I really love their website! Great explanations and descriptions of their products with a up to the minute accurate account of what is available and in what amounts and prices. Super easy to place an order and set up a time to pick up. Great updates telling you when your order is made, when it is filled and when its ready. They send you a link to let them know you are there and they come out to your car to accommodate curbside pick up. All the employees I have met have all been very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend checking the website out to check on their great prices and variety of product.

Decent selection and price....terrible staff and service. Usually walk out disappointed or with nothing. Like today. I selected the discounted 8ths they had on sale. Guy lets me know it is only grams. So instead of 3.5 for $20, I gotta pay more for less! I swear he had never shopped anywhere in his life and just made a sad shrug.

With the constant hiring and firing of their inexperience staff! you never get a real good understanding of what theyre trying to sell you?, instead of what you came in there for,? Has a stiff dentist feel overly friendly Tu lane traffic jam counter,! Lots of old flower deals n week vape pens with poor batteries are pushed hard, with a dont worry bring it back policy!.?. they failed to tell you within 72 hours! Or sorry. As this dispensary forgets who made them famous! they constantly gouge you. it appears all other dispensaries beat their prices between 10 to $24 on oils. As much as 75 on an ounce!. It doesnt feel like a pot store? It doesnt smell like ?.The Herb Centre just up the street! old school rich in pungent smells! the gank!, the good organic medicine you can smell it from the parking lot!, A real Dispensary. The beginner substance people that are working there, are the Nerds from your sixth grade class that finally got to be cool cuz theyre at a dysfunctional store!.says local Google Map guide who majored in business now a retired Ranch owner of a high desert Terrebonne Herb Farm.

A little bit pricey, but good quality. The preroll section is stocked with plenty of variety, and all of them burned well. The bud tender gave helpful suggestions, and even recommended some cool local places to explore. Very convenient location as well.

Absolutely horrible experience went to the empire store which close 12 minutes early tried calling but was on able to get any of their stores to answer the telephone they just ignored us so we raced at their other location and were there five minutes before closing where the guys lock the door right in front of my face and told me he could not help So I guess even Though I know for a fact they have till 10 o’clock to help you legally 10 o’clock is not a realistic closing time for them and don’t expect any customer service near closing time very disappointed been a loyal customer since they opened and have spent thousands of dollars there But was discarded because people want to close early

Substance, What has happened??? you were my FAV weed store.. you used to have a super friendly staff and great prices on flower. last two times Ive been in there, all new staff. Awesome selection, friendly, helpful staff, more than fair pricing, and takes care of its medical roots...5 stars!This place started as Bloom Well... I still have one of their original jars they gave us...It has maintained that local feeling and had never forgotten its medical roots. For this, I now tip my hat in this and the sister store on Empire as my favorite Central Oregon Dispensary. While many other places have moved away from the people that carried them into existence, Substance remains a loyal friend and true... Kudos!

Kind of weird I got on here expecting to see the owners response to mine regarding the new remodel for my wife who is disabled and saw that my review is actually gone and so is quite a few of the others regarding your Remodel and are just met in it. So I guess Ill ask the question again why? Its very difficult for disabled people to move around my wife has been there for years and they loved it but now its very overwhelming and very difficult for her neurological issues as well as people with wheelchairs Etc really wish she hadnt changed it weve heard a lot of negative about it but the weeds good.

Humble little store with a large selection. They have edibles for low tolerance and high. Cheap joints or fancy ones. This shop has everything for any persons budget. And if you dont know what you want just ask, I havent met a staff member who has let me down.

Went in with getting something for a concert. Alex helped set us up with a few different items, all of which would be perfect for our venue. He also explained the why. He used a lot of sciencey words, but explained it in a way that was overly understandable! Great people here, all very nice. and very reasonable prices, to boot!

Went in again, prices have always a bit on the high side with basically the same services if not slower service than most places but the employees are awesome, only reason I say slower service though is because the employees are interacting with customers which is a good thing. Thank you for better explaining this to me now, I have revised my review to reflect my better understanding of the service charge :) you guys are awesome and its nice to see the owner offering such honesty, dont get that from pretty much any buisiness!

I have been here twice now and the selection of product is really good even though prices might be a little higher than some. The employees are helpful but I felt a little hurried and rushed the last time I went in. I didnt feel very welcome to ask any more questions so I just paid and left.Great place to stop in and pick up what you need quickly as long as you know what you want.

I thought this place was pretty sweet. Fresh paint and furniture. Looked nice and up to date. The gal that help me was friendly and personable. Was my first time there and she treated me like a regular not a noob. I asked for price range and she showed me and gave me her recommendation. Picked my stuff, paid and went out the back door which is pretty close to the parking. It felt pretty discrete. Par for the course for sure.

These are problems management needs to address. The only thing they have gotten right is hiring great staff. They wont remember you thats for sure....Drove across town in a snowstorm to get rejected because of an expired ID. Heres the deal: I bought weed with the SAME expired ID from the SAME girl more than four times in the past couple weeks (and my ID was expired the whole time). I also have used a valid ID here before my address changed.The DMV had to resend my temporary which I have explained every time Ive gone in. Now I cant buy any today? You know who I am. You know Im over 21. You have my information. I even have my medical card in your database. Whats the problem?You guys lost a really solid customer with a lot of friends in town. My business will be going down the road to the 15 other dispensaries.You dont have to ID someone you know.

If you wish to be treated like someone in a state controlled country this is the place for you. I had to surrender my drivers license and then wait twenty-five minutes to get to the retail counter where a girl told me that they had no blends and then sold me a blend. I think there must be better retail locations. Those in Washington are not at all complicated. You just go in and buy what you want and leave. No drama. I think I would prefer a clerk rather than a pseudo counselor.

Amazing love prices and cool reward program. There not giving away gold, by hey who complains about free. Only comment has to be the prepackaged flower convenient but with big stem and some bags just looking sad It can be way nicer to see the jar/ container your flowers in and see it weighed. I was passing through town and needed to find a dispensary close to the highway easy in and out. And thats exactly what I found. Super friendly bud tenders who seemed to have good knowledge of their product. I bought a 1/8th of TJ s super salad for 25 bucks with the first timers discount. Im medical so this was a life saver. Good bud, good people, nice clean professional dispensary. If you are in the area I highly recommend stopping in.
