Lot fees average over $750 & you get next to nothing for it. Shameful.

I occasionally go into Romaine Village when I am taking my client to visit her aunt or when I go to visit a friend of mine. They have a lot of homes there. They also have manufactured homes in part of Romaine Village. There is a grade school and several shops in the village also. I havent been in any of the shops. Romaine Village is just a short distance south of Bend OR and is easily accessible.

Nice place to visit but lousy place to live. No maintenance on any of park except club house. Street lights havent worked in years. Swimming pool card sold to anyone who had the money for one, not just residents.

I love living here. New manager is awesome! Where in Bend can you own a home for less than $700?

Dont live here but have to drive in the area for deliveries and the roads are absolute garbage. Tears my truck up every time I go in there. The neighborhood in general is ghetto as all hell, and some of the mobile homes look like they should be condemned.

This place has a indoor swimming pool & hot tub , not many people know about it, its always a nice quiet place to go swimming

The remodel of the rec center is nice. But they really need to either fix the thermostat or turn it up on the pool and hot tub.

Neighborhood needs to be managed a bit more but the residents are friendly.

Its pretty decent. The management is okay and they provide some community buildings (e.g swimming pool, rec hall thingy).

The manager is very rude and disrespectful. promises things and do not comply,Lighting has been in disrepair for so long (more than 5 years) the streets are in poor condition, (lumpy and dangerous) Themselves they do not accomplish their own park rules (collecting garbage bags in the assigned day, pick up the debris, cut off the water without notice, some can have 3 or more cars and other not). Anyways, at least they charge the rent on time.

The Village is beginning an upgrade and the new sales managerhas a good vision for improving the park, so we arebuying a place there

Peaceful place

Management is neutral to the importance of people in their park. Lighting has been in disrepair since before we arrived in 2010. Streets and sidewalks are not safe for senior or disabled. Management is disrespectful to and about those who live in park. Management is not interested in improvements for disabled and seniors who want to improve their property while reducing their yard maintenance.

They dont care about anything or anyone here. The main lady here is disrespectful. Dont even bother speaking to her. This place sucks. I want to leave.

Very trashed mobile park the property owners dont clean up anything a lot of vacant mobiles that have been there for years but they did remodel there pool and main office
