Lots to do, the card options are good value. You get to do a little bit of everything with them. Lots of activity going looks like they either adding or remodeling some things. Some games seem a bit steep in price. 20.00 goes very fast and then the return on tickets is pretty poor. Didnt try the food. The outdoor putting was busy and a few people were bowling. Didnt stay that long.

We love Sun Mountain Fun Center. We celebrate all our family birthdays there. Highly recommend.

I took my boys and sister go kart riding and we had a blast! The guy at the ticket counter was very patient with my youngest son and I really appreciate that because the kid loves to take his time

Kiddo had fun and that’s all that matters, but customer service was terrible and the pizza was not worth the money. Good for kid/family entertainment, but other than that not good at all.

They have really fixed this place up nicely. The whole place has been redecorated and they are wiping down everything frequently. I even noticed the go-karts got a tune-up. Well done SMFC!

They are currently under construction so a lot of stuff is shut down. I went for the mini golf, its a fun course but do-able in 20 minutes. There are a good amount if arcade games, bowling, go-karts, pool... Its a decent place for a fun day.

We love stopping here for Go-Carts & Mini Golf! They have other stuff too. But, those are our family favorites.

Got here at about 7pm. Closing is listed at 8pm. We walk in, and no one says anything to us. We then asked where to purchase cards for the arcade because the kiosks said temporarily unavailable. The worker says since they are slow, they are closing up. Seems logical to turn away paying customers. Won’t ever try to go there again, and I don’t recommend anyone else to either. We drove over an hour to get there as well.

Very fun bowling, but needs a better management team, lack of customer service, sad to see disrespect and customer service skills gone. Need to train your people

Great place to go for a fun family night out probably with kids 14 and younger, and also a great way to wrap up a vacation in bend. Food there is mostly fast food, soda, ice cream, and others of the sorts. Alchohol is provided for the adults as well. The attractions there range from bumper cars, go carts, mini golf, an arcade and of course bowling. Some age and weather permitting restrictions on the go carts for safety reasons, but overall a great place for a Friday night activity with countless activities and events

If you want to bowl, go to Lava.I ordered a beer and the cashier snapped my ID in half (accidentally) so my beer ended up costing $55. +it was served in a plastic cup.I use my own ball when I bowl but I had to stop a game in because the ball catch put two big gashes on my ball. We couldnt switch lanes because there was a spill. Also the lanes are ridiculously dry.Great for little kids I suppose.

Has the possibility to be great! Lots of new fun zones coming into Bend but the Sun Mountain Fun Center is there own worse enemy. No, all day passes for multiple rides. Lots of construction going on to improve the quality and different things to do. Food is not great while paying a premium price. Slow service. Kinda dirty but I will give it a pass on that do to the construction. One thing I really did like was one entrance and exit thats right in front of where you pay to get in. Very nice because you can watch your kids come and go between different games.

This is one of the best bun centers that we have been to. My son really enjoyed the food there. Since he has disabilities he really enjoyed the fact that he could have the bumpers up. He loves to bowl. They have a great arcade with a nice variety of games to play. Their prices are quite reasonable. they also have a very nice variety of activities to do. It is in a very convenient location that is is to see from the highway.

I’ve been coming here for as long as I can remember. Our family has always called it “The Ticket Place” because it was too hard for us to say the actual name hahaha.To me, one of the biggest factors of having fun there growing up was the tickets. For children, it’s so much more fun to have a wad of tickets than the system at Sun Mountain now, trying to understand the concept of checking their little credit card with some number on it. It’s completely taken away a huge part of the experience.For a time, at Sun Mountain, you could have a card with money on it and spend it on games that dispensed tickets which you then load onto your card which in my opinion was an excellent system.Yes, technology is advancing but in my opinion Sun Mountain should bring back the tickets!!! (And more old school games)I’ve had birthday parties here as a kid and it’s always really fun, and even adults and teens can have fun here.

I appreciate this place and all its employees. We have been coming here for years with the kids. Lots of fun stuff to do and a great place for downtime, family nights and birthday parties. They have been updating its attractions lately which is great to see. To the management: bring back the arcade basketball :(

Well, the mini golf course doesnt have any holes where you hit the ball into a tube and it runs down to a different green and into the hole so... But in all seriousness they have many, real cool arcade games and a full bowling alley. Great place to spend a weekend day.

Very fun and a great place to bring family or friends, theres so much to do at Sun Mountain Fun Center, you can have food, drinks, fun, games, partys, bowling, arcade, pool, kart racing, mini golf, and so much more! The only problem to me is the wait lines, but otherwise its a really nice place!

What you expect for a family fun center. Bumper cars were well maintained, the arcade had a good assortment of games, and the automated ticket counting on the card simplified matters. The prizes were reasonable and my two kids got things they were happy with even from us just spending 20 bucks. A good way to kill a few hours and not break the bank if your smart. Also have mini golf and go karts.

Old and Completely run down equipment. Its a poormans lack of fun center.There is word of a brand new similar type of place coming to the area here.Thank Goodness! Competition is good for the soul.Hopefully they will be a lot better. The new place is suppose to be and much more is possible.Plus Cascade Indoor Sports off of (Empire Ave) has an Indoor Race Track.

If you have any concerns about COVID, dont go there. The putput needed to be cleaned up, but overall it was decent and would meet the expectations of any general Fun Center type of place.

This is a fun place to take the kids. Lots of options. The arcade has been updated a little and is an improvement to what it was. Also, this place is relatively inexpensive for all that it offers.

Great place for childs birthday party 15$ a head they get pizza pop bumper cars bowling and 4 dollars in game tokens. Not to mention the party tom with the king or queens throne. Plus a friendly and enthusiastic party boss to keep every thing organized and on schedule.

Very nice family environment. Big bowling area and very challenging mini golf course. Arcade has a lot of ticket games and some big name arcade games to play with friends and family. They also have gocarts and batting cages.

We have always loved this place! The new connect four basketball game was super fun. My only issue was it used to be tokens and you could win lots of tickets on certain games. It is very hard to win tickets now.

Bowling lanes are failing quickly. The lane #8 messed up on racking my pins multiple times. They moved me to #9 and it happened again. And The kids bumpers would not go down. This place is always busy so, where is the money going? I think think some resources need to go into maintenance or we are going to start using lava lanes. Thank you for the good years in the past though.

A freaking blast for the whole family! Shooting games with zombies or dinosaurs, basketball 4 square games, ski ball, bowling, lots of fun games. My youngest is 2, oldest 5, and myself in my 30s, we all had a freaking great time.

New years eve, they dropped balloons with prizes in them at 9pm. Such a fun place for arcades, bowling and bumper cars. Cant speak to the outside activities from winter experience.

Went there for some batting practice. The batting cages offered baseball and Softball, I was looking for slow pitch Softball. The cages had fast pitch Softball at three different speeds, slow, medium and fast. But no slow pitch Softball. After using one of my tokens I went in to ask if they had slow pitch and was told to try the other cage that offered slow. This was also a fast pitch Softball at a slow speed. The young gentleman on duty did not seem to understand what type of pitching I was looking for and did not offer any refund. I was disappointed although the facility looked clean and well kept. The young gentleman I talked to was pleasant.

I went there just to go bowling. Rented shoes and used their balls. 2.50$ for a pair of shoes and 2.50 per game.Very friendly staff and concise.Bathrooms were well-maintained and clean.Good choice of varying weighted balls. Rental shoes were extremely comfortable and clean. The kiosk machine, lane, and pins always worked properly as I bowled my four games and accurately scored. It also displayed some statistics of ball speed and other miscellaneous information.178, 168, 145, 208. Not bad for five years rusty!They do serve beer, but no mixed drinks, it’s not a bar.The music is not set to exceptionally loud. Playing a variety of new music that you would see on the top 20 list.While I was there, I did take a look at the mini golf course. It is extremely well manicured and tended. The mini golf looks like a real treat and fun to play. It is $7 per person to play the mini golf of 18 holes.The reason I give four stars is the arcade is extremely expensive. With no real discounted play passes or membership offered. there are some really awesome looking games but two dollars per play it seems a little high!Arcades in my area when I grew up, would offer a membership or time slot late at night for reduced or upfront pay and I truly miss this.Plenty of parking.Would seem an ideal place to have a young child’s birthday party!

Sun Mountain Fun Center is always a great place for the kids with bumper cars, batting cages, bowling, arcade, pool tables, and Malibu type race track. Most everything including the food and they do have a very good menu of food options there, is very reasonably priced. I wish with the arcade you felt like you got to play a little more games for the value of money you put in. I almost wish theyd get rid of the ticket/prize system and have a card where you pay $10 bucks an hour and you can play as much as you want.

This place is great for kids and adults alike. They are updating bowling and the games all the time.

Its a fun place but dont go for the minigolf! Ive never played on a worse course. The turf that they use for the course is extremely worn down, so the ball rolls as if it were on concrete. It doesnt look like it has been taken care of; very dirty. There is a cool waterwheel feature but it doesnt spin all the way around anymore. There are a couple holes that are a bit rage inducing in their design, but perhaps they would be okay if the course were better maintained.

Fun place to go. Lots of activities to do good pricing.. however website not updated.. we tried to take a out of town relative there yesterday for the go carts.. customer service.. told us they would open them at noon.got their after 12. only to find out they were closed until the weekend.. very disappointing.. and poor communication between staff there.. also.. poor website information.. would be nice to keep the website updated.

Itll be nice once they finish remodeling. There was a lady that helped us when we were seeing how many tickets we had and you could tell she was not happy to be there...

Great fun new games new look good times

I just spent 5 hours there on a Friday, nothing I ever desired to do in the past. But it was absolutely a good time for four 5th grade girls and 2 adults to do almost everything there! We also had our snacks and lunch there and it didnt break the bank and it was all good! The staff was amazing and thats why I feel compelled to leave a review. Friendly efficient and attentive. And we have been there for the mini golf many times and it is a shame probably that more people dont know how beautiful the outdoor grounds are. With the mini golf it gives you nice mix of indoor outdoor time. We would have done the go-carts but that doesnt start until 4. We definitely got our monies worth in enjoyment , we bought the Jr. Passport and traded the batting cage for an extra go at the bumper cars and spent a little more in the arcade. An excellent time!

This small center offers loads of fun. From bumper cars, to bowling, to arcade that even has some 25 cent games, there is something for everyone in your family.

Good place to take the kids for activities. I would rate a tad higher, but I am gonna point out the golf club I received was slightly bent, batting cage helmets were missing pads and not in good repair. We like coming here, but it would be nice to have serviceable equipment especially since we are paying to play.

Enjoyable family-oriented activities abound in a festive atmosphere. This is a great, low-pressure way to introduce kids to bowling and pool. Theres also a nice sense of community and lots of friendly staff who are invested in what they do. I was in town visiting family just for the week and would definitely come back when I stay here again.

Very reasonable on price. I have 5 kids ages 9mths to 13 years and normally going anywhere like this is so pricey I require an equity line of credit from my home but this place was very reasonable. We got passports for everyone and spent about 5 hours there, kids had great fun.

Boys had a great time. They loved the new four person Halo game and the basketball connect four.

Bowling was great, but probably because I won! Outdoor and indoor activities. Clean bathrooms. Photo booth inside! Not a fan of the card system they use in lieu of tokens, but it didnt stop us from having fun!

Super reasonable prices! Good popcorn when its fresh. Lots of stuff to do for the whole family. I love the Super Shot basketball game and its only $.25! Plus, tickets are loaded onto your card, no fee for the card.

Arcade games are fairly expensive for the few tickets you get. Nice to see they are doing some remodeling. They need to oil the lanes more frequently.
