Came one night when they had a DJ. Such a fun party. Id say equally fun for the adults as for the kids (if youre willing to get in there and jump). Some of the trampolines are a little loose, although its actually pretty fun. I cant get heights that high at any other trampoline park. I do wish it was a teensy bit cleaner. the foam bit is a little gross

Not a terrible little place. The kids had fun, it is extremely hot in the place, wish they would turn the AC on or something.I was itching on 3 or 4 stars just because of a few little nit picky things but a nice little story to compliment one guy in particular. My fiancé and I enjoyed the upstairs section of the facility and they had massage chairs, huge plus. Well we sat down and hers worked and mine didn’t. It charged me twice as well, I spoke to the lady in the front and they asked me about it, I showed this kid the charges and he said I’ll see what I can do, he called the place and they couldn’t do anything until Monday. Well Landon was amazing and extremely helpful, he offered a free massage to pay for us, he gave me the name and number to call on Monday. It was just amazing customer service in an age when it never happens. So thank you Landon.

We wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt, but we simply cant recommend it. You go to a trampoline park for the trampolines, and the trampolines were really bad. They were so worn out that you just couldnt bounce safely or predictably. The toddler area was closed because of disrepair. The dodge ball area was closed because of a leaky roof. The overall cleanliness was just ok. If wed known about the state of repair, we wouldnt have purchased the groupon that brought us here. The one bright side was a very friendly staff. The two young ladies (and there were only two in the entire place to run the counter and monitor jumpers) were very nice. Pay the extra money and go somewhere else. We wont be returning.

This was the most awful jump park Ive been to. It smelled horrible, as of it hasnt been cleaned in months. They dont offer grip socks. The trampolines are ancient and have tape holding them together. There were no employees out supervising and it is not my responsibility to parent other peoples children. Im surprised this place hasnt been sued yet. Do yourself a favor and dont waste your money.

Once you find the place buried in the back room of the (also awesome) $5 movie theater, your child will be thrilled.Great price for hours of exhausting fun. This place offers 2 completely different experiences depending on when you go.We were there on Saturday night. It was Intense fun, extremely loud DJ music, lots of flailing children of all ages. Black lights, glow sticks, the DJ ran contests and gave cash prizes. Basically a nightclub experience for grade school kids. My son loved it.If you dont want all the kids and loud party experience you can go at different times for a very different environment. My son has been in daytime hours many times. There were few (if any) other children and the music was reasonable. He was free to run and play without interference. But it got a bit lonely. Still a great price for the quieter shorter visits. We will be back for both environments.

Bad staffing, smells dirty.I took my daughter here and we were excited, she loved trampoline parks. In one section you can crawl on the wall, but I guess not in another part because when my daughter did an employee came running at her, screaming and blowing his whistle in her face causing her to panic and cry. Who does that? I was standing right next to her helping her down as he did this. We left immediately. If you have younger kids I definitely dont recommend this place. Find another one.

I brought my girls here once for a play day. The entire place smelled like a dirty gym shoe and was HOT. Youre on a time limit to play and there are lots of areas to jump or play dodge ball but the little kid area was very small and had a big drop to a foam pit similar to the big kid area. It really wasnt well thought out, and my 3 year old was bored pretty quickly. The foam squares/and balls are all torn into pieces so expect to be covered in a thousand bits of foam when you leave. Lockers cost money and then dont even have a real lock on them. Anyone can just walk up and open them. The drink machine actually had juice and water choices but was out of order, as was most of the arcade. We purchased drinks from behind the counter (water and Gatorade). One perk was upstairs. You can watch your kids play from the balcony while sitting in a massage chair. The cost is around $5 and you can swipe your card to pay. Just watch out, it will squeeze your calves until they pop. All in all, 3 stars. Probably wont be back.

OPEN PLAY FOR TODDLERS!!LOVE THE PLACE. BUT I HAVE TWO TODDLERS UNDER THREE, AND WE USUALLY COME RIGHT AT 10:00am or A LITTLE AFTER OPENING TO LET THEM JUMP FREELY BEFORE THE BIGGER KIDS GET THERE WHICH IS USUALLY ABOUT 11:30am SO THEY ARE NOT JUST CONFINED TO THE SMALL TODDLER AREA ONE SUGGESTION THAT I THINK A LOT OF PARENTS WITH TODDLERS WOULD AGREE WITH IS MAYBE HAVING A OPEN PLAY FOR TODDLER FROM OPENING FOR ABOUT AN HOUR OR SO. THIS WOULD ALLOW TODDLERS A BETTER RANGE OF PLAY AND AVOID MAJOR ACCIDENTS WITH BIGGER KIDS. UNIVERSALLY NAP TIME IS AROUND NOON ,SO AS THE LITTLE ONES ARE LEAVING THE BIG ONES ARE COMING. NOT SAYING TODDLERS CANT COME AT WHATEVER TIME A PARENTS CHOOSES JUST TO HAVE AN OPTION WOULD BE GREAT.

Good idea but rather rundown. Tape on trampolines, smells of feet upon entry. Feels as if entering a nightclub with the low lights and blazing rap music. It needs to be cleaned and needs to be a requirement to wear steel city socks only. Overall she enjoyed it but wont be back to this one

Reasonably priced, clean facility for kids to have a good time. 30 minutes of jumping is $5. Kids can either go barefoot or with gripper socks. Adult lounge area upstairs. Big screen TV in main jump arena. A fair variety of jump areas for all ages. Staff seemed to keep a good eye on the place. The site looked as if it might get old after 30 minutes to an hour. I was their as a parent, not a jumper so that is based on observation alone. It made for a great pit stop after a long day in the car. The site is located inside a movie theater so you will have to pass by the smell of fresh buttered popcorn to jump...

A SPECIAL TIME FOR TODDLERSI TRULY AGREE WITH THE PREVIOUS REVIEW ABOUT THERE BEING A DESIGNATED TIME FOR TODDLERS TO JUMP FREELY. JUST THIS PAST WEEKEND THE STAFF MEMBER WHO MONITORS THE JUMPERS RUBBED MYSELF AND A LOT OF THE OTHER PARENTS THE WRONG WAY, BECAUSE I COME EARLY AS WELL AND THAT DAY MOST OF THE JUMPERS WERE TODDLERS, AND TWO OR THREE OF THEM WERE PLAYING WITH THE WHITE AND BLUE ROPE AND THE EMPLOYEE BLEW HIS WHISTLE SO STRONGLY THAT HE SCARED THEM WHILE JUMPING TOWARDS THEM. MOST PARENTS OF TODDLERS WILL NEVER LEAVE THEIR KID(S) UNSUPERVISED, SO THE WHISTLE BLOWING WAS A BIT MUCH. AGAIN I TOTALLY AGREE WITH THERE BEING A SPECIAL TIME FOR TODDLERS AS AN OPTION FOR PARENTS.

I took my nephew here (6yrs) & he started out in the toddler city and it helped him move onto the bigger areas, he loved the big foam pit after that.. & dodge ball was also one of his favorites he had a blast & I plan to bring all 3 of my kids this weekend.. Its an awesome place & plenty of tranpolines and I love the safe barriers so they dont get hurt.. Its one of my favorite places to take them & the observation deck is cool.. Oh and its always an extra benefit being in a movie theater building its actually great location in my opinion.. I will deff be a long term customer (:

Great place to jump and the rewards program is excellent. However, the management of this place is awful! Im not sure of the guys name, (younger white male, maybe early 20s) but hes a very cocky, disrespectful jerk!! Bc I asked questions about the pricing for me to jump with a 2 year old (my 10 yr old son, 8yr old nephews, and 10 yr old niece jumped also) I was told they had the Best price in the city and if I didnt like it I could go elsewhere! I was also told YOU PPL always want something for free! Really?! I have supported and spent hundreds of dollars at this place since they opened, and Never once have I ever asked for anything free or a discount! All I said was 8.99 was a bit much for me to pay when I really wasnt jumping, but I wanted to keep a close eye on the 2 yr old! Not to mention I have never paid to go in with the baby, so I thought it was odd and maybe a new thing. I didnt have a problem paying it, I had a problem with the way he was speaking to me!! My kids and I love that place, but we have been exploring other options since this happened back in January, and probably wont be going back any time soon. When I asked for his boss info he stated he was the boss! Oh, so youre the owner too?! He refused to give me a name, number, or email for someone over him! He couldnt possible be the head person in charge or all or the owner speaking to anyone in the derogatory, disrespectful way he done me! Ive heard several ppl say theyve dealt with him and he was nasty with them also! The rest of the staff have always been kind, polite, and helpful, but this guy.....

This is the worst jump park I have EVER been to!!!! The attendants were all over in that corner showing off their trick shots on the basketball trampolines for some girls. No-one was watching the dodge ball court. My daughter jumped into the foam pit and freaked out because she said it smelled like someone took a dump in it!!!!! And they were playing the most inappropriate music for kids!!!! Salt and Pepa radio is not kid friendly! Da Dip by freak nasty and work it by Missy Elliot are not OK.... When I spoke to the manager Jordan he said this is what we play and when I told him its not OK he said and I qoute better you told me than put it on the internet!!! and then do nothing about it!!! ummm what no thanks Ill put it on the internet so others know about your rudeness! I was also told by the movie theater manager that she would have the owner call me which hasnt happened..... So if I were you either save your money or go across the parking lot to Off the wall family fun center!!!! I wish I would of know about that place before I gave my money to Steel City Jump!!!! Which will NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN!!!!
