Yards are well kept. Some homes nicer than others. This is a co-op and can make buying and selling more of a challenge. Good if you are looking for a place long term.

It was quiet place thats all I can say lots of rules and beware of the owner god forbid if u park on a blade of youre own grass. He can be to much to deal with and just try to sell youre home you will have problems

The place is nice and clean, quiet, and most of the people keep to themselves. The owner is not the best, but we have no problems.

Great place to live.

Nice mobile park. Has no amenities. Lot rental is 430 a month

BEWARE OF OWNER!This is not a bad park, the people who live there are nice, most of the homes are in good condition. The issue I have found is the owner.  Hes difficult to deal with and completely uncorpritive.  He provides all owners with a list of rules, then himself fails to follow them and fails to enforce them until he is in a position of power over the owners, then bullies them into compliance.If you do decide to live hear be ready for the headaches that come with.

Great quiet community!

They have beautiful manufactured homes. The homes are affordable and great starter homes.

Dont bother so many rules kids are not even allowed to ride bikes on the road

Easy to find, on rte 140,family park been there for many years.

Owner has bad reputation. High rent stickler on rules and keeps raising rent.

The owner is rude, uninterested in running it well, even belligerent at times. Rent is high for what you get. Pavement has needed repair for years - it will never get done under the current owner. I have a relative who lives in this park, so I know to avoid this place.

Stopped to pick up broken beer bottle in the road. Not impressed. Place is a dump!
