Our son turned 5, and the only thing he asked for was a day at Chuck E Cheese. The staff was very friendly, polite and patient. We went in with our 8 kids, and a few extra, adult family members. They do require masks be worn around the restaurant, but can be take off at your tables. They were very efficient and polite while explaining their COVID expectations. Our son, and the rest of our family had an amazing time. Our sons special day was perfect. Thank you to the two managers that worked that evening. They were so nice, food was great, service was awesome and overall, our son had the best birthday! We will be back, and strongly encourage others to do the same. Lets keep fun places open!

Currently my kiddos are doing remote learning because of Coronavirus. So I was very nervous to take them here but I thought maybe with other kids being in school it would be less busy, well we had the whole place to ourselves & I was pleasantly surprised at all the precautions they are taking! The employee put on a new pair of gloves everytime he helped us, there is sanitation wipes placed by the games, some tables are closed so you wont be sitting by anyone, & they closed all 2 player games to be 1 player and on side by side games 1 of the side by sides are closed. I will be bringing them again during the day it was a nice break from this stressful time.

We had my sons 4th birthday here it was REALLY good for this age! They play the band with all the characters and Chuck E cheese comes out and dances and sings happy birthday! You get to go in the ticket blaster, the pizza is okay for adults, kids love cheese so its pretty good! The salad bar is pretty good as long as no kids touch the food! Sanitize your hands before you eat after playing games!

Everyone there was having a great time. It was fun. Not a ton of rides, but enough to keep kids busy for hours. The pizza was fantastic. Went with the stuffed crust and was not disappointed. The crust seasoning was delicious. To be fair though, I eat like a camp ground raccoon.

Weve taken our little guy to Chuck E. Cheese in other cities, but never in our home town. We didnt let him know we had one. However, today we decided to spill the beans & take him there for lunch.Monday around 2:00pm. There was only a couple people there. The young man that greeted us & checked us in was very pleasant. Ordered & grabbed a table. Very clean facility. That is a huge plus! Lots of games & all of them are only 1 token. No play equipment. Not necessarily a bad thing. Easier to keep eyes on your kiddos. Pizza was meh. Which is an improvement from days past. Lots of soda to choose from. Decent salad bar. Plenty of prizes & candy to buy with your tickets.Overall this was a great afternoon. It was very clean and had several different menu options. The staff were receptive and helpful. One thing I really liked is that every game only required one token. It was not like a usual arcade where some games require two or more to play. It had been many years since I had been to a Chucky Cheese. This was the first time Ive been at the one in Billings and I will definitely go back. The pizza was really good! It was not the greasy, cheesy, gelatinous pepperoni blob I remember growing up. It was a great experience all around.

Chuck e cheese is a hard place to quantify. The quality of the experience us very homogenized based on the national standards. The key differences come from staffing and store up keep. The billings location is typically very clean with a high degree of game maintenance with only an occasional dud every once and a while. Staff is typically above average with a reasonable amount of engagement and strict adherence to the child monitoring gateway. Not a bad place, that can be pretty fun especially for kids in the 5-7 range.

It is definitely the place you want to take you children for pizza and games! They also do Birthday parties with a personal appearance from Chuck E. Cheese himself! Also adult friendly!! Let the inner child in you come out to play at Chuck E. Cheese!!

Horrible Service & Made My Sons Birthday Party So Much Harder. Our party host only checked on us twice. Had 20 kids waiting on pizza. They literally brought out one pizza at a time. The pizza for the adults came out 30 mins later. By that time we were done with cake. Everything was late including Chuck E Cheese. Would not let my 5 year old pick up any tickets from the ticket blaster. He was 5 and couldnt catch any of them. He got 3. Yes, only 3 tickets on his birthday. After all that our party host had the audacity to ask for a tip. Other parents helped clean up plates, cups and wrapping paper. Then they hurried us out the door because our time was up. Even though they were the ones running 35 mins behind. Oh, ya and it cost over $700.00 for 5 pizzas and tokens for the kids. Would have been easier and less expensive to do it at home. Good thing my son didnt catch on. Other parents were dumbfounded by the lack of service and probably will be finding other places to have their party.

Busy! But pretty decent cheese (yay kids choice) pizza. Also, the young lady, blonde, but didnt catch her name, was killing it. She was checking guest in, checking guests out, taking orders, shelling out tokens, and manning the prize counter all alone. What a freaking champ. All with a smile on her face!

I like that they take walk ins & dont charge at the door,the staff was nicemy 4 yr old & 3 yr old loved the rides..Ill break it down as best I can for those who have questions like I did.My only complaint is the price for pizza. Its $16 per large cheese only to add pepperoni was an additional $3 drinks are expensive too so your left with having to order the packages..The only 2 pizza package they have comes with 4 very small drinks &100 coins.. That cost $69.00 ALONE!!! We used the 100 then had to pay 20c per coin after so I got 80 coins for $20 the bummer is you cannot get ANYTHING cool for under 2000 coins which is nearly impossible.They have a $10 round cake and a $20 square cake that come in chocolate or vanilla so thats cool & they have a couple of different designs they can add to the top for boys and girls,but when they brought it out it was still frozen in spots and incredibly hard to cut without tearing off the frozen frosting..it was hard and not that pleasant. I would definitely suggest buying your own cake or making your ownThey bring out a bucket full of small paper plates and medium plates A pair of Gloves ( for cake cutting ) plastic silverware,candles and matches.The pizza was pretty good but the cake was very unpleasant,the kids who eat literally anything couldnt even eat it so that speaks volumes.Over all I spent about $125 and $95 of that was the cake,2 pizzas & 4 drinks - there was 7 of us if that helps.. Again the little kids LOVED the games most of which are for ages 2 and up,and they liked the atmosphere.We had a good time so long as I kept buying coins

We had my sons 3rd birthday party at chuck e cheese in feburary and it was amazing! We all enjoyed it very much. It was our first time being at one and we are pleased all around. The staff was pleasant and patient as well as kind and helpful. The restaurant was clean and the food was delicious. Well done! Thank you!

This place is overrated way too much money to go have pizza and you cant even have a picture of beer in the place they used to what it used to be called Showbiz not anymore! Only for little kids thats all its good for!

My son loves this place!! Pizza is made fresh and tastes great. All games are 1 token so you can make them stretch. Wish they had a bigger selection of games and rides or a little kid jungle gym area like other locations. Staff is friendly, Chuck E. Cheese made an appearance and mingled with kids a few times. All in all...great place!!

Had an amazing time!! The staff was very friendly and when the machine ate our token they fixed the problem immediately! They EVEN gave every child in the building a super special gift!!! Very impressed!! Made my grandsons day!!

It was pretty clean. Everyone was very nice. All of the toys or equipment worked good and we had no issues. It is a good place to go that is relatively inexpensive with little kids. I use to go here all the time as a kid, and the games have changed a little bit, yet they are still fun, even for adults. I got stuck on a couple of them.

Well your kids will love the games and the pizza.... they will leave with a smile on there faces....you will spend a ton of money on games and pizza. and the pizza is meh, the salad bar is nothing exciting.

Good place, not sure if all the recent changes were the best but its still a cool place. Hope they maintain the nostalgia of robot characters and old school games for single token play. Many of the new game are really cool also!

Always a great place to take the kids. More so now, because our temperatures are in single digits, on some days it is in the minus. Not a bad place to take the young but it can get pretty busy on weekends.

I took a 20 month old and 4 year old. Once they figured out what was going on, they were all too happy to play on everything. We all had a good time. The photo booth was awesome! I am so glad they have deals for Military and Veterans! Pizza was tasty!!

A very nice Chuck E. Most are, though! Nice people, clean. We went early on a Saturday (11:00) . Im glad we did as it got very busy around 1:00.

My family attended a birthday party at the Billings, Montana location. During the two hours in attendance, not once did a server check on the party and people attending the party even had to pick up the pizzas (which were cold from sitting undelivered), drink cups, eating utensils and token cups. There was a sign posted recruiting cast members outside the entrance but the lack of service was obvious and noticeable. We cleared our own tables and a trash bag was given to do so. I dont often leave negative reviews preferring to praise outstanding customer care but this experience was definitely lacking any level of professional service.

This was a wonderful spot we to entertain both children and adults. We were in toen on business and brought our kids to enjoy some games and pizza. I was extremely impressed by quality of pizza and salad bar. We had a great time and our girls were very happy. Thanks for the family fun.

Need some updating. The same thing you would have expected for the last years on end. Nothing exciting or noteworthy. However I do have to say that they are on top of it when it comes to child safety. Worth the money no. But if it makes your child happy maybe it is worth it.

The kids love it here. Ahhh but its the parents that have to pay the bill. Which is always way high and up to the ceiling- making it unaffordable for the average family.

Theres nowhere for toddlers to play. Most chuck e cheeses have play houses and stuff but not this one. All they have is arcades. Its not very clean in there which I get with all the kids but still its gross to me. The staff are friendly and kind.

Children less than 6 years old will love this place, assuming they dont get trampled by the older kids and the throngs of unsupervised children. Its loud, kids run amok with very little supervision from parents or staff. The food is lackluster at best and the service comes with all the attitude and apathy you would expect from young teenagers mad at the world for whatever reason at that moment, has defined their actions.

Fun with kids of any age

The person I identified as the manager was very helpful, mindful of my gluten allergy, and nice to my kid. Clean, pizzas according to my husband were nice and cheesy, and the kid had a blast. Food was not bad, not stellar. Music and games were really loud.

Absolutely wonderful place. I used to go here when it was called Showtime and I was a kid. I remember when it changed over to a Chuck-E-Cheese it was always still a lot of fun. Hopefully the customer service and game still create great memories for kids today as they did for me so many years ago.
