The venue was great with a mix of reserved and open seating. Ticket prices were based on that. The service was excellent with our server checking on us periodically and our glasses were never empty.The sound was excellent and we enjoyed both the blues bands we saw.

I you like Music you need to visit this place. Small room with great sounds. Food and Drinks reasonable priced. I really enjoyed myself and will be going back many times.

I was excited to visit the Funky Biscuit, and loved the atmosphere. Be prepared to be silent while band is playing, which was not something I anticipated. The waitress told us people around us complained about us talking too loud. We were just trying to hear each other over the loud music occasionally to say something. Nevertheless, cool place to visit.

Great place and the food is really good too! The staff are very professional with good communication. I saw Samantha Fish live and she was pure #AWESOMENESS.

Unfortunately didnt know advanced tickets same day was standing room only which was disappointing. Venue was very nice but wont make same mistake twice and will figure out reserved seats. The staff was very nice. Sat outside and had edamame and funky biscuits and both were great. We had a great server as well. 4starsCame again. Good seats! Great Music, Nick Schnebelen! Good food! I am giving this a zero. On Friday night I went with my husband and our two friends. We were told to stand at the bar in a little area and that was fine by us but, it was so close people kept bumping into us. Its a bar thats normal what is not normal is getting kicked out of said bar because my friend would take a step back after being bumped and bump into someone else. Everyone else was allowed to not get bumped around but when we did we were removed because they complained. If we complained would the whole bar get kicked out. The manager began to tell us that we were rude and disrespectful. As I have seen in other reviews the manager is a reoccurring issue. They need to get rid of him or straighten out their priorities. If you have a bar you know that its loud and people will bump and nudge a bit you also should know you cannot single out one group because of this.

Remember this is one persons view, and your experience may be different.. We found the cover charge high, the music loud (everyone who works there seems to wear earplugs), the service slow (especially paying your bill), and the seating uncomfortable. We left before the second act came on. Definitely check out the performers online before buying tickets as they may not be to your taste.

Venue is small and intimate. We enjoyed our dinner and the music was great. Looking forward to going back soon.

Happy hour was fun and the snacks are pretty good value for the money. The drinks on the happy hour menu are HORRIBLE - consider yourself warned...The regular menu is solid, roast chicken sandwich was great. In any case the venue is perfect and the live music is awesome - the bands are always excellent!

The Funky Biscuit is a local hot spot for the best in live music. With bands playing twice a day, its also provides a great venue for happy hour. Warning: Its tricky to purchase advance tickets (impossible from a cell phone); on-site glitches.

Great local music venue, came for the Friday night 5 to 8 happy hour and it was a blast!! Twocan Blues is a great band to kick off your weekend.

This venue is great. It has fantastic sound & they bring in world class musical acts. You get nice ambiance with candle lit tables in a non smoking environment that is cozy & inviting. They have wine, craft beer & full liquor along with a full menu. I suggest bringing $10 cash for the valet since parking is scarce on busy nights; its available but, youre gonna walk a bit so, give yourself extra time for that. There is a lovely outdoor area if you like to smoke cigars or cigarettes with waitress service available. This is a very nice place.

What a fantastic evening whenever I listen to a band. The acoustics is impressive. The ambiance is sexy and upbeat. It is one of the gems in East Boca that you must visit again and again. I am unable to discuss the food or drink, since I have only gone twice. I will update again soon.

Great live music venue. Bartenders were quick with a drink and the other patrons were friendly. I heard the tail end of a great band on the night I visited but I cant remember their name. They finished earlier than I expected. Will definitely visit again when Im in town.

Best live music venue in south Florida. Sound quality and sight lines are excellent even when the dance floor is full. The well-chosen menu is reasonably priced and deliciously cooked. Drinks are legit, beer selection excellent at fair prices. Staff is usually really good and attentive. And if the boss is in the house and you say hello youre likely to get a genuine hug and a kiss on the forehead. The only drawback is that parking in this Boca strip center can be challenging.

The Funky Biscuit is a very cool music venue. They have live blues performers and good food and drinks. We spent 3 hours there last weekend and plan to be back for more.

Best music venue in the country, a true National Treasure

Experience was sooooo good with the bartender and the awesome mental health event was so awesome!!! BUT what ruined the experience was the sound guy working on 6/30/19 was EXTREMELY RUDE and inappropriately grabbed me. His behavior should be addressed because that’s completely unacceptable from a place of this caliber. It’s shame they’d hire someone like that and not hold him accountable for his attitude. Considering the event being mental health, you’d like they’d want someone with the opposite kind of personality working in that establishment.

Great venue! Good acoustics and view of the stage. Call first to confirm 18+ or 21+ which depends on the show! Also, I was a bit thrown off by the pricing. Even if you buy a ticket, you must buy a min of $15 tab to even get a seat at a table (per seat, not per table). Then an hour into the show they let everyone in for free. That was the oddest part in my opinion. Will return! Don’t get me wrong!

Horrible experience I went there at 5 hoping to ask if I would be able to get a seat at the bar when the show started the guy said sent you here so early come back by 7:30 and I could probably help you out and get you a seat so I went to go eat dinner over at the German restaurant sat next to two women who said the guy told them the same thing I sent you here so early come back and Ill get you a receipt I went back before the two women and there was no seat I had to pay $20 I asked if I could sit at the bar and at least order a wine in one of those reserved seats until the people came and the guy at the front door said yes thats fine so I sat there for a little bit a lady with long blond hair came over to me yelling at me with a couple saying get out of that seat that says reserved the couple was embarrassed and so was I I was willing to get up and they said no dont worry about it I said Ill just order my wine and Ill get up the manager or the lady with the long blonde hair again started yelling at me so rudely I was shocked then the two women that I ate dinner near who did not have seeds came in after me and spoke to the manager with the bald head and he was whispering to them and I asked the girls after they walked away from him what did he say and they said that there were no seats 5 minutes past they went back over to him he gave them very nice seats now Im annoyed why did I not get a seat and they got a seat is it all who you know and if you dont know them youve been treated so rudely its ridiculous...also when I first came at 5 I had asked the guy if I dont get a seat where will I be standing because I cant see well from far away and he pointed all along side the bar and the back area then after I came back and pay $20 he said no you can only stand way in the back behind those two columns he lied and changed his story...then I was standing behind the column where I was supposed to be and there was a high top table that went around the column and all I did was place one glass of wine on there and the guy who told me he would remember my face and get me a seat came running over to me and told me I cant use the table to get off of it and that the people complained that were sitting there I asked the people they said they never complained thats ridiculous another rude approach...when the two girls that came in after me got the very nice seats I went to the bald manager.. and confronted him on why did they get seats and I did not he got very aggressive said that they were here early I tried to get a word in edgewise telling him I was there earlier as well but he just kept going over what I was saying and telling me they were here earlier I think its all who you know in this place theres only about 300 good reviews and thats probably what the house holds.. but please read all the other reviews its very similar to mine saying that they are so rude to you its crazy...it was so upsetting that I couldnt even enjoy the show not worth going I highly do not recommend the place theres plenty of other places to go in Boca and surrounding areas

This place is a joke. They take your money and give you less. Fish dip sucks and the bouncer is crazy. They took my credit card and charged it illegally ... I called and they would not fix it. This place has some good stuff but overall is a scam. You should not have to pay for seats to shows. They stick you outside right out the door to make money while the show is going on. Staff is nice but serious money machine me and my girlfriend suffered. Food is forgetful. The bouncer is nuts. They are in it to get your money period.

Friday at 5 pm they have happy hour with music. It was great and free entrance till 7:45 pm. Had a wonderful time. Then at 9 pm you can see other bands at a cost and reserve a seat.

Great live music venue with acts only aficionados know about. Blues after Blues, and only maybe 300 people? Not cheap, but where can you see Muddy Waters kid? go!!!

Always good music and food

Great blues club. Lots of national blues acts come through. And a variety of other genres of music also. Al, the owner, is fantastic. Occasionly he even sits in with the bands. He plays a mean Hammond B3 organ.The staff is attentive and efficient. Parking on the weekends can be a challenge.

Everybody so mellow and helpful. The music is so soulful always. I thought Janice Joplin had come back. Crazy. Nice cozy venue stand outside and BLAZE UP while the people dance and drink on drinks and feel on the music. I go here all the time.

Its great that they bring in wonderful musicians here. Jason Ricci and the Bad Kind were amazing. He just keeps getting better and better every time I see him. Unfortunately, they over-cooked our mahi. I didnt send it back but I did ask the server to let the cook know. The beer selection leaves much to be desired.

While a bit hard to find, once inside, you will experience a small venue with good acoustics and a lively crowd. The food was adequate, and the music featuring Spider Cherry was fun and rocking. Loved the pictures hanging on the wall everywhere. Well be back.

We went there for Bobby Caldwell, I have to say that the management is second to none. Handled an issue we had with bad tickets. First class venue, great atmosphere. Excellent service. Very fair prices. Highly recommend!

Bamboo room minus the snottiness. Long live the new king of upscale venues for touring and local bands in the tri county megalopolis. Plus they make a decent gumbo and a fairly stiff drink (provided you flirt with the barkeep).

Came to see sauce boss on 11/4/19The band that opened for him opened an hour late. I only got to see bill perform one song before I had to leave due to the late hour.

Good venue for touring acts. Drink prices are average for the area. For shows, seating at high top tables and the small VIP bar is extra otherwise standing room only.Food is available but didnt try.

Subdudes.... I have no complaint about the venue. Its comfortable to see the acts. I suggest buying a seat. Standing room only is a pain. No where to stand without bumping into the wait staff.Its the sound system that definitely needs an update. You couldnt hear the the opening act. The sound was so muffled.Subdudes:The lead singer mic was so riddled with echo it was painful to listen to.No speakers in the back of the room?In this day and age of technology you need a redo.The sound should be excellent and crystal clear.Hope you fix it.

Always good music with a very relaxed atmosphere inside and out. Free parking and they serve food. Highly recommend place to visit whether you live here or not.

Great spot for great music.

I have seen a couple of concerts at this venue, and both have been great. Stage is visible from every spot in the house, crowd is lively and ticket prices are reasonable. That being said, last night at the Samantha Fish concert, one of my friends got french onion soup with a piece of glass in it (also took over 45 minutes to get). The manager apologized and comped our (modest) bill, but that is still terrible. My advice is - come for the shows, stick to liquid refreshments.
