My girlfriend and I yesterday came to this theater to see the Drunk History TV show event. We had a great time. The historical theater appears to be built around the 1920s during the art deco era. It is a spacious theater with lots of seating that includes a large balcony with even more seating. The seats are comfortable but there is not much arm room between seats.

Effective, large theater in this museum, easy to get to and parking garage across the street.

I love this cinema. Here you can have a great time. The room is beautiful, the chairs are comfortable, the staff is friendly. Prices are a bit high, but to visit such a beautiful place is worth it)

The Goldwyn Theater is gorgeous. The technology is top-of-the-line. No surprise for the main auditorium of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.

This is a wonderful place to watch a movie if you get the chance. The projection is first-rate, the sound system is excellent, and seats are wide and comfortable, with lots of legroom.

Such a shame this theather do not sell any kind of beverages, nothing, we were waiting for almos 2 hours to get into the screening of the irishman, hot out there ... really rude and sad

The Academy ushers never fail to make you feel like a prop, merely background for whatever event and VIPs are present who need an audience. This way out, please exit, do not loiter, admire or try for insightful conversation. No you may not use the bathroom downstairs even if your pregnant and the line is 10 people out the bathroom door. Its completely understandable, so many starstruck tourists and overly obsessed star chasers but it still smacks of self important elitism that must exclude not invite or educate. #myvibe #imtrash

Great theatre, great seats, screen and sound

Two large Oscar stayed on the side. Large screen and amazing sound. Honestly one of the most special Cinema experiences in town. Saw the Last Jedi here and Ill never forget it. The only aspect I hated was that they left the chairs for the Q & A on stage during the film which reflected a bit of light.

This is my first time to experience this amazing. Wide screen and great quality of sound system.

This Theatres so classic and beautiful although if you go to a screening or the theater there the seats are kind of odd in terms of the angle of the screen but I guess its a very old classic theater I still love the environment

The theatre is stately and plush inside. With Oscar statues to the left and right of screen, one on the stair landing and photos of Hollywood nostalgia, its a movie-lovers dream

Absolute state of the art with great programs - just not enough of them. Maybe they are saving up ideas for the new theatre in the museum.

Hey Superior movie going experience, that is open to the public for special programs or used often for screenings within the industry. Parking isnt a problem as they have contracts with local parking structures so its usually only about a block walk.

An old theater, dont expect luxurious environs despite its Beverly Hills location, but always good movies, usually low budget, foreign or American, never the grandiose box office hits of the day. Parking at the meter around the theater is easy to be found.

Beautiful theatre, you feel the magic of hollywood, in front of wilshire blvd. You get to see big sized oscar statues.

Special academy screenings the best

Love this Theater, state of the art and comfortable. It has this feel of old screen palaces.

Although it is mostly people that smell like Ben-gay the screen is awesome but no food allowed.

Good setup. For events have good setup.

Yummy, quick fast food with efficient and nice employees who let us use more than 1 coupon at a time. Not that I am into beer, but because that location was a Kenny Rogers Roasters years ago before it was Wienerschnitzel, they have a beer license, and have beer on tap. Even though it is a somewhat small store, they do have a decent sized dining room and patio with plenty of tables and chairs inside and out. There is no drive-thru here, but they do have Tastee-Freez ice cream, and very late hours.

Beautiful building, Ive been there mostly for special screenings, its conveniently located on Wilshire Blvd, a few minutes from Rodeo Drive. Not sure how many people fit in the screening room but its nice.

I havent been there and dont know why it keeps appearing on my phone.Why cant I just hit 2 buttons and get the message across to you? This is really annoying.
