Management is very helpful but strict as needs be in a large rental mhp. Great neighbors. The really looked out for my dad.

Good managers. Many children of all ages, speed limit is 10 miles per hr. You know the regulations b4 you move in & sign them. Why make trouble? Every place has rules. EVERY PLACE.

Very clean and organized community. Ive had not issues with any of my neighbors.The owner has set a high bar for his tenants, and if you can meet the qualifications it makes for a comfortable living situation.

It’s really nice and a friendly place for kids the rent is Aprox. $525 every month and I really enjoy living there!

Not to bad of a place I removed one heat

My friends parents run this big mobile home park. It is quite a big park off of 27th Street in S.E. Bend, Oregon. I have driven around part of the park. It seems to be a well maintained park.

Not to happy with the attitude of workers

While i was coming to pick up my daughter from childcare one of the employees collecting trash blocked my vehical with his truck before pulling up next to me and proceeded to yell through my window Hey! You better start slowing down! Or you can get out of the park! I was very frightened and did not engage him. I pulled up slowly and drove past him. I never go more that 20mph in that park and yelling is something that terrifies me. It was extremely unprofessional of him and there are many ways the situation could have been better handled. I was afraid every time I went back to the park for several days afterward and am still nervous when driving in there, weeks later. On a lighter note the woman who takes care of my daughter is very sweet and nurtering, and teaches her Spanish.

Do not buy a trailer in there the manager is a horrible person she stocks you go through your garbage calls you names lies Peaks through your window and takes pictures of every move you make and gives you a fine if you even breathe wrong the landlord is a horrible person and her husband is just as bad do not move there
