This park is such a beautiful oasis in this amazing town. Have thoroughly enjoyed spending time here walking my pup and people watching.

Ive been going to this park since I was a child. Ive seen it grow, change, and develop beyond what I could have imagined. Love the Hike & Bike trail, the landscaping, etc. Good job Belton.

Met sister-in-law and brother-in-law for a picnic in the park. Had lunch and then sat by the creek in our lawn chairs watching the ducks. Nice Park located in downtown Belton, Texas.

Really cute park. According to my map your walk app its about 1.2 miles from the bridge on one end to the other that both lead up to the street. Its all paved and right by the little creek. There were also a lot of cute ducks. Overall pretty nice, there are little play sets along the way too.

Its awesome. Theres actually a playground now then there was a few years ago.

We love taking walks along the river, watching the ducks. Great spot for families, there are playgrounds along the path as well as benches and plenty of spots to lay out blankets. There are also picnic tables.

My family walk this park at least once a week. Very clean trail, has basketball courts, play ground for kiddos and two public restrooms.

This place is awesome! I will coming here to walk run and bank for like it friend. This is also a great place and one of our top picks to train due to all of the ducks and other movement going on. This is a great spot to take and friends. You can choose to stay on the paved trail . For if youre feeling adventurous take to show yourself and and so your feet in the creek.

The Riverwalk is a great place to relax, read a book, watch the birds...loved it.

Excellent, well maintained park!City is constantly adding new features to improve your experience!Man made Rapids for tubing or kayaking, potty bag dispensers for your pet waste, an adorable Old West themed SPLASH PAD and pavilion easily able to host parties of 80 people! Has W/M bathrooms, fountain, medium playground with shredded rubber flooring, swings, tables with covered tops along splashed and under pavilion.New BBQ grills, benches, trees, etc. are continuously being placed throughout the park.Bathrooms are 7+/10 with cleanliness year round, and the park provides plenty of trashcans for public use.Clean grass, sticker/bur free, water fountains placed throughout the park along the elongated trail (I think 2 miles long almost?)And excessive amounts of shade! Seriously!I utilize the park for dog training weekly, and if we ever have a problem the Sheriffs department and BPD are literally a block or 2 away!

Nice for nature walks exercise plenty of trees and a creek.. not too big or too small..very dog friendly every other person had a dog or two so if u are afraid of dogs dont go!

Nice little park by the river with ducks.. pecan trees, a walking trail, restrooms at either end of the trail and picnic tables, it also has at a very old concrete Bandstand with very old benches both of which were over a hundred years old. They also have water fountain and horseshoe pits

Love feeding the ducks. They used to have candy dispensers w/duck food... but with COVID... We bought mealworms @ Walmart and they loved them.

I absolutely LOVE this park! Lots of trails for access to the creek, 2 playgrounds, the seasonal splash pad, 2 restroom facilities, plenty of parking.. Beautiful scenery, benches, and picnic tables.. Lots of nice areas for photo shoots too! The city could improve on the maintenance a bit and keep it more clean, but the citizens should definitely do their part as well!

I went to the Native Flute Festival and it was so peaceful. Beautiful park!

Discovered this park about a week ago. Beautiful shady trees, very clean and nice walking trails along the creek!

Such a nice little Park off Main Street. There are ducks and geese. Sitting areas and a playground. And the park is always clean!

I love that you can take your dogs, walk this park, see the ducks, hear the creek running, some kids laughing and playing. Head to UMHB, loop around thru downtown, hear the music from The Gin area, and get back to where you started. It is also very well lit.

I love this park has a lot of activity. perfect for runners or for parents who want to take their children to the park to play theres a little river nearby that Ive seen people tubing down or fishing. There are also basketball courts for those who want to play and even some type of sit-down area that Ive seen them doing certain services. it seems like a good place to have a birthday party I see a lot of birthday parties as well especially on the weekends. or definitely recommend the park to those look on the area great place to intermingle and even get some exercise!

Very enjoyable. It has a nice long trail for joggers hikers and there are various places where kids can have fun a splash pad and tubing down the creek are some of the best fun. Rules are also well posted around the individual areas.

I ran the trail through the park. It has very nice scenery and is connected to a splash pad at Harris community park on one end and another rec center at the other. Nice play ground area for kids and basketball courts. I love seeing all the activities as I jog through. Kids in the creek and feeding of ducks.

It was lacking for a park. Not much in playground equipment for the kids. I only saw four swings..........Wow! Nothing has changed since I was a kid except the sidewalk by the river.

Beautiful place to take pictures. Grad pics, engagement, maternity, any kind really. Sad it gets flooded from time to time.

We went to the Texas Parks and Wildlife website and checked for trout release dates. Lots of trout available. We also walked and hit the Pokemon stops, gathered some freshly fallen pecans to snack on and watched the ducks. Check this park out and dont forget Turtle Fest later this year.

Nice quaint park. Close to the sketchy side of town and across the Creek from the old jail but Ive never had trouble there. There are several parks along the path, multiple spots for bank fishing and a couple basketball courts along a very long jogging track. Great scenic jog that runs from the southern edge of the UMHB campus all the way to the interstate.

Great place to take kids. Good walkways and lots of playscapes in between walking.
