Easily one of the prettiest parks this side of Minnesota. The paths are great for walks and jogging. Its really big and has a lot of room for the dogs to explore. The views are phenomenal and its very clean and well maintained. One of my favorite places to go to get some exercise and take the dogs out for some adventure. My husky loves the trails.

Good course. Lost two disc. Got lost trying to find hole 4 and almost 9. Arrows to the next tee pad would be good otherwise a nice course. They have three tee boxes.

The trails are nice but not maintained around the hill, there is maintained trail around Lochness Lake, they have a decent frisky golf course and a picnic area that has a roof. I was disappointed by how much trash there was around the trails. But if youre looking for somewhere to watch the sunset, on top of the hill is a great spot.

The view is beautiful, i would definitely recommend this place for everyday walks, theres a hill you can walk up with a little bench you can sit on at the top of the hill that gives off an amazing view! Probably one of the nicest parks Ive been to.

Disc golf - first hole is more than 900 feet. What? Its probably the worst course Ive played in the twin cities. No launch pads, easy to lose discs, flooded, 9 holes. Avoid if you are able to.

Aka “Garbage Hill Park” by the longtime residents. No sledding allowed now. But this park does offer nice paved walking paths for walking your dog. Dogs are supposed to be leashed and picking up after your dog is performed here! Covered picnic tables, disc golf course, fishing pier, geocaching, parking lot are all here.

Perfect mix of sun and shade. Walking paths are just the right length and if you want a bit more for your workout there is a nicely sloped hill to climb. Also love having picnics here.

Very nice and quiet park. Coming from Lexington I saw a sign that said no sledding which confused me as it was a very wooden area but once I got in the park I saw large hills so then it made sense. It had trails to walk around in. It’s a very nice nature filled and quiet park for being right next to a business and off Lexington.

3, 7 and 8 are extra sloppy in the spring. Great 9 hole disc golf course. Well marked with three different tees at each hole. If youre lucky youll find some sheds! Unlucky lose your discs on the 5th and 6th holes. Also a nice calm place to walk or run. Two hard trail loops and one soft trail loop. Very dog friendly.

This is a really good park to walk or run. I wouldn’t really recommend it for serious biking though. My only negative is that as the weather is getting nice some parts of the trail have a lot of mosquitoes due to the stagnant water.

Very private and serene park nesstled along-side a lake with walking paths, hiking hill and frisbee golf. The 9 hole course offers a very challenging round from the blue tees as well as two other tee pads for intermediate and beginners. Great course to practice long drives as well as finesse shots. The entire park is very well maintained, coupled with 2 port-o-pottys throughout.

I went here hoping to see the Lochness Monster. I was sorely disappointed and beginning to wonder if the name of this park was justified. Just before dark, as the mosquitoes were gathering in angry masses, I saw a ripple on the horizon. Could it be? It could and it was! NESSIE!!! I filmed her gracefully swim towards me with utter astonishment that I could be so lucky as to encounter this wondrous creature on my first visit to the park. If my camera hadnt been knocked into the water by a giant tail I would be rich. Needless to say I have bittersweet memories of my visit to this park.

I love this park. Its about a 2 minute drive from my office, so Ill take breaks and walk here almost every week day.It consists of 3 smallish loops (.9 miles, .77 miles, and .55 miles) that you can mix and match depending on how far you want to go. They have a map posted with the distances. The prettiest is the .9 mile loop around a small lake. Its very popular with dog owners. Although its seems about 90% ignore the leash rule (which, I admit, works out happily for me because I get to pet a few dogs along the way - which I love). But I have yet to see a dog poop, so at least people do obey the clean up rule.

This park is enjoyable for both disc golfers and those wanting a nice walk. The disc golf holes goes around the outside loop of the park and there are 2 additional loops for people to walk on. One bonus loop goes around the lake, with several entry points for dogs to go swimming. The second bonus loop goes up a hill and is surrounded by prairie. Regardless of where you choose to walk there are numerous benches. In the winter the paths are pretty well cleared. At the main entrance there is a pavillion and several trash cans.Dogs under verbal control or on leash are welcome. Many people enjoy taking their dogs here and for the most part try and be respectful of other people and dogs walking.
