenient, but secluded enough to be away.

Very poor accommodation. Outdated and not very clean. Good position but needs total refurbishment. Left after one night but no refund for the rest of the week. Unless you are not bothered by sub standard rooms....go elsewhere.

Wonderful experience! Clean area. Even have pontoon boats to rent. Enjoyed being on the channel and watching boats and birds!

Quiet, beautiful, relaxing.

Outside was very well maintained. Lovely pool, hot tub, grilles. Disappointed in interior furnishings. Boat #2 should be out in boat graveyard-terrible!
