Wonderful.....and very clean!!!! Recently updated, especially the bathrooms!!!! The best part is that they do not mind you having company whatsoever (within reason, obviously)!!!!! Unlike most hospitality establishments in the area....

The stay overall was very acceptable. The bed was a bit uncomfortable and the age of the place showed in places. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. T was a typical stay.

Room smelled terrible,bathroom was full of hair and looked like it wasnt cleaned with effort.

Absolutely zero customer service. The family owns the hotel lives on property. House keeping is a strange older man and a woman with a mask on for some strange reason. No computer or printer access not even coffee put out in the mornings. Vending machine is broken into and not repaired, washer and dryer are located OUTSIDE and are also broken. I cant believe I traded a free night to stay here. Its not worth paying $30.00 much less $75.00. Felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. Will never return.

I cant get past the fact that the toilet was COVERED in urine and oubic hairs...the bathtub had hairs all in it of different lengths...i understand it is a cheap motel but you can not leave a bathroom that disgusting and expect people to be okay with that! Not exaggerated in the slightest either, that bathroom looked like it had never been cleaned.

The location was fabulous food entertainment financial institutions all 2 to 3 minutes away excellent local

Better hotels in the immediate area at around the same price. Mattresses are cheap and bad, terrible sheets and pillows. The staff was fine, just need to put some effort into the place. Oh, and the bath towels were the size of hand towels...just sayin

Needed a place to stay for the night and I couldnt. When first walked in to room had a wierd smell. Turned on lights, fridge was open, and guess they unplug all equipment. Dust built up on all furniture. Went to bathroom and had fungi growing on shower curtain. Grabbed my stuff and turned in key.

Ok property but clean bathroom. No breakfast. It’s good for cancelled flight at DFW.

Great service stayed two nights . after first night came back to a clean room and even folded the blankets we brought ! Thank you !

We had a great stay, was really impressed on how clean the hotel was, as a previous housekeeper I tend to somewhat inspect every stay at hotels we visit. Im very pleased with how clean the hotel was!

Location was good right off the highway. It was pleasantly quiet.

We got there and there was one (1) towel. One? Forgive me, two (2) towels. One for the person showering and a bloody one for the floor. Bloody?Once you wash down the public hair left in the shower you could get a decent shower in.

This property tub was so dirty the sheers o. Tje bed look gray instead of white The comforter looks as if it came out the garbage can. I had stains on my pillowcase and property workers did nothi.g about itCe.

There was so much accumalated dirt on the baseboards they were black in the corners. Fridge unplugged and AC was not on in 98 degree Texas evening heat. No blanket, just a sheet and threadbare spread on the bed. Pillows were flat. Motel 6 would have been better quality and cheaper. At least Motel 6 would have had coffee.

Nice staff. Ease of check in and out. Easy to extend stay if needed.

The ac worked awesome. No problems at all with anything.

They made me stand outside and check in during a storm. Horrible customer service. I just came off a terrible flight and it just made things worse.

The room was clean, beds made every day by the staff + fresh towels every day. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. Overall a good place to stay, However, keep in mind this is a bare bones hotel. There is no continental breakfast (not even a banana). There is no coffee in the lobby nor a coffee maker in the room.

My husband and i stayed at the hotel on a trip to celebrate my 40th birthday and we were very impressed with all it had to offer. The hotel is in a fabulous location.the hotel seemed to be in a quiet location and we were right on the front of the hotel and never had any noise issues. I am so glad I stayed hereThe room wasnt huge but i have stayed in smaller in England and Europe. We had a super kingsize bed which was wonderfully comfortable, flat screen tv, a lovely bathroom and all the facilities you need in your room including complimentary wifi. was a great additional perk and saved us a lot of money on the trip. The staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful and couldnt do enough for us.

Rude.. People here were just rude..I cant believe they didnt even serve breakfast then wanted to charge me by the hour

Walking through the doors of this hotel, we were struck by the beauty of the hotels interior.This hotel is on the best hotel stays Ive ever experienced. The staff was beyond courteous and helpful. I would have not asked for anything better than this, I was extremely pleased and impressed with the service and condition of the hotel. I would definitely stay here again, it;s now become one my top five favorite places to lodge while in DFW metro area. ~Awesome!

The room was clean and neat; however both nights around 2 AM there were loud noisy people outside of our room.

We have been staying at this hotel for several years and always enjoyed it. Very clean and very nice employees but this year was different, we probably wont be returning. First off our bathroom was nasty not clean open soap containers, shampoo packets, hair all over tub. Trash was not empty. Then to top it off, we had not even checked out and some lady knocked on our door and just walked in, didnt even give us a chance to let her know we were still in the room. People were sleeping and also getting out of the shower. I found this to be very inappropriate. Really disappointed since we really like the location and never had any trouble until this year. They need to do some updating..looks like it is going down hill.

For a cheap nights stay this was ok. They used flat sheets merely laid on the mattress, instead of fitted sheets. I had a microwave and fridge, but no hair dryer and no good place to put on my makeup.This is a new establishment, but the faux slate bathroom tiles had missing grout, there were gouges in the sheetrock where the toilet paper dispenser was obviously mis-installed, and so many small construction issues. The towels are thin, rough, and scratchy. A bonus if your back itches. Lots of noise outside the room at about 10pm, but it died off and wasnt an issue overnight. That is a big bonus because this place is right on the busy freeway. The bed was ok, there was ample lighting for the small room. As a single female traveler, I felt safe enough to stay again. Next time, Ill bring my own hair dryer!

I been travel a lot for business so family reunion. i have seen this hotel since they were under construction after they open i stay at this hotel. they have made their rooms so modern and stylist i am impress also their rooms are bigger and clean. staff were so friendly and price were under budget. i strongly recommend any one traveling in DFW area check it out.

It is so bad that i am writing my review while stay in the hotel now. the good: the hotel is not smell as bad. furnitures and paints are fairly clean. the bad: sink, tub, and toilet are dirty (not to a level of intolerable). no Iron, the worst thing is they did not even replaced the trask bag and towels for two days in a row. I have to ask for different towels on the second day. the clean up people did not vacuum the floor. all they did is wiped the sink dry, make the bed and fold the bath towels. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL.

The room was filthy. The carpets need shampooing; they turned the soles of my feet black. The bathroom sink and counter was plagued with bugs (like 6-7 alive and well that I had to kill to dispose of). The bathtub, shower and toilet need to be bleached to disinfect. They were nasty. Even the shower curtain was dirty. The bathroom floor was covered in gravel and dirt, so it clearly hadnt been swept in days, maybe even weeks. The bed was comfortable, but I shutter to think what kind of germs I slept in (I didnt have a blacklight for inspection) but I was very itchy all night so at the least there were likely bed bugs :/ This place needs to be cleaned thoroughly AT LEAST once per week. The staff was friendly and helpful, but there is clearly an apathy regarding the conditions (specifically the cleanliness) at this hotel. They didnt serve breakfast. If they had, after seeing the filth in my room, theres no way I wouldve eaten anything they served. I will never book a room here again. The staff can be amazing, but if the rooms are this neglected and not clean, its a no-go in my book.

Stopped here for a night en route from Colorado to Nashville. About what we expected and very affordable. It was fine for a night. Not very convenient to shopping for restaurants. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. However, the area itself left us a little uneasy.

I was the WORSE stay ever changed room water in tubb wont go down than new room had real bad bed bugs in bed than moved to 3rd room will never stay their again.

Here is the short list of things you will need to bring to make this an enjoyable stay: coffee maker, extra towel, earplugs (Its right next to the highway and the parking lot seemed to be filled with loud cars, motorcycles, and people screaming all night long), shampoo/conditioner (they have tiny packets - 2 per room), something to clean and scrub the toilet... mine was suffering what I hope was permanent brown stains...... oh who am I kidding... stay somewhere else unless you really dont care about comfort or sleep. On the plus side, it was really cheap, the staff that I interacted with seemed pleasant enough. Id be grumpy if I had to work there, too.I forgot to mention there was a giant spider swimming in my toilet in the morning.

It was not the nicest, but not to bad for the price. It was a last minute stay we were traveling and needed a place to sleep for the night and the only thing we found available for the night

The only irk I have is I flew in at 5 am and check in was 2pm. Not good

What I am most upset about is, there wasnt a refrigerator or microwave in the room at all. For almost $200 for two days, its almost too much.

El hotel está aceptable en general. Un día no limpiaron el cuarto y todo el personal es de la India y no hablan una sola palabra de inglés. Fue difícil comunicarse con ellos. El cuarto no tiene cortina delgada y se tiene que usar luz artificial todo el tiempo.

Las instalaciones son muy viejas, el baño estaba sucio, las toallas tienen años, no proporcionan los complementarios como crema, las sabanas también muy viejas, colchas con hoyos.
