Nice, clean family friendly place to bring your kids for fun and games. It’s not bigger than the more expensive amusement centers but you can’t beat the price. Features inflatable jumping houses and slides, ball pin maze, token for tickets dispensing games, clean restrooms, 2 party rooms, isolated toddler zone, concession stand/ ticket redemption center and massage chairs with flat screen TVs. $7 admission & they accept group discounts from Groupon. Contact them for birthday party room rental rates. They have indoor security cameras and is located next door to a Birmingham Police Department satellite station.

My son loves it here and so do I its so many different things to enjoy. I love how the parents can relax as the kids play the customer service is excellent. There great for parties and they also interact with your kids. The food was great and great ,the employees keeps a smile and thats wonderful it makes everyone feel welcome. Do not spend your money here!!!!!! I attended my nieces bday party and it was by far the worst experience I have had with any business. The owner was 30 minutes late opening the place, the place smelled like a sewer, one of the staff tried to fight another customer, looks and smells like they never clean the place. Im just glad I didnt spend any of my money here.

Great place for young kids. Price is reasonable. Id say 1.5 to 2 hours and the kids are exhausted. I think they say up to age 13, but honestly its more for toddlers to maybe 8/9 year olds in my opinion. They have ball pit, bouncey houses, slides, and mazes. I couldnt see a 4th or 5th grader being really into it. They grow up so fast these days. Most kids there were about my childs age....4 to 5. There was one lone bigger kid but he had a little brother to play with.

My 2years old son enjoyed himself, I would take him on our play dates just to see him smiling. However place had a smell I really didnt like. I have a suggestion though I would volunteer my time twice a month to sanitize the items the kids are playing with hope you consider my offer. I dont need anything in return . Not even a discount because I think the price is very reasonable.

The place, although reasonably priced, was disgusting. Food on the floors, ants, dirty equipment. The employees didn’t seem to care and we hardly saw them the whole time we were there. They didn’t confirm amount of children or adults that were playing. They just let people choose what they pay pretty much. I truly think the kids controlled the place. My kids had fun, but I don’t think we’ll be going back.

Great for kids 7 an under

Pretty inexpensive, great idea but the place was filthy.. ants in the toddler area crawling from the walls, cords & open outlets everywhere. No one in sight, I paid and then they disappeared. Not sure if I’ll be coming back.

It is a good place for the kids to play. But several times i have been there and seen people there with cakes in their cafe area, not using the party rooms for birthday parties. When I called and asked about it, I was told it was not allowed. How is it allowed for some people and not others. When you are bringing like 4 kids, it shouldnt require a party room for them to have a little cake.

Not the cleanest or newest, but my 3 year old loves going here and its just $3 got 3 year olds. Great for too hot &/or too wet to play outdoors, but gosh lets get out of the house, days.

Had my daughters party here and it was nothing short of AMAZING. pizza was cooked just right and the kids enjoyed themselves. if i could give it 10 stars i certainly would! i recommend this facility to everyone especIally those with smaller children️

A great business run but two excellent owners!

It was dirty. Stunk really bad. The staff very unprofessional and very young. We were so disappointed. Couldnt sit in massages chairs and get a massage while me kids played bc parents were sitting in them the WHOLE 2 hours we were there. I will never go back

Off The Wall was so much fun! I had my sons 2nd Birthday here and he had so much fun! I enjoyed our host who was absolutely fabulous and so kind! We will be back soon just to play! I love this place! Its perfect for all ages!

Clean but busy. Waited 15 minutes for nachos and cheese sauce. Then black women and manger argued over wether chili was supposed to be on fries. I thought my safety and kids was threatened. I will not be going back to Irondale location.

Off the wall is small in comparison to other indoor places like sky zone , it’s low cost to enter around seven dollars. Has a couple of inflatables, maze, and a small arcade center maybe 10. Definitely a place for kids to burn off some energy for a couple of hours. Refreshment counter rangers from fries 1.70 to pizza at around 12.00. Not to shabby.

Kids throwing balls everywhere. My kids got hit in the face. Workers had no control. Trash all on the floor. There was a summer camp there but it was mass choas. A camp worker and a staff member almost got in a physical altercation. We had to leave.

Overall good experience, staff was welcoming & friendly. Be aware this is not a new or state of the art facility. It definitely got the job done for me with stopping on a road trip & letting kids get energy out. Its older, but everything we came into contact with (including restrooms) were clean, and thats truly what matters. There were a few parents not controlling their children as well, but it did not get out of hand. It was definitely a very decent experience for entertaining 5 kids for a couple of hours for around 30 bucks.

Love this place. Easy to get in and out of. Definitely more affordable than other places. Big enough for the kids to have Big Fun. Small enough for you to keep an eye on your Smaller Loved Ones.

Customer service is horrible. The young lady at the front desk today Saturday April 20 2019, was very unprofessional as she always is. She stood there talking to another person holding a long conversation as if my family wasnt there waiting to pay to enter at the counter. So I interrupted her and asked was entrance free or was she going to attend to us. Her and her visitor both had smart words and argued with me. I think her visitor works there too, a heavy set black woman in tights. I will never return here and tell everyone I know not to

Love taking kids here. 2 hours here and I get 2 hours of them napping. I watch sports while my kids wear themselves out.

Very disappointing! The workers used the place like their personal daycare. Normally, that would not be a problem; its an indoor playground, right? But, their kids were so out of control we had to leave because my children couldnt play on the equipment without being run over. It created a safety issue and the workers didnt seem to care, or they werent watching their children. We wont be back.

I rarely give such negative reviews but in this case, I was extremely disappointed. The pictures are quite deceiving. It appeared to me that all of the inflatables and tubes and ballpits were heavily used second-hand items. Even my four-year-old son commented on a couple of places that need to be fixed. And there was a funky smell to all of the equipment as well. The $6 entry fee was about $5 too much in my opinion. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone under any circumstance.

We went into Off the Wall today and I was totally blown away by how awesome their staff Jerrica was. I may have misspelled her name, I asked her to write it down for me and somehow I lost the paper. She was not only holding down the fort like a champ, she was amazing at multitasking. We felt bad ordering food since she was the only staff at the time, but she jumped on the chance for us to order something. Honestly I think we ended up spending more money and ordering more just because of how great she was.We have visited a few times but today stands out because of our exceptional experience with Jerrica. For those wanting to visit, I do recommend the weekdays if you can swing it. They are typically less busy on weekdays so it can make for calmer play, especially if you have itty bitties.

The kids had a great time. But one did run up to me and say literally no one works here and I couldnt argue with them. Wish the place was cleaner, less white trash feeling. Worth noting police station is right next door so area feels safe. Could be better, but not a bad use of a groupon.

The staff and other parents were very friendly. There was a daycare visiting while I was there. The daycare staff and children were very sweet. My poor lost child thought she was apart of the daycare group Attended their meeting and everything lol. My kid is 2.5 years old with autism. She was VERY occupied until she got tired. She wasnt big enough to do everything, but she could play in the toddler area, the jump houses, and the ball pits.I do have a few things that I would change if it was my business(not complaints️). I wish that the website would have stated no outside food or drinks allowed inside. The website did say no food or drinks allowed outside the food and drink areas, but nothing about bringing in outside food or drinks. **I did finally see this information on the website after writing this in the frequently asked questions portion, but I think this would be more helpful on the main page. Ok... ...The balls from the ball pit.... could be cleaned better... I dont like being mean, so please know Im coming from a good place here️.I started looking over the website several weeks ago to start planning this visit. At that time I never saw anything about socks being a requirement so I had to buy some socks from there. Only a dollar! Not a big deal! Great place to play. Will never have a birthday party there again. Everything was rushed and disorderly. My guests barely got a chance to eat before cake was served. Upon arrival there a prior birthday party was in the room near my time slot. So there was no time to setup for guests. I did speak with the owner.

Ive taken my 4 grandkids here about 5 times. Theyd like to go more often but its across town. Its run down, but its always been clean and Ive never felt like anything was dangerous. Ive only been taking them there for about 8 months, so maybe they have new managers or something since older bad reviews went on about being dirty. I gave them 5 stars because Im not taking off for being run down. If you cant stand well worn chairs and equipment, pay the higher price for a place that replaces their equipment more often. I wish there were more affordable places like this so my monthly grandkid budget would go further.

My child loves it here I also like it its not far from home great price to play. The restrooms are always clean. But I have a problem with teenagers playing like kids they knock down the smaller children throw balls at them making them cry the staff doesnt enforce the rules you never see them unless you go up front. I do agree with the equipment needing to be cleaned and some replaced. If you ask the staff a question or order food there not so happy they also need to be replaced or better training. This would be a great place if the rules were enforced there should be someone back there at all times not always safe for smaller kids.

I experienced Off The Wall for my grandson birthday. They had a wonderful experience as kids. Great place to play however, the facility was not clean.... The party room needs to be cleaned after each event. The floors were filthy and sticky. I had to request my grandson quest to exit the room and have staff sweep the dirty napkins and food off the floor. (This did not include any mopping) I suggest that you understand facility policy prior to booking a special event.

Off the Wall is a wonderful facility for family fun! It is the only center in Birmingham that has a big dedicated infant center sepeeate from the big kids area. There are games to play and also an area for dads to lounge and watch tv. My daughter had her first birthday party here and all of her friends had a great time! I would recommend speaking with Micheal to take care of your party event! He has awesome customer service and works diligently to get everything you want in the party accomplished. Off the Wall takes care of the plates, cups, utensils and napkins so you don’t have to! If you are having reservation about booking please don’t! Book with them you won’t be disappointed. Thank you Off The Wall and Michael for a fantastic experience! We will be back!

Great Fun place for kids who love jumping...Very reasonable prices

My sister and I took my 3 year old here for the first time and will definitely be returning! First off, awesome prices!! Im no cheapskate, but its so refreshing to find a family friendly place that is so down to earth...where a small soda didnt cost me $4.99 like so many other places we visit that just charge ridiculous prices. Im so happy that my child had a blast AND I still had money left over when we left. WIN-WIN!!Other things Id like to note: the parents lounge is great. Super comfy lay-z-boy recliners and big tvs to relax while the youngins jump, slide, and climb. There are also massage chairs, cause who doesnt love a good massage?? :)ALL IN ALL, CERTAINLY WORTH YOUR TIME AND MONEY GIVING THIS ONE A TRY! :)One last thing to mention: the manager Michael was very considerate and helpful. Big thanks to the staff for awesome service!

Had a great experience for my 3yo daughters birthday party. Very easy to book online, price reasonable. Everything ready for us when we got there. Our party hostess, Aronia (so?) was fantastic! Super attentive, willing to do anything so I could just play with the kiddos. She had our tables arranged, balloons up, party times written on the board...all the night before so it would be ready for our 1030 party. She deserves a raise. It was pretty clear the upper management had no clue what was going on and without her, the party might have been a disaster.The kids had a great time playing. Overall, I thought it well worth the money (which really may have been just slightly more than I would have spent having it at home) and we had nothing to clean up, nothing to stress about, and it made the weather a non-issue. I would recommend it to friends, and would be happy to have another party there. Would be even better if you caught a Groupon!

They need a better menu. For example, when you order pizza it isnt nearly enough to feed your guests so youll end up spending a ton on their foods & you can not bring in outside food that they sale like pizza or corn dogs/ hot dogs!!! They are pretty unorganized.

HOW is this place still in business?? The inflatables are ripped to shreds and pose a HANGING hazard for young children.The ball pit is 1/2 empty.Most of the video games either steal your money, dont work properly, or dont work at all.The floors are nasty.And the employees dont EVER check to see if the kids have a parent even in the building. Kids cling to you and their parents arent even here!Horrible place.And Im just STANDING here with sweat draining off of me. It must me 90+ degrees in here!!

This is my first time here and I must say that this place is beyond nasty!!! The balls in the pits are beyond dirty, inflatables havent been cleaned, the thing the kids roll down out of the slides are black and have never been cleaned!!! Omg the floor looks like midnight (black) and smells like dirt and ketchup!!! I must say Off the Wall is Off the chain!!! Customer service is great at the door! If I could post a pic I would but I cant. I dont know who owns this place but it needs your immediate attention like never before!!!!

The place was clean and has very friendly staff also. It was so much fun playing with my kids and the arcade games arent expensive either. There are bounce houses and a couple of ball pits in the Giant playplace. Prizes are good for arcade games as well! We will go frequently now that we know about it! Its a great place to book birthday parties or other kind of parties and field trips!

Took my five kids here yesterday. We had a coupon from groupon and it was very affordable! We all had a blast, my husband and I included. The only thing I wouldnt recommend is letting the kids play on the two inflatables. One has a huge hole in it they have taped up with electrical tape and the other had air coming out the seams it was ripped all over the place and nearly falling down on the kids. They both need to be replaced before someone gets hurt. Other than that it was a good time at a cute place!

This place always have and will always be garbage. SHUT IT DOWN!!!!! Everything smells like urine and the staff is a joke including owner/manager. They are unkind and rude. Not a great place for kids. The trampoline park across the street at the movie theater is 1000x better, friendlier and definitely cleaner.
