Decent lanes. Hard to find service. Had to get moved to a different lane which messed up the bowling experience. Grills werent working. Could have better prices for bulk bowling. Pro shop staff and product were amazing

I went to the birthday party of my childs friend. The lights are not good for taking pictures, so the pictures are a little dark. But it was very good for the children to play. The arcade in the back is interesting, and the chair adjustable is convenient.

Really good pizza and drinks and the bowling is insanely fun the only problem i had was at 4pm on Saturday there was only 1 guy making food and running the bar so you had to wait a bit overall 5/5 will be back

Pretty clean and well kept. They had black lights for a glow effect and my family and I enjoyed our time there. Also they had a special that day, where all children got a number of free plays at their arcade and the kids loved that!

Nice bowling alley. They had the black lights and glowing balls when we went to bowl. They charged per person per game instead of one price for the lane. We went on a Saturday and it wasnt too crowded, so distancing was easy.

Great experience. Employees were great. Not happy to see the mask restriction not taken seriously. Some Employees didnt have mask, others had them pulled down

I love bowling. I went to this bowling alley with some friends. The staff was super friendly. The place is very modern compared to other bowling alleys I have visited. They had 3 dollar alcohol drinks!! Games and shoes were very affordable!! Nice experience!!

Hosted a party here and it was very nice! Staff was very helpful and on time with setup. Even the decor was very cute and not cheesy. When we needed additional assistance the staff was very prompt in doing so. Could definitely see myself visiting again.

Last time I was here it was owned by Brunswick, 10 years ago. Not much has changed. A whole family was in the lane so I basically could not bowl for fear of thunkin a kid in their coconut! Staff said something to them but soon as they moved away, the group was back in the lane.

Cosmic bowling and laughing at the young drunk people was fun.

We had a great time. Free refills on soft drinks will usually do that!

Very good place

I can only give so much of a review as I really only go on Fridays, after 8pm, when they offer the unlimited bowling for like $13-14. But they bring in a dj around 10:00 and its a pretty good time. There is a full bar and pool tables. Also a small game room. Service has always been excellent. I have no complaints.

I cant believe how high it is to bowl. One game for 2 ppl, $25. Thats ridiculous, but the service was great & the place was very clean. Friendly atmosphere.

Prices way too high. Was told if we bowl three games we get one free. I had my step-son and we both bowled 4 games and I was only given one free game instead of getting one free game each for both of us bowling at least 3 games. My wife bought two small drinks and a bottle of water and it was almost $12. We will not go back.

The worst service I have experienced at a bowling alley. I went to this establishment on a Friday night and was told by the check in staff that it would only be a couple minutes of a wait time until they started calling people on the wait list. I asked the check in staff multiple times during my wait time when the names would be called and received the same “in a few minutes” response. After sitting in front of over 20 open lanes during the wait and not being called, my group and I walked out. I will never attend this bowling alley again due to its unprofessional customer service and lack of attention. It was a complete waste of a Friday evening.

Atmosphere and bowling experience was fine, but when we were ready to close our ticket, we were overcharged for shoe rentals (after waiting for a long time and watching many people skip the line). We told the guy working the desk about the extra fee, and he pushes the ticket along with two free game passes (for a next time visit) at us without offering to take the fee off of our ticket. We asked if he took it off and he says, “That’s what the game passes are for. We don’t have time.” I understand the stress of rush hour, but that was just bad customer service.

Love this bowling alley. Drinks are good, food is decent. Balls be rolling. Pins be falling. What more could you ask for?

We bowl every time we are in area from out of town. Everytime we have been, we havent had any problems. It has been clean, food has been good and employees have been friendly as well.

Staff at Bowlero in 280 was absolutely amazing! We had a big party with 2 lanes and they made sure we were set with everything from the minute we walked in. There was a young energetic lady who constantly checked on us to make sure we had what we needed at our bowling lanes/ tables and Lawrence at the main desk was so nice and patient with us! Great service! Would definitely come back!

So you have to stand in a line to get shoes and then stand in the same line to pay. Not worth the $33 for 2 games and 1 shoe rental. Couldnt find a ball under 8 lbs (and that was after someone else went searching ALL lanes for one). We had an issue with the family with over 5 kids under the age of 10 getting into our lane. Staff finally said something but it really didnt help. The (so called) parents really didnt care that their kids were getting into another lane. Soda is about $5 for a large. Mix drink is about $8 a piece. Staff gave my man some lip about ordering food (hes diabetic and really needed food but its cool...we spent our money elsewhere for dinner) all in all... probably wont be back...not worth the hassle and not worth the price compared to other lanes.

Always a good time! The lanes/equipment are well maintained. They get pretty busy Friday/Saturday nights so be prepared to wait a little.

They had a North Alabama State Special Olympics Tournament and did,a fantastic job.

These guys are the best. yeah they have leagues every single weekday night but they are the best. Cameron and Brian are awesome when it comes to client happiness. They pay attention to detail and remember who you are. They’re the best and deserve the best because of how they treat their clientele. I wish they had more lanes to offer during league week but j guess you get what you can get

We have our Bowling for Junior Achievement here every year. Everyone is always so nice and the facility is always clean.

Told us we needed 6 people to reserve a lane, we gathered up 6, then tell us we still need more and it’s to late, but it’s no issue, the Lanes in Pelham let us do it. We will take our 6 adults there and run up our $200+ dollar food and beer tab and bowl all night

3 star for facility maintenance. 5 star for staff. Super helpful and friendly staff. But the approach part of the lane shouldnt be sticky. It wasnt from a spill of soda, it was from lack of some sort of routine cleaning...but I almost face planted when I went to throw a ball. Most other lanes you can slide a bit before you release the ball. Will go back.

This is a fun bowling alley with a friendly staff. They have a small arcade on one side, lockers and a couple pool tables on the other. They also serve food and drinks.

Food is decent and bar is pretty well stocked. Service is sometimes good, sometimes not there. Wish they had a better way to give out lanes instead of putting everybody directly next to each other when it is slow. Kinda pricey but thats every bowling alley.

Its a neat place, and a lot of fun. Its family friendly. However they dont have enough employees to handle the crowd on Saturday night. So you end up waiting a long time in line and it kind of kills some of the fun. On less busy nights, its probably good.

We came to play some pool not knowing what the rates are. Its charged by minute! 27 Cents each so we ended up paying 8$ for one round of pool...In addition I had to wait 5 min to return the balls.Every bar is cheaper.

First time going I had a great time

Bowling was fun. However, Jeremy was a horrible staff member. He was very rude and lied by saying he couldnt put up the gutter bumpers. Brian was polite and nice enough to correct the situation. Overall, would recommend visiting when Jeremy doesnt work. Very rude.

It is a great place to hang with friends. The food is good and the bar area is nice. You can bowl or play pool. If you have more than 6 people I would recommend getting 2 lanes. It is also close to great places to eat after.

DO NOT buy season passes if you like to bowl more than once a week!! Very nice lanes, but season passes were sold without disclosure that half the lanes would be closed off for leagues, hours before league play even begins. I understand that leagues have reserved times, but not providing a schedule to the public of when they are playing is poor management. I played in a league for years and there was always a schedule for when we played. Me, my wife, and I am sure other people find it a nuisance to say there are no lanes available when half of them are not being used for hours. If the lanes need to need to be kept in good shape for league play, maybe the lanes are not good to begin with. The lanes should be in good shape for all bowlers, whether in a league or not. It is a real shame that people that buy these summer passes or just want to bowl a couple of games are not allowed to. Also, why the bowling alley leases out a pro shop to a pro shop owner, who is hardly ever there is beyond me. I am sure there are people out there who are better suited to have a pro shop there.¹

There was a large party who had rented out the entire alley but we still got to bowl as soon as they left and the lanes were reset. Everything was clean, fun, and the food was tasty!

Booked my daughters birthday party here and they went above and beyond to make it just right. Everyone was super friendly and the kids loved the chicken fingers, fries, pizza, and sundae bar that was included in the package. Well worth the money.

Its a nice place to bowl. Fairly modern. We went on a Saturday night, so expectedly, there was a bit of a wait. My party of 6 bowled two games. When we were done and went to settle the bill, the line was super long. An employee refused on two occasions to utilize the second register to get through the line faster. We were in line for almost half an hour just to pay.

A good bowling alley with alot of room for guests and bowlers. We were there for state competition and loved the snack bar bc they offered free refills on drink purchase.

An excellent bowling facility. It includes a very good pro shop, where Chuck fitted me for a new ball, and drilled it for me in less than an hour - something that takes days or longer at some other bowling alleys.

I recently threw a party celebrating my co-worker’s upcoming wedding. We needed a place for a group of people that were both under age and of drinking age. The staff at Brunswick helped me to plan it and gave me options to accommodate our group of 26 people. This was the easiest party I have ever planned! Upon arrival, the manager came out and introduced herself which was extremely professional and impressive. My group had a WONDERFUL time bowling this past weekend and were talking about how much fun they had. We will definitely be planning more group activities at this location because it was top notch. The bartender working that night was also really nice and took very good care of my wild bunch of employees. Thanks again!
