Its beautiful in the VIP section upstairs. Seats dont decline, but youre probably going to get more of a personal view feeling since its less empty. Customer service was satisfactory for a movie theater. Wish they had temporary blankets on hand for viewers in the upper deck.

We love this cinema is the best I’ve ver been. So spacious! Super comfy chairs , you can raise your legs and you have your own little tray! Awsome! I would never go to another one unless it’s better then this. But luckily this is 3 min away from home!

Considering they just opened back up due to corona virus they have very friendly service and a super clean establishment.i just wish they would have it stated somewhere that they are not accepting cash right now.

Great renovations! We havent been here in a few years.We took the brands kids in and we were all so impressed by everything. Its definitely not the theater it used to be, renovations are wonderfully done. The seats are large and comfortable and make you feel like VIP. The rows are very spacious.I love the fact that they recline. Everybody had a good time. We will definitely be back here.

Really good cinema even though at the time they never had an imax. There was also a discount on Tuesdays for movies. Sometimes it is very expensive for a movie and snacks.

The restaurant and pool tables are located upstairs, with many places to sit and dine with friends. You can either eat at the restaurant before your movie or order your food and take it with you into the theater. Ive never sat in the restaurant but it seems like a great place to hang out before or after your movie.You also have the option of ordering food and snacks like popcorn and candy at the concession stand.It’s a pretty large theater which is one of the reasons why I enjoy my time so much and it’s well kept, clean and makes you feel good while doing something you love.

I brought 50 of my favorite students to see Frozen II as a study in modern film and storytelling. They gave us our own theater, special consideration at the concession stand and our own start time. Plus, the discounted Tuesday price made it SO MUCH cheaper than a regular ticket price. I recommended this site for field trips and group activities.

I love the films and features they get. Super clean and well kept. Great theaters and overall an amazing place to hang out and maybe spend the better part of a day seeing a movie or two.i am very happy to go alone and always feel very comfortable!

This place has great food at great prices. I come here as often as I can when watching a movie. Never had any problems with quality or service. Linda is magnificent (they need more like her) behind the bar. Makes us feel welcome every time. I strongly recommend stopping by next time your watching a movie for an amazing experience!!

It may be a little more pricey than normal, but we come here for the balcony love seats. They are very comfortable and no one is kicking your back!The food is good and not overpriced. Tonight the valet did leave return with my friends car keys but no car stating that the battery was dead. No fault of the theater but at least they could have given her a jump.

Premier is still decent place to watch a movie. Food is nothing special. I eat before we go. Beaugarts was a great bistro in there and they let it go for the $$$$. Sad because the food was good and atmosphere was great but... now its nothing special with sub par food. My 4 stars is for the theatre not the food

Customer oriented and well trained.As usual concessions item pricing is high, but that is almost every single theater in USA.Not every theater within yard the latest seating or screen experience IMHO. But they were fine.Theater industry has been losing ground to pay per view and online trends so understandably theaters dont invest as much as they used to.

My daughters and a fiancee of my oldest daughter took me there to see the new STAR WARS Movie. I was totally amazed and awed when I walked in to this theater. I never expected a theatre of this caliber. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The young man not only showed us the theater to go in but also took us to our seats. It was clean and luxurious. Would love to go back again. Which they had one up here in Citrus County where I live.

Great movie experience! Seats were comfortable and the sound effects were awesome. We saw Star Wars and you felt you were part of the movie! Would definitely go there again!

Great theater.Definitely a bit more expensive than others in Fort Lauderdale area for a regular 2D viewing.However, if you are looking for nice recliners and clean theaters, these are fantastic. The snack area lacked some common sense when I was trying to use my movie club rewards and had to get a manager involved. Seems a bit silly for a program they put on.Overall, great theater.**I have yet to do the balcony seating /dining. Will update when I do.**

Ive walked by this theatre on numerous occasions and always judged it by the outside. It didnt look very big, and quite honestly, I assumed it was just a small movie theatre that played low budget indie film festivals or some place where people did inappropriate things in the back row.

This is our go-to theater for the usual reasons. I think you should pay attention to the fact that everybody brings jackets and sweaters with them. Why do you keep the air conditioning a bit low for South Florida customers? I also think it would be an improvement advertise when the movie begins and then actually begin the movie then. Currently if you arrive at the designated time you get 5 to 10 minutes of leftover advertising, then previews, then the movie. Usually about 25 minutes after your advertised time

Came for a light meal and movie. Relaxed atmosphere upstairs. Attentive staff. Food was good. Caesar salad was good. Fish tacos small but tasty. Good primer for my large buttered popcorn!

The renovations are fab! The reclining leather chairs are super comfortable but a little on the squeaky side. Employees have been very nice thus far. They offer student discounts during the week which is pretty cool. They also have cheaper movies on Tuesdays. Food is pricey but thats to be expected at movie theaters. The food used to be much better before the renovations. Lately, the chicken wings have been burnt and the mini cheeseburgers were awful. The bread was super hard and felt like you would break teeth biting into it. The popcorn is delicious, especially with the nacho cheese topping. They have a great bar thats decently priced. The most annoying thing is their assigned seating system. They will not let you book seats unless its directly next to someone because they dont want a single seat open, understandable, but annoying nonetheless. Who wants to sit next to a complete stranger especially at times when the theater is empty?

You could live here basically. Between the game room and cheap membership prices which give you free tickets and discounted food, it’s the best movie theater. Plus, it has really comfy seats. And alcohol!

Excellent multiplex theater with very comfy seats! The screens are big, the sound quality is great, and the crowds are manageable. Each time that I have been here the concession stand is fully-staffed and lines move swiftly. They have more than the typical movie fare to choose from and each seat has its own tray table. Prices are high but not out of line with most of the local theaters.

Me and my wife went there for a date, we watch the movie Frozen 2 it really cute.My wife was really happy.Definitely recommend.Also the Fried cheesecake was delicious

Linda in the upstairs is the best!!! Update 11/18/18: Linda is still the best! We had another wonderful evening upstairs in the bistro before our movie. The vanilla bean creme brulee is fabulous. Excellent service and the food presentation 5 stars.

It provides ample parking for a quick in and out for a timed movie screening. I come here often and my experience is always top of the line! Nice comfortable seating and a pleasure to watch on the big screen.

I got almost every week and I’ve never had a problem. I’m a member and it’s worth every penny. The best part is the snack bar ️

Went upstairs to the Cinemark Movie Bistro which is their upscale theater and restaurant and bar.Nice atmosphere in the restaurant.The lounge chairs are very comfortable.

Linda in the bar upstairs is the best this theater has to offer! The food is pretty good and the new remodel is nice. The management seems to be improving, a little bit each week. Dont forget Everybody loves Linda, big smile and great customer service!

Loved spending time with my sister and daughters. We enjoyed the Premier experience. Wine, candy and movie fun.

You can order your ticket online and select your seat and arrive whenever you like. The seats are very comfortable and recline. You can order a pizza or hotdog along with candies and popcorn or go the restaurant upstairs and either eat there or bring food with you to the theater where you have a small table in front of you.

Warning, if you sit in their incredible premier seats you will never want to sit in a normal theater seat again! Great food and drinks both of which can be brought into the movie with you.Updated 5-23-18:The Premier upstairs is now open again! Its beautiful, a ton more seats and bar space.

Enjoyed an awesome Family Fun Movie night and ended with dinner upstairs in the Bistro. Our server, Shy, provided 5 STAR SERVICE! Gave great attention to dining needs, provided menu recommendations and made our evening an amazing time! Will absolutely be back! Job Well Done!

We attended a Sunday matinee. The other was about 80% full. It was clean and comfortable. Prices were right in line with the marketplace. I would not hesitate to return to this theater.

Definitely worth the extra money... no kids yapping around you and a comfy love seat to share with your loved one... very nice experience...

Cinemark Palace 20 is one of the best movie complexes around. The upstairs stadium seating is the best. The parking is always available because of the valet service. The food in the restaurant is great and reasonably priced. It is worth the drive to attend this theater because they never disappoint. The place is clean and the staff is always friendly and seem happy to work at the theater.

By far the best theater in the Boca area. Great and comfortable reclining leather seating, nice audio and image as well. Very clean and recently renovated.Staff could be more friendly, although interactions with them are not particularly bad or good. I typically just get tickets online now because you have to reserve your seats before you go.Popcorn is the greatest here.Its a quite drive for my family, but we prefer coming here than going to other theaters. It is much more comfortable experience.

Overall a very fun theater experience. Yes they do have reclining seats, although this is not new nor unique throughout the country. They do have waitstaff in some of the theaters, however they were not very attentive, and I had to get up multiple times to get my own drinks. I felt like the volume in the theater was far too loud.

Its date night for me and my baby, so that calls for dinner and a movie! We were extremely hungry so we decided to check out the bistro on the third floor. The service was pretty good, food and drinks reasonably priced and delicious. Nice cozy atmosphere, dimly lit, a little romantic and spacious. Looking forward to seeing my movie in

Its not a bad theater the employees seem like they dont want to work there at the ticket desk I was new to the theater didnt know where to go to get my valet stamped they were no help I figured it out on my own the sound system for the XD is outstanding but when I watched the Planet of the Apes movie the quality of the projector wasnt that great it looked like standard definition and I thought it was a 4K projector so Im a little confused on that but other than that the XD seating is very nice and comfortable give it a try see if you like it maybe I went on an off-day

My friend and I have been coming to this movie theater so many times and we love that its very clean and nice. HOWEVER, the last time (April 23, 2018 around 5.25pm) we were here at the concessions trying to purchase a popcorn and a coke, the employee (we didnt get her name but she was wearing a necklace that says destiny) was being very rude to us. First, she was eating a snack while looking at us like were interrupting her (she was at a cashier and I dont mind her eating while working BUT she didnt look welcoming AT ALL), and we had to say hi and looked at her for a while until she said hi back after she finished eating. After the purchase and asked for the receipt (I was asking for it because I just wanted to see her name), but she said they didnt give out receipts so I said ok, thank you. After that I looked back and saw her talking to her co-workers and they all were looking at us weirdly, and THATS JUST RUDE!That type of attitude is unacceptable. Id have given this place 5 stars if the employees were trained better.

If you havent checked out the upstairs area, youre missing out. Great food and a free gameroom area. Listen.. Linda works up there too and shes the best!

My choice for movies!!!! Great central Boca Raton location. Easy in and out, plenty of parking. Multiple screens, recently updated to stadium seating all with recliners and tray tables. Also for extra experience XD and 3D. The restaurant upstairs and balcony seating upscale and exclusive. Game room and also have supervised playrooms(child care) if you want to have the little ones looked after for during your movie.

Awesome movie theater in Boca Raton. When picking movies now I like to select the best theaters available. This one was incredible! We had the whole row to ourselves for a showing of Jumanji 2. And they have these incredible lounge chairs in the theater that allow you to sit up or lay down and watch the movie. Without a doubt this was one of the coolest movie experiences Ive had so far.

It is older, but has tons of character. Always look forward to visiting, especially the bistro upstairs, which has a great setup for passing time.

This is a really nice theater. It has a full bar and a restaurant on premises. You can enjoy food and drink while watching a movie. Its family friendly.

Wonderful movie theater! I highly recommend driving the extra few miles to come here! The movie theater is huge and they have recliner seats. I recommend buying tickets online ahead of time. They also have various snacks and alcohol. By far one of the better theaters in the area and that I have been to.

Badass movie theater. I don’t live in the area but when I come visit and want to see a movie, this is the best spot for that. The place is so big. One of the biggest theaters I have ever been too. They have a huge variety of food as well. Wish my hometown had a movie theater this sweet.

They updated this movie theater. The seating is lovely. You dont feel cramped. You can recline and have your own little space to hold your food. The upstairs is all redone too! You can get a nice meal and play some pool for free. Nice date spot.

Great theater. Always busy but not to the point of chaos. Being able to buy tickets online is a huge plus, as is being able to select your seat. It has always been clean when weve gone and the snack bar is pretty standard.If you dont want to valet (really, Boca?), the parking is huge and theres plenty of space - might just have to (*gasp*) walk for a minute. (Jokes aside, the valet is great for older folks.)

I was soooo excited to go and check out the renovations since I hadnt been here in so long and heard they redid all the seats with recliners. So last night came and I couldnt wait. Once I got there I went to sit down and I couldnt believe it. The seats did not recline at all except for the feet part. Basically you sit upright in a super uncomfortable position with no lumber support , very heavy headrest and does not recline at all. I woke up today with a bad neck and back from the horrible position and the whole movie I was aggravated. I had imaged being so relaxed and it was the complete opposite. As soon as the previews started I was already annoyed and wanted to leave. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING!! I WOULD NEVER GO BACK. I am not sure what in the world the person who bought these chairs were thinking. Its NUTS!! I even rather go to my local movie theater that the seats are all the same level but at least are comfortable!! I almost asked for my money back but I couldnt because I was there with friends. The only thing positive was movie was great and the theater was clean.

This place is the best for when you want to watch a movie. *Movies tickets are v discounted on Tuesdays. Pretty positive theyre 5 bucks* Its very well kept. The bathrooms are surprisingly clean. The chairs are very comfortable. The screens are nice and so is the sound. The concessions are overpriced but what movie theatre isnt. But they also dont check your bags if ya feel me. But yea if were gonna see a movie then palace is the one we always go to because you can always rely on how clean and comfortable everything is just making it overall nice.

Ive been going to this theater for 15 years and never had a problem until now. Last night, as i was walking out of the theater, i saw two big raccoons roaming around on Cinemarks grounds and climbing on to the trash cans. I ran the opposite direction so quickly. I was seriously disturbed

Clean theater and good experience, Tuesday discounted tickets are a great value. Washrooms were above average clean. Did not buy from concessions so neutral there.

Bistro food was good, had the pizza and salad. Service was fast and they are really trying to make a difference. We stop going a while back but now we will come more often. Keep up the effort it will pay off.

The seats recline theaters are small so that they dont get over crowded and you have lots of leg room

I haven’t been here to watch a movie in a few years. The movie theater is clean and I’m always amazed at how big the entrance is. Their food is just alright and prices are little bit higher than other locations nearby. The reclaiming chairs have been added since the last time I visit but they’re really noisy! But overall good experience.

Awesome place to catch a movie. Employees are friendly, snacks are good, comfy recliner seats. VIP area is great! made to feel like a personal cinema with larger recliner seats (feels like a sofa) and you can add some toppings to the popcorn.

I always loved this theater because I thought it was nice and clean, and the staff is friendly. But tonight i went to see bad boys 3, and found out they have roaches. As i looked behind the counter at the concession stand, i noticed that the floor is really dirty. Dont know if im gonna be going back. Hopefully they find a better cleaning crew...

I go here quite often for a movie night out. The staff is always friendly, courteous, and helpful. Several new cinemas have been opened recently and are very nice and relaxing. The reclining chairs are very comfortable and really clean. All of the screens and sound systems are in excellent condition. It is always a wonderful time to go there and see the latest shows. There are a lot of other cinemas in the area but none of them surpass The Palaces overall Silver Screen experience.

Decent but the theatre we needed to go to wasnt marked and we had to ask how to get there. The theater 10 is the xd one and its a bit confusing where to go. Several people were looking for it with us and eventually we went to the front counter to ask. The ticket taker was more interested in the conversation she was having than directing us to our theater.The chairs while comfortable are very loud when they are reclining so if you have a fidgety person near you it will get annoying real fast
