We had a great time with the Ashmores and Mortons. Lime tree is a great place to live! Would highly recommend it!

I was considering purchasing a manufactured home here, but the four that I looked at were all small and poorly-maintained. The park residents dont appear to be that friendly. The streets are very narrow; the whole place felt very congested.

Residents were nasty and followed me around like I was a criminal. I was there to help a person medically. You can feel the hostility that is present at the park.

Very nice mobile home park for 55 and older. Visited a relative there and I Enjoyed walking around the park and their perimeter sidewalk and everyone that lived there were very friendly.The only one thing that I disagree with there and dont understand isthat on one side of the streethomeowners can have dogs and On the other side they cannot.It should be all can have dogs or no one can have dogs, this rule is Utterly ridiculous!!!!

A great place to live! Friendly, helpful, outgoing people from all over the Midwest, northeast and southern Canada love here in winter. Amazing amenities and activities

Like it so much, we are now permanent residents! Cannot beat the location, the people, the amenities, the activities, the entire park. And the weather... dont have to shovel sunshine... !!!
