Its a great community, awesome n very friendly people! Lots of social activities to do . Everyone helps out if you need a hand fixing something or they know someone who can help. Just a beautiful community!!

Love this community. Saltwater Canal front lots with Gulf access in just about 10 or 15 minutes. Nice boat ramp for the residence. Kayaks to use. Super friendly neighbors. Conveniently located in North Bonita. For me its only about 15 minutes to my office Drive. My wife and I are new residents here and her really excited about moving in this week.

Large recreational building. Pool table shuffle board courts outside. Table and chairs setup for any function. Card tables and a library area

Very friendly community! Community members have access to tennis courts, pool, kayaks, and water access! Just a quick paddle to the Gulf of Mexico via New Pass.
