It never ever seems to fail. They lie all the time to their customers. They have been closed for a month saying for remodel however that isnt True. This establishment is known for opening & closing due to poor management. The whole building needs to just shut down in order for something better to take its spot.

The cheese fries were amazing... Highly recommend!! The nachos on the other hand not so much. We ate the top bit of the nachos and were left with a whole lot of chips with nothing on them. Just dry bland chips. But the waitress did take care of us and she brought out a bowl of nacho cheese. The customer service was awesome! They do need to step up their game with their nachos though. Otherwise, good time!

Great place to play pool and arcade games and the food is awesome! Youve got to try the Hog Wild burger if you like bacon!

It was a fun and different experience...just wish the games actually worked. Spent more time and money on games that took my tokens or exchanging cash for quarters or dollars just for a broken machine. Drinks were cheap and had fun for the most part.

I took my kid hear a ton of times for the virtual reality, that was always broke or the dude didnt know how to work it. I come hear fir the fights and they only gonto the table that are full. So you and your bro are on your own for drinks and food. I come hear for the x box play room for my kid its got weard hours. Cant do that. Today is taco tuesday so the signs say in the bar. Damn they ant no no tacos how bout that. Total bust

Previously my service was unpresident, but today was the worst I have ever experienced. Very slow service when not very busy , ordered food and when I came out was crusty and dry like it had been sitting in the window for a long period of time, please get more staff or better train staff!!

Lots of fun games. FPS that include zombies, dinosaurs,Halo,a limited amount of pinball games. A huge asteroids game. 4 player pac man, air hockey, a little car the rocks like its on a road for the younger kids, billiards, corn hole plus more! Yummy food. Im very picky about ranch dressing and theirs is good. The burgers are very good. The staff is helpful and fun as well!

What a turnaround! Honestly were expected it to just be the Bones reboot of years past but this place has really turned around. Our pizza was slightly overcooked and the kitchen manager came out and apologized. We really had no idea but they offered to comp the piazza. The point is, they are really striving for greatness and the staff is excellent. The food is really great and I think if they added a few more wing flavors they might take the title of best wings in town. The Chipotle Buffalo is off the heazy.

Went to watch the UFC fights. Service was amazing, great cold beer, and the burger was to die for. Would definitely go back for the service and food!!

They have an amazing game room, great arcade machines, good prices on drinks, plenty of TVs, and fast service!

Its alright. the food is passable, but the original owners (BONES) had food that blows plaza out of the water. it has good table service which makes up for the food, but still. and, on top of that their menu is only a fraction of what BONES had. the arcade is the only thing that improved from the new owners, seeing as it has most of the original games, and some atleast interesting new additions.

Went here after St Patricks parade with a party of 12. We had a really nice time! Food was delicious, kids had fun! Had some confusion with our final bills but this was part our own fault in not all being at the table, and changing our orders. Everyone was great in getting things figured out! Look forward to going back soon!

Just underwent new management makeover ... Better food for sure... Maybe a little more pricey .. but well worth it! If you want something from the old menu, the kitchen will gladly do there best to accommodate all special requests. Their customer service is perhaps the biggest improvement! Indoor and outdoor seating available. Still the best place to entertain kids by playing any of several arcade games... While parents relax with some great drinks, food, or join in the game time fun! Pool tables and air hockey available as well!

I really cant say enough about how much this place has changed. My kids scampered around the arcade spending entirely too much in games while the wife and I enjoyed quiet conversation and a great selection of drinks. The staff is friendly, the food is good, and the atmosphere is great. Recommended.*UpdateIve spent some more time here lately. This has become our go-to post business meeting place. The staff is friendly, the music isnt too loud. Plenty of seating and family friendly.

At first glance this just looks like a bar, but once you get into the arcade theres tons of great games to play like Mario Carts, Jurassic Park, air hockey, virtual reality, and pool, just to name a few. Definitely kid friendly (until 9 pm).

This place rocks! Best jalapeno poppers Ive ever had hands down. Great service. Waitress Rebecca is a doll. Great smile, super friendly and attentive. Gentleman came by to check on us and unbeanownst to us he was the general manager (Dallas). He was working the floor amongst his staff, super friendly guy. Very impressed. Now to shoot pool and play video games. Super rad Halo game.

Place was pretty fun other than I think 2 to 4 tokens for one game is a little excessive.. when especially half the games dont work or the slots are jammed .. but the guy bartending was really nice and replaced the tokens...

Expensive Football specials- 5 for 12$ domestic bottles. That is not a special. Food was good, service was good but if theyre trying to change into a sports bar they have to keep up with the Jones! Was not busy on Sunday, watch whatever game you want but youll pay for it.

I used to come in when this place was still under the old name (which out of respect for the current owners I will not mention.) Long story short, the place just felt...off.Fast forward to this new ownership and new name...Its a complete 180. The staff are EXTREMELY professional and friendly, the food (especially those delicious Philly Cheese Steak Nachos) is absolutely incredible, and the game selection has undergone quite the overhaul. New entries that I enjoy are the Halo: Fireteam Raven 4-player game (One of the best games there.) and the Injustice arcade edition (Remember to keep those cards it gives you!) Old classics like the Aliens shooter game and The Walking Dead shooter keep things interesting...while a brand new VR lounge gives you a wide selection of VR games to play. This place is honestly one of my favorite places in Billings to hang out and spend a day off of work at.To the owners, I wish you guys the best of luck in the future and hope to see more awesome games in the years to come. Only one complaint and its very minor and dwarfed by the overwhelmingly positive attributes of this joint. The only issue I have is that the Time Crisis 3 arcade cabinet was out of order when I last went there. :( One of my favorite games to play. But other than that, FIVE STARS ACROSS THE BOARD. Good food, great service, awesome games...What more could you ask for from a place like this?

Great place to go friday nights for karaoke

I had to use the facilities to relieve myself and there was a girl worker in the bathroom. I looked at the sign and saw that it wasnt a universe bathroom so why was she in their. Very horrible customer service. There were no signs that she was cleaning the restroom or they didnt have it closed. Or blocked off.

Amazing Staff, Food and Service!Megan was our server and was an exceptional asset to the Plaza Arcade Bar and Grill! Her fun & outgoing personality made our dinner on the fly a fun time and great experience. The menu was new and she asked us if she could tell us about anything about it. She listened as we were concerned to order anything besides appetizers as we had a short time frame to head to the show at the Metra so she made wonderful real food suggestions and promptly got our drinks and food to us timely. The food was hot and tasted good. The food is a bit pricey, but it was a good portion and felt it was fair. We were stuffed! The atmosphere is much improved!! Games and bathrooms were clean and well maintained - not a lot out of order or non-working games. I suggest you try this out and enjoy the clean environment & staff. Even the cook came out and said hello along with the manager too. Both wanted to know how we liked our food and if we need anything. We told the manager how much we enjoyed Megans suggestions on the food and what a joy she was to chat with. They are trying hard and it shows thru. Good job!Amazing job Plaza Arcade Bar & Grill - you made our experience exceptional and fun! Megan we loved chatting with you, you are a ray of sunshine and your customer service rocks!!
