Ive been in the park for 27+ yrs and involved with the purchasing of the park when it was up for sale. I held a 2.5 million check in my hand - why didnt I split. Okay, the park is clean, extremely quiet. People are friendly and very helpful when needed. Despite the cost of living, weve been able to keep the rental price reasonable... Id for sure would encourage a person/family w or w/o children if thinking of becoming a part of the park - do so without hesitation...
